I can t say enough about the services these guys did for me! My AC compressor went out and not only did they confirm that for me, I had a warranty at another shop and they advised me how to go about having them still cover that warranty! Richard was amazing and completely transparent on what was needed and what the cost that would be. Heather is amazing at customer service and provided any necessary updates! I highly recommend them and hope you use them the next time you need car assistance!!

Horrible company!! This company does not display any integrity. The mechanics blatantly lied to my kids and to myself about the problem with our car & costs! Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion or I would have paid 4k+. Save yourself time and go to a trusted mechanic.

Came down to the area for the winter. When we got here our brakes were squeaking so we got it checked out. I thought we needed new break pads but they checked us out and assured us everything looked good and didn't charge is for their trouble. Service was quick and honest and friendly!

Extremely professional and accommodating. They fixed my vehicle and made it very easy for me by taking me home while it was being repaired. They they even dropped it off at my house when it was completed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've taken my vehicle to them twice now and will continue to do so.

Fantastic job installing my clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, slave cylinder and new transmission in my 2012 Camaro SS! Pricing was on point! Management was great! Highly recommend!

I brought my tire in for a valve replacement today. I walked in with no appointment. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no wait time and Richard fixed my tire in just a few minutes. Overall just great customer service. I will use them again and highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Been taking my car there for a few years now. Great staff, work is always done faster then I ever expect, and the car is always better than it was when I dropped it off. You can't ask for much more than that. Good work y'all!

I absolutely love this shop! Usually you find shops that make you go oh this repair is going to hurt. I completely went in expecting the absolute worst. I was met with the complete opposite. The customer service is on point both the older man and lady at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The best part is I didn t once felt like I was talked down to. The prices are very fair in the PC area. I brought the wrong trans for a civic. Upon bringing it to the shop a tech helped me get the trans out of my Tiguan. He too was very friendly, needless to say I know where I ll have my vehicles serviced!Service: Transmission

Richard was a Godsend. We were on vacation and hit a deer. Richard got us all fixed up and back on the road quickly and safely!!! Thank you too him and the mechanics that fixed the car. Richard went over and beyond for us. He's highly recommended!!!

Richard and his wife went above and beyond to help my husband, son and I when our truck completely died on our way home. Richard s wife picked us up so my son and I wouldn t have to wait any longer. He took the extra step of hauling our trailer from the back of his personal truck so we wouldn t have to leave it overnight in another lot. Very kind hearted generous people! They made sure to get us back home and our truck into the garage even as they were busy with closing shop that night. I highly recommend! Absolutely the worst customer service and experience with Richard. They have had our car for 5 weeks and not touched it, then he has constantly lied about speaking with ETE transmissions for a warranty claim after we have paid 5200 out of pocket for a warrantied transmission. I have had to call ETE just to find out no paperwork or communication has been set in motion from AAMCO Panama. I recommend you stay away from this store at all costs.Service: Transmission

Went there today to get our transmission inspected after it wouldn't engage at one point on our trip from Canada. We found out that it is in good working condition, and that we might need to get a cheap part external to the transmission replaced, if it happens again. They were honest, informative, and professional. Wish these people were in our home city.Service: Transmission

This business is AMAZING! I highly recommend it! They are extremely knowledgeable, have high integrity, and charge fairly.I was on vacation with my wife and it was the afternoon before we were to return from our vacation when our car started making a weird noise. Concerned about our long journey home the next day, I called this place. They explained that they were about to close for the weekend but would take a quick look but promised nothing else. After a quick diagnostic, they realized our alternator was going out and we probably wouldn't even make it 20 miles out of town. They happened to have the replacement part too! Realizing our predicament, they were SUPER KIND and offered to fix it right away even though they were about to close. I am writing this review from home as we made our long trip home safely after the repair they did, and our car sounds GREAT AGAIN!I cannot thank this company enough. They went ABOVE and BEYOND what your normal car repair shop does. They charged us very FAIRLY too and did NOT take advantage of the fact that we were from out of state and had to return home the following day.My wife and I know a car mechanic and we cross referenced everything with him and it all checked out.The last thing you want to hear on the day before you leave for a long journey is a weird noise in your car. These people saved the day and I have nothing but high praise for them!

