The people at the wrecker service were nice. The driver, and cashier. It was malicious people from where I lived call to say I was sleeping in my van,and the management at the appartments let them take my vehicle without investigation. I didn't get a permit yet because I went there on a Sunday, and the day of the towing was a holiday.

Had multiple tows with Discount Towing each time, great services provided. Had my Challenger towed, driver very knowledgeable on it being somewhat lowered, my tahoe great knowledge, terrain to the bodyshop and yes even equipment, they have delivered construction equipment to my house. I call discount towing and ask if they can towing my car. Mercedes S 550, the security system shut off the car so can t running nor wheels locked. Glad they have car dolly the only one thing to tow car safely. they come quick before I get there. Monk did a good job. Thank you so much. This dispatcher is incredibly rude. They refuse to jump our car off because they aren t mechanics . The bolt that holds the battery terminal is loose which is causing the issue. I m 6 hours away. Apparently tightening a nut is a problem for them. Thanks for nothing.

I locked my keys in the car with the car running, I called the office to see if they could do a rush! Well I was left to believe I would have to wait about the estimated arrival time. But JOSH was here in 30mins, took 1min and I was end!!!I was truly satisfied...

Those that tow the vehicle are not an issue at all. Whoever answers the phone lines between the hours of 4:00am til around 6:00 am has the nastiest attitude. Very rude and sometimes sound like she is just waking up. I did not want to leave this type of review but she is horrible to deal with when trying to conduct business. Really should consider some kind of customer service training.

Car broke down unexpectedly while here on vacation. Geico sent Discount Towing out for us. The gentleman that towed us was very nice and more than helpful! Made sure we were going to a good shop and made a great recommendation!

I thought I was taking a little shortcut today & got stuck in the sand. Lamar @ Discount Towing came to rescue within an hour. They think its ok to hold $20,000 in property hostage for $200 in cash to go directly in their pocket to avoid paying taxes. Seriously use someone else if you need your car towed.Edit: only use towing companies that tow at the behest of the police. The law says that businesses must report revenue to be taxed.

This place was extremely fast with top notch service. You can check all my multiple other reviews and see I am always honest and sincere. The receptionist/dispatcher that answers the phone was nice as can be each time I spoke with her. She was also polite enough to inform me there might be an hour or two wait before the truck can show up. Sure enough, within 10 minutes the truck pulled in. Now if this were a dinner party with a set starting time that would be a problem, but when you are waiting on a tow truck it is a sigh of relief! The driver also popped my hood and double checked a couple things first to ensure the car truly was unable to start. That is going above and beyond. He also did another check to ensure what the problem was and he was correct. The entire time from when I placed the phone call, got the car dropped off at the body shop and then returned home was only 45 minutes. HIGHLY recommend! Nothing but friendliness and going above and beyond from both the driver and dispatcher. For those that say they had issues in the past, all I can say is please give them another try if you ever need a tow again.

Rudest dispatcher ever! Called on November 1 6:30pm. First when I called the Lady hung up on me. When I called back and asked for a 2 mile tow said they couldn t do it. When I asked when they could she hung up on me again. She needs to be fired talking to people the way she did.

Good people to do business with. They towed my car(without my approval )and by the time I recovered my vehicle, I wasn't even mad anymore. The office manager lady is good as gold,and they aren't out to get ya like those other guys... Honestly!

I have used Discount Towing Recovery twice now for golf cart towing needs and I'm more than pleased with their service. I can't remember the name of my first tow service person from last March (I'm sorry!!), but my most recent was Lamar a few days ago, and he delivered the same outstanding service, professionalism, and timeliness as the last service person did. At this point I'd be hard-pressed to use any other company. And the dispatch staff has been helpful and knowledgeable each time I've called as well. Thanks, guys!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

My 04 Ranger needed to be towed. I contacted my State Farm road service. Discount Towing was promptly dispatched. The service was professional. Thank you for making my breakdown easier to deal with.

The lady I spoke to told me it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait to begin with, I called an hour later and she now says it will still be 30-45 minutes and she proceeded to argue with me saying she never said that to begin with. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. Will not attempt to use again. The young man that called while on his way was polite, but the woman completely ruined the entire opinion of this establishment. Absolutely do NOT recommend this company!

They literally went above and beyond my expectations!! We ran out of gas. They went far out of their way to get to us, gave us a great discount, then our battery was dead and the driver also started the car. It was late at night. Ugh. When I first called, they thought it might take them a little longer to get to us than we wanted to wait, so they texted me a couple of numbers of other towing company that were a little closer that they recommended. Everyone was so polite, on the phone and in person. Just the overall experience made the awful night not so bad. Thank you!!

NO STARS HERE! Went through AAA, my keys got locked inside the car. After 3 hours still no show. At 3 1/2 hours finally a call asking if I still needed help. I got in myself with help from friends.

These folks helped me out big time in back to back nights. I called late both nights needing some good help, and they came through in the clutch by being able to fit me in despite having heavy schedules. Extremely professional company. Thank you for everything!

My insurance company sent them to tow my truck. The driver had a bad attitude from the first time he called me and when he showed up he had a worse attitude. I cancelled and called the insurance company back. I will never use this company or refer anyone else to them. I even called their office and they acted like they didn't care! Rude and unprofessional!!?

After being on the road for 8 hours then breaking down 30 minutes away from our destination Terry came to our rescue! He went above and beyond to help us. He dropped us off at the rental car location before taking my vehicle to the repair shop so we would not be stranded. Lenny, the woman I spoke to on the phone was a sweetheart! Although the wait time was a bit long I feel like it always seems like an eternity when you are in a stressful situation. Hoping to not ever need a tow again but if needed I would definitely use this company again!
