Had some issues with what I thought was my battery (which it wasn't) but let me tell you, Dakota went above and beyond with his service. Great customer service! I can't even describe how awesome he was.

I asked guy did he know how to get a part off my vehicle while I was parked in the parking lot and he says "we can't disassemble your vehicle for you"!! I guess it was his break time cause he then goes over and gets on his phone and smokes his cigarette!!

We got stuck on vacation with a battery that died. There was a man that helped us find the correct battery. And he changed it for us. He was a very nice guy. And, he offered amazing service!

I came to this location to check on my battery. My son spoke with the female worker first. I was ignored and passed over because they didn't think I was purchasing a battery, which is what she stated to me. When manager David finally got to me, I didn't feel any customer service which is why I just let him charge my battery and I took my business to Advance Auto. Also, Ed with Advanced Auto said you didn't tighten my battery up or replace the hook either David. Terrible customer service. But thanks to your lack of service I found great customer service with Advanced Auto!

Was having battery trouble, stopped by to have my battery checked out and so glad I did! Definitely needed to be replaced, Dee took care of it so quickly! Got me what I needed and changed it out during my lunch break! Very easy process! Also had her change my wiper blades.Highly recommend!!!!

Thanks Marie. Took her time explained everything I needed o know and sold me the best Wiper Blades. She came outside installed my blades in 5 minutes. No appointments needed here. Off of 98 next to Home Depot. Thanks AutoZone.

I came here to buy a fuse and the man behind the counter said bring me the fuse. So I m out here trying to get the fuse out of the car. Worse service ever!! I ve been to other auto stores and I get help they come out side to help the customers!!! My windshield wipers stopped working it s raining hard. And no help.

I was on vacation when my car (I've had 3 months) battery died. I went to Auto Zone about 9:15pm on Friday 8/4/23. The man working checked my battery, stated it had a bad cell. I bought a new battery. He claimed he couldn't put it in due to my 2017 infinity had too many sensors and recommended a local mechanic Tuffys Auto. I them had to buy a jump box to be able to get back to my rental and get to Tuffys the next morning. All in all cost me $450 to get my car fixed. Tuffys doesn't install customers parts. I was stuck. Finally the agreed, but they installed it wrong, didn't give me my old battery so I lost the $22 core fee also. My car broke down again when I returned to GA. I went to my local Auto ,one (hiram, GA) They were amazing! They changed out the bad battery, put the new one in (they said company policy). I feel like I was taken advantage of, being from out of town & a woman.

We're about 1000 miles from home (Maryland) and our car battery dies - great. We got it jump started and the guy that helped us suggested AutoZone for a new battery which lucky for us was right down the street. The young man that helped us at AutoZone (I hope I get this right, was Keith). What used to be a simple job of replacing a car battery is no longer simple in some cars. In order to replace the battery in our car (a 2016 Ford Edge) you apparently have to be some sort of a contortionist. Ford also has attached some kind of a contraption on the negative pole of the battery that is nearly impossible to remove. Anyway, getting back to Keith, he would not give up and finally persevered and got us back on the road again. I can't say enough about this young man. He was nice, polite and determined in helping us. I feel he is a true asset to your company! Ernie Lowery

I bought a riding lawnmower battery 12v Duralast for 53.00 plus tax in autozone on october 2022 , and on december 2022 was dead , so I charged and on april 2023 was dead cool , not able to charge at full , I went to the store , they told me the battery only was warranty for 90 days , they try to sell me another one , I lost my money , don t go to autozone to buy 12 volts battery , I was expecting more quality from them , customers are the one they pay the consequences buying part that don t have any quality after they sell parts very expensive.

This location has really gone downhill. They used to try and help as soon as you walked in the store. Past two visits I walked out without a purchase. Needed help the first time I was toild to look int the book. Second time I was told "Parts are over there. You would know what you need better than I would". Computer has all my info for a quick look up but go flip through an old book that doesn't even have current years for reference. Too many other choices to give them business.

When u want the voice of experience the men, and women who work there can advise u about any vehicle u come to buy parts for. I ha belt in a jeep grand Cherokee that was squeaking, and a worker there gave me a diagram of the belt, and adviced me where to put something, and it stopped squeaking. Beyond the call of duty I say. Long white hair man.

Went there this week to have my battery tested and got prompt service from Associate Stephanie. She got right to it and I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was about vehicles. She also brought out tools to access the hidden battery in the trunk of My BMW. I wanted to purchase a battery but they did not have in stock. Otherwise, I was in out in no time.

I love this branch because the customer service is always great. The employees are very knowledgeable and assist with installation when possible. Special thanks to David !!! They ultimately did not have the part in stock but he still took time to assess my vehicle and explain what I needed to purchase!

We had a great experience here because of their very nice employee Cathy E. Her customer service was top notch. Usually when you go into a retail store after 6pm you can t find any employees and no one can help. Cathy greeted us immediately when we walked in and helped us find what we needed. She even helped us change out the windshield wipers we purchased and explained all the steps for changing out our headlight. So helpful! She was quick, knowledgeable, and courteous!

I would like to take a minute and send a thank you out to Mark, an associate at the AutoZone at this location.His professionalism, patience and automotive knowledge helped turn a bad experience of a dead battery into a good experience of meeting a kind person, who did everything he could to help.I was back on the road to enjoy a day with my wife at the beach in only minutes.Thank you Mark

I received excellent customer service at AutoZone, from Mark H. today!! He tested my alternator and battery for me and was able to determine I needed a new battery. He got my old battery removed and new battery installed all in about 10 minutes! All I can say is thank goodness for AutoZone, and caring and very helpful employees like Mark!! Thanks again!!

The wealth of knowledge at this place freaking unreal. The staff are bafflingly intelligent when it comes to their craft. I was treated in a friendly and honest way. I got my annoying questions answered and took some corrective measures on the spot. I drove off with a smoother running engine. Happy to have gone their. They are awesome!
