Got a quote for $1800 for minor body damage. Took off work, made arrangements for a ride and drop off. When I showed up they wanted an extra $50 for a scan, then they called me later that day and said they needed an Extra $1000. I went and picked up my car same day, no apologies, no sorry for your troubles. Nothing. Don t go here if you re paying out-of-pocket

I see lots of men commenting on great service. Either they dealt with anyone but Todd or he (Todd) is just a jerk to women. The guys in the shop did a great job and the lady in the office was very sweet, Todd talked at me not to me and lied about the timeline. He cost me family time in December. When I called him out on it, he took on a major attitude. He s not a good human.

Unfortunately, my wife and I were unable to use this shop for our repairs, due to our vehicle being undriveable. However, during our visit at the shop last week, Todd and David took the time to review our situation and gave us several ideas on how to handle our insurance claim. My wife and I left their place very impressed with their professionalism and empathy concerning our issue. If we ever have a reason for their services in the future, they will be our first call. Thanks again, Todd and David.

Todd is a good dude. Honest and looks out for his customers. Explained everything very clearly to me. I stopped by the shop with my insurance claim and was taken care of immediately.

My 6 month old car got caught in a hail storm in South Dakota. We thought we had about 50 dents, however, it was closer to 150. Todd, Travis, and Paul were awesome. Paul did great work on all of the dents, Todd and Travis were wonderful interfacing with my insurance company and keeping us up dated. After the work was done, my car was washed and vacuumed and the person, unfortunately I don't remember her name, did a great job. The whole staff is professional and knowledgeable. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was in a bit of a pickle with my bumper and I went over to affordable auto to get a quote. I recently moved here and was hesitant because I didn t know of any good places to go, but I feel so lucky that I chose this place! Ken- who is wonderful- wrote up a quote and took the time to sit with me and explain the cost of everything. I didn t Feel for a second that he was trying to get money out of me or be dishonest about any of the pricing which is so refreshing in the automobile industry.After he gave me the quote he orders the parts on a Thursday, they came in on Tuesday and he called to let me know that they were ready whenever I want. So I dropped my car off at 8:30 am today (Thursday) and it was ready by 1pm THE SAME DAY. One week!! Quote, ordered parts, painted, installed. ONE WEEK! It was the easiest transaction of my life. Ken was so helpful and so wonderful and the rest of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I hope I don t have to visit any time soon but if I do I will certainly be back at affordable body shop. Thank you Ken & staff!

I went to Affordable Body Shop after trying to get in touch with Toyota for over a week leaving voice-mails and receiving no call backs. I finally got ahold of someone just so they could tell me they couldn't help me. My tire exploded damaging quite a bit. I called Affordable and Travis picked up right away. He let me know the days and times he could do an estimate. I showed up and he took a look at my vehicle right away. He let me know we would have to take it to the Honda dealership first to fix the computer aspects of the damage and then he would do the body work. Travis made my appointment at Honda for me and transported my vehicle from there to Affordable once they were finished. He also paid Honda so I would only have to worry about cashing out with them. He was such a blessing and did an amazing job on my vehicle, I would use them again 100% and would highly recommend them. Thank you, Travis, for all your hard work and taking such great care of me.

For transparency I am leaving my previous edits in my review.August 21 2021Hopefully this is the final edit if this review. My car has finally been finished! More than 3 months after it was in the shop and given back to me. Travis has been in regular contact with me and honest about trying to find the molding piece that was left off of my car. When he finally got it and got it painted he was quick to ask me to come let them out it on and offered to have a guy come to the house to do it which I thought was easy too over and above so I was happy to take my car to them. Took them just a minute to put the piece on for me. I have already said before that the guys doing the body work are amazing, but Travis made the business regain my respect.Thanks you Travis! I wish you had been who I was dealing with in April. I will forever recommend you by name.Edited June 25 2021I'm editing this post because although I have my car back it's still missing a piece of the body trim that should have never been discarded because it was not damaged at all. They've used the excuse that it was taken off to be painted but why did they throw it away. The men that run the office could care less if you are a woman and they're talking so I suggest take your husband or brother with you when you go in there or else nothing will get done.Original Review. May 20, 2021Wonderfully professional guys! Had a very pleasant experience this morning. Quick to acknowledge us when we arrived and quick to answer all our questions. We are from Texas here on vacation and my wife backed into a parking garage pillar in our rental SUV. We were in a bind needing someone to help us out and repair the damage before returning the rental car. Both Travis and John at affordable auto body went above and beyond, Getting us in immediately knowing that we were on a time crunch fixed it while we waited And then refused to charge us. Even though they only spent about 20 minutes they did not have to do that. I would highly recommend this place and if I let my wife drive again on our next vacation we might be coming back.!!!

