Last Thursday about 3 PM I was leaving the beach to go home. My 2011 Escalade started making a terrible noise coming from the left front wheel. I took it to Beach Auto Care in PCB and talked to the very nice lady about getting it repaired. I told her I was trying to go home as soon as they could do the repairs. To my surprise they called me at 4:45 that day, telling me it would be repaired on Friday and for a reasonable price. I got a call Friday at 9:30 telling me it was ready. They replaced both front wheel bearings and the truck drove quiet and smooth again.Wow what great service, I could not have expected such a fantastic experience . Courteous people and super service. This week on the last day of our vacation we somehow broke a sway bar link on our Cadillac escalade. Not wanting to drive 15 hours home in that condition we stopped at Beach Auto to see if they could help. They immediately brought the car in and in less than an hour we were fixed and on the road. They were all super nice to us and our kids as we waited. I don't think I have ever had a better car repair experience! And price was very reasonable.

Firing on all cylindersIn my experience the Beach Auto team is the best there is in the Panama City Beach area! And they re really nice people too! Good quality work, strong communication skills, reasonable prices and fast turn times means they truly are firing on all cylinders!!

We are out of state visitors on an extended vacation in the area and my brakes started grinding. Knowing the history of maintenance, I knew we were probably facing a brake job front and back. My concern was not knowing any mechanics or shops in the area. A couple of locals recommended and the great majority of online reviews were very positive, so Beach Auto Care was selected. Proved to be an excellent choice. Friendly, expeditious especially given we were on vacation, professional, and priced very reasonable. In fact, the per item charges were less than my local mechanic back home! We had front and back pads and rotors replaced in approximately 2 hrs including delivery of parts. Wholeheartedly recommend this place to locals and travelers in need!! Thank you Beach Auto for making an inconvenient scenario easy to bare!!

While vacationing in Panama City Beach, we had two issues with our 2018 Expedition. First, the air conditioning went up. Not good in sunny Florida. Beach Auto Care took a look at the vehicle, identified the issue, and scheduled us for an appointment two days later. The day before we were supposed to leave, the check engine light came on. Not wanting to drive 20 hours, not knowing if we had a major problem, I took the truck back to BAC. so glad that I did, because it was our catalytic converter. They moved us to the front of the line and finished the work in one day. We were able to leave as planned. I swear, if BAC was anywhere near our home, they would have all of our business. There is truly no need to go anywhere else if you are within an hour or two from.pCB.

They were extremely helpful with scheduling and rides in the past few years while my husband was suffering from cancer. They do great work and are honest. Nice people, good at their job.

David was my daughter's guardian angel this week. She drove with friends to PCB from MO for Spring Break. Day 1 her car had issues and was towed to Beach Auto Care. When finally diagnosed we were told it would be ready the following week. A helpless mom 12 hours away was trying to figure out how to get her daughter home. David worked magic and said he would get it done by Friday. I cried happy tears when he called THURSDAY to say it would be ready soon! Thank you David and Beach Auto Care for not only fixing the car and getting her on the road to home without delay, but for showing compassion and empathy when we needed it most. I hope I get to thank you in person someday.

I had a nail in a brand new tire and was leaving town the next day. I came in and was taken care of immediately. If I ever need a repair and I m in the area this would be my go to place. Outstanding service and very friendly people.

Love this place been going here for past 6years so do all of my friends and family ! Most honest friendliest staff and great work ! They always stand behind their work ! All these years we ve never had a problem ..we will continue to recommend them to our friends and family !! Won t take our vehicles anywhere else !!

By far the worst service I have ever had, asked them how much and how l9ng to replace a part, guy said 2.5 was book time, said might be possibly more if they have issues, we left at 10am mechanic just started on it, they called me back saying it was done at 1145 am, got there and my bill was over 150 more then quoted and the guys response was I think that's a fair price since we got you in right away and installed your part for you. Didn't even take them 2 hours to do it yet charged me 3.5 because the mechanic had to go in and out of the shop for tools. They just took advantage of me because I was in a bind and not from there. Worst service ever don't go thereEdit to my review, they responded and asked me to call him to talk about it, yet still arrogant and rude, tried telling Me it was justified he charged me extra because I needed the help, along with telling me that my little amount he charged me is nothing, he makes a million dollars a year in sales. Then on top of that he has me on speakerphone with others around and a female gets on the phone and starts laying into me trying to defend him then said she is gonna pray for me because there is something very wrong with me. Then they hung up the phone. All I cared about was the extra time they added to the ticket without My approval. Extremely unprofessional

These folks are the nicest, kindest, and also knowledgeable group I have met. Family-owned and operated. I went today to get a tire fixed without an appointment. They bent over backwards to get my tire taken care of quickly. And then explained everything they had done to get me back up and running. I can t say it enough.. so very kind and courteous. Would highly recommend!

I had an electrical issue on my vehicle towards the end of my NWFla vacation. I took it in and explained that I would need to be able to drive home in a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention I received from their staff and the prompt response to my needs. I will definitely recommend Beach Auto Care.

Our 2017 equinox broke down here on vacation, and Beach Auto Care got me in the same day, and they had it repaired by 5 pm. The front desk was awesome, and the technician did a great job! They are the best! Thanks Beach Auto Care

Very lucky to find these people .I was away and my wifes pressure light came on.She stopped in and they were so nice. They pumped up her tires and made her feel safe and said no charge. So we took her car there for service and they did an amazing job.. I then took my truck there and the service and repair and staff were fantatsic. My wife and I were on vacation and the AC went out on our car. I called Beach Auto and talked to Josh. He told me to bring the car in that morning were they diagnosed the problem and got the AC going again the next day. Thanks for getting to my vehicle very quickly so we could get on with our vacation and stay cool while driving around PCB and of course on the trip back home to Oklahoma. Our church bus rear air quit working on the way to a retreat and we was referred to Beach Auto Care. It was a late Friday afternoon 4:00 or later and they told us they would look at it. We brought the bus to them and they where so helpful and professional. Even being late and close to closing they still took us and got our ac back working. If your traveling and have a issue, give this shop a call. Also, the pricing was very affordable and I would say honorable as well. Being a shop owner and in this line of business and being on the other side, it sure was nice to see other people in this industry have the same values as you we do. I highly recommend this to my friends that are local and have issues with there vehicle while on vacation.Service: Air conditioning

I had a great experience with Beach Auto. I had a minor car accident on my first day of vacation, and I wasn t sure if my car would be safe to drive many hours home. I called Beach Auto and spoke to Laurel. My husband came to the shop shortly after I spoke to her, and she and the team fixed our problem right away! Thank you Beach Auto! They Never Cease To Amaze Me!Although I have little engagement with the actual techs who work on my vehicles, the pride they take in their craft shows in the results when I get my vehicles back.A team is only as good as their leaders. If Beach weren't providing a great work environment, they wouldn t have techs taking care of the customers.Beach Auto is family owned and operated, and it shows. From the time I get there to the time I leave, I m treated as family. I even had one of the managers split his lunch with me one day because I unexpectedly had to stay longer than expected. Beach Auto Care to the rescue! We had just arrived in PCB from out of state and had a wheel bearing going out. We dropped off our car that afternoon and the next morning they called with the diagnosis of both front wheel bearings and they'd try to finish that day if the parts arrived. The next morning at 9:00 they called that it was ready. Everyone I talked to was very kind and professional.Thank you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

These guys are awesome...was leaving vacation headed home and my breaks went out...they squeezed me in and got part delivered next day and got me out before a tropical storm! The owner, mechanics and ladies who run the office are all awesome..wish they were in my hometown!
