Have been going here for about 6 years now. Never any problems. Really good group of guys who do a really thorough job checking everything out but never trying to sell you something you don t need. Quick and easy and not bad price wise. Have also had tires rotated with no wait. All the crew seem to have good attitudes and are glad you stopped in.

Traveling from NY with our family. Our vehicle was leaking oil and we stopped . Ken and Shayne were incredible. They treated our family like they would their own. Took care of us and has us back on the road without charging us. Honest, helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!

We have been clients with this business for over 7 years. It is the only place we trust with our vehicles. On Thursday, March 7, 2024, I decided to go and get some advice from a technician about the bumper of our Toyota Corolla. I had turned into a gas station in town that had a deep gutter upon entering the parking lot. I hit it pretty hard before I realized how deep it was. The results were a loosened clamp on the front fender attaching the front bumper. I received an immediate response when I pulled in, I showed the young tech the issue, and he just knew what to do. He put it back in place and re-clamped it, problem fixed. I was so relieved! I never get that kind of service anywhere else. All the staff and team here are professional, kind and have such great attitudes. They are very thorough, and if anything is not quite right, They make it right on the spot!! We will continue to utilize their expertise with any vehicle we own. Thank you to all of the team, our experience here is Always outstanding and a wonderful experience.

This place is by far the best place to take your vehicle In panama city beach. Donny smith was amazing and helpful and kind and positive and compassionate and had empathy for my situation. He was.Very professional, everything was honest.Prices are completely reasonable and the work is a hundred percent trust worthy. This is the only place my jeep will go From now on.

I had a slow leak in my tire, Iam from Maine and wasn't sure where to go. A friend suggested Express. We were greeted by John who came up to the car. He brought me to the office where I was greeted by Donny the service manager. I filled out a brief formWithin minutes our car was brought in for service. While waiting my husband had a complementary coffee. Before he finished his coffee the job was done. Everyone was professional and courteous. Highly recommend this place.

Tracy and Shayne blew me away on my first trip into the garage. Outstanding customer service and well worth the extra for the savings in time and high value of the service and products provided. To be honest, you'd be hard pressed to outperform this operation. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my vehicle, see you in 5,000 miles!

Such kind workers and not pushing products or services what so ever! Shayne got me in and out in less than 30 minutes which was so convenient on vacation. Just got an oil change and new filter! He even said I could wait on a new filter if I needed to save money on vacation wich I thought was just so nice!

We have taken both of our cars here for work. Ricky and his team have been honest and reliable and have done a great job in servicing our cars. I definitely recommend them for everything from oil changes, new tires, battery, a/c and more! Great customer service, this is the place to go!

I came here to leave a really good review but turns out I need to leave a bad one. Came there about 2 weeks ago to get my oil changed. They couldn t get the plug off after changing my oil filter, putting the sticker on for the next time I need it changed, put air in my tires checked everything else, so I thought. Told me I need to come back for this magic guy that could do it. Finally two weeks later when I have time to come back again (this Tuesday 10/17) and magic guy does absolutely work his magic. Changes my oil in the normal time this would happen. But my service dude (the guy that was talking to me the whole time) tells me my car is fine. I currently have a leak in my front left tire that will be worked on at Walmart bc I have a warranty. Tell him my tires need air he says they re fine but they all have too much air when they were the ones two weeks ago that put said too much air in my tires. Finally gets the front that has maybe 16 in it for him to be like yeah it s low. I mentioned how my car sensor says it needs coolant gives it a brief glance says it s fine and my car is wrong . But who s currently at Walmart getting coolant bc it s FAR below the minimum line?? This lady!!!! Just because I m a woman doesn t mean I m car illiterate. Don t treat me like I m stupid. Thank you magic man but your service dude cost you any further business and any referrals that I attempted before coming back. Shame on you.

Absolutely horrible, I took my 2010 jeep wrangler for an alinement and the manager told me 45 minutes to 1hr wait which is fine. I waited 3 plus hours on my vehicle for them to tell me they are working on the car behind mine and there s nothing they can do to fix my alinement. Why they wouldn t take my car off the lift and have me leave before starting another car I don t no but this is unacceptable!I will not be returning here.

Great service, had a patch put on my tire and they did a great job and treated me right as they new I use express oil in multiple states for oil changes. They know how to run a great business with great service.

Rolled in shortly before closing while John was finishing his last car. He without question made sure I had the help I needed. Found the problem, fixed it and even taught me along the way. Couldn t thank him enough for his kindness. Never been disappointed by this location!!

My 5 year old subaru had a major problemI took it up to express oil .Had great service 1st I had my oil change This is where I always go .then over to the mechanic sideThey found out the problem fixed it now running like a new carI just want to thank all who worked on my car .Shane and I think Don were so helpfulI would definitely recommend them for all auto needs .Again thank you

Had a couple screws in a tire. About 15-20 minutes from the time we entered the parking lot until the time we left. Very reasonable price and John the tech that did the work couldn't have been more professional and pleasant.

Kadin and his colleagues did it again! They take great care of my vehicle when I come in for service, oil level checks and changes! With a GDI engine I want to keep running, this is a very frequent occurrence! He and all of his coworkers are unfailingly polite, professional and efficient and I'm grateful they are there (at a reasonable cost) when I need something done and don't want to get my hands dirty doing it!