12 hours ago I had never heard of this place, now I ve had excellent service twice in one day. I called this morning looking for service they didn t provide & spoke with Ken, he was incredibly helpful & referred me to another local business who may be able to help me. Then 6 hours later I got rear ended by a sweet lady & she instantly insisted we go to Affordable Body Shop to take care of things. James & John were awesome & life is good! Comfortable waiting area & everyone was pleasant even late on a Friday!!! Thank you Affordable Body Shop!

I had my truck damaged by the hurricane and then hit a deer. Affordable Body Shop did an amazing job making it look new again. They did all the body work, replaced all the glass and painted the entire truck and it looks amazing...totally exceeded all my expectations! I have a lot of friends that have had body work/paint jobs done since the hurricane and this by far is the best I've seen!

While doing repair work on a neighboring business roof, my coworker and I could not find any exterior power source on said building. Therefore, we politely and humbly asked Affordable to use one of many unused outlets in their office to simply charge our drill batteries in order to complete our task in a timely manner. Note my business partner is black and I have tattoos, which was evidently an issue for their employee/ in house adjuster, as they promptly called the neighboring business owner and made it abundantly clear that we should wait over an hour for her to arrive and we were not welcome to simply charge a battery for a brief time. Baffled would be an understatement and it really goes to show that discrimination is alive and well in the guise of customer service, or lack thereof. Don t waste your time or hard earned money on inhospitable and unwelcoming people in any aspect, this one especially.

Was to have my truck fixed after an accident which was scheduled for Jan 23rd. That day i dropped off and they informed me that I was not on the schedule and that the guy I watched write on the schedule was terminated. I then had another put me on the schedule (Feb 15th). They 3 emails I had sent, but wete still able to relieve the check for repairs. As I drop off my vehicle Monday (Feb 14th) told" OH I WAS HOPING YOU WOULDNT SHOW UP" as I give a half chuckle I realize he wasn't kidding and he tells me he will call me in two days and let me know when he can squeeze me in. No apologies no nothing. I'm from the service industry and Affordable auto has some of the worst customer service I have seen in a LONG time.

Excellent service! They replaced my rear bumper and passenger side tail light for a reasonable price ( I looked at other shops in the area). I dropped my car off Tuesday afternoon and it was ready on Thursday morning. Thanks Danny!

I am a perfectionist who takes pride in my work, so I never understand when other people do not. The owner is very involved in this business and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the finished outcome. I feel my truck looked almost better than before the fender bender. I will definitely recommend them and return here for any auto body repairs I may need.

I find Affordable Body Shop to live up to its name. I shopped all around for the best price for 2 vehicles I own that needed body work at two different times, and their pricing beat others by a mile. The workmanship was excellent as well. They are truly nice people to boot. All my future work (although I hope I won't have any!) will go to Affordable Body Shop on Panama City Beach Pkwy.Mark Adams

If you want the job done right, go here! The guys are very friendly and did an amazing job on my car. They called to give me updates on their progress, and my vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

My Son's Ram 1500 Express had damage to the driver's side door where I pulled into the teller at the bank and thought I had put the truck in park but instead had it in reverse and when I jumped out to use the teller-tube the truck chased me and the door bent all the way back to the front fender. It took them only 5 minutes to do what turned out to be a very accurate estimate and then what would have taken any other body shop two weeks to repair, per their quotes, Affordable Body Shop only took three (3) days to repair and they did so with PERFECTION. The staff and management at the Panama City Beach location are all platinum certified and work like they are repairing their own vehicles. James and Travis in the front office are kind and utmost professional people that if we need a body shop in the future we know exactly where we will go. I have already sent my physician to them to have his Escalade repaired. You will not be sorry if you go to Affordable Body Shop on Panama City Beach Parkway across from Ronnie's Auto on Panama City Beach. I am proud to recommend this shop to my friends and family.