We recently had a transmission rebuilt and not only is it working great but the experience is unlike any other with previous repair shops.The manager Chris literally communicated so thoroughly about the diagnosis and repair! Chris also kept me very informed on progress the entire time. Fast forward a couple of months, my truck went down again ( electrical suspected ) and I had it towed straight therefor diagnosis. Chris had his team ON IT and they ALL followed his lead and are ALL so very thorough and the communication is impeccable!!!!! Thankfully, it ended up being a very minor electrical issue, and I was right back on the road within 48 hours thanks to Amoco and the team!!! I cannot highly recommend this repair shop enough. Back in November, we got sold a lemon car from Bay Motors. Our car just so happened to give out on the same side of the road as AAMCO less than 30 days after purchase. We met the new owner and he was able to offer us some options to repair the car. They did the repair and the car is still running like a dream! In fact, our gas mileage has even improved.This place is where you want to take your vehicle repairs. They care about people and strive hard to help you whether they get your business or not. We will be taking all of our vehicle needs to AAMCO in PCB from now on.Service: Transmission

Went in after arriving in Panama City after a long drive from Texas concerned I had transmission issues due a kerplunk feel when coming back into first. They worked me in quickly due to extenuating life issues, but knowing I was willling to break the bank to get my family home after vacation, they gave me an honest evaluation. I could not reccomend this company and team enough. They prove that there are still good people around and I pray they continue to experience amazing success and opportunities to bless others!

The new owner is an amazing person. He really takes care of his customers and does good honest work at a great price. We came in from out of town for vacation and he fixed what was wrong with our car at no cost. Highly recommend this aamco for all of your car care needs.

The service I received was superior in all respects. Having a busy schedule it was beneficial being able to set up an appointment. When I arrived the staff was very courteous and attentive when describing the problems I was having with my car. They were able to repair the problem in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use their service in the future and recommend them to others.Service: Electrical repair

The ladies at the desk was the only star at the place. I already knew what was wrong with my car. I asked them to replace a speed sensor and they informed me I needed to have my transmission rebuilt and they couldn't help me. The mechanic would not even listen to me. I am sure it was because I was a woman. The lady at the desk gave me a number to another transmission place who he listened to me, replaced my sensor and all is well. Don't waste your time here.

I will recommend AAMCO to everyone I know! Chris, Tara, & Keith were all nothing short of incredible in helping me figure out what was going on with my vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience here, and even ended up saving some money! Everyone was extremely professional and nice too! Thanks again and I will definitely be back anytime I ever have an issue!

These guys were my lifesavers! I had some questionable work done on my vehicle by someone that I shouldn't have trusted and my car ended up not being able to run properly at all as well as kept stalling out. Luckily, I called AAMCO and even though they were incredibly busy, they took my car in right away. My car ended up having some crazy electrically issues, which their mechanic was patient enough to figure out. Everyone was so nice and really took a difficult situation and found the right solution. My car wasn't a simple fix and runs great now! I'm so grateful to them for being kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them!

I came in the town from Texas and my transmission went out as I got into Panama City beach. I was able to get it to aamco and they were very polite and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They did everything they could to get me back on the road before I had to head back home and gave me a very good price For the job. They were very straightforward and honest with me and I couldn't ask for anything better.Service: Transmission

Fixed right, timely, and a fair price! Great job to Mark, Tarrah, Chris and the mechanic Keith! They diagnosed my A/C problem quickly, and we were able to schedule to get it fixed in the time they said. It's working wonderful! Will be going back for other repair needs in the future. Thanks again!

Had transmission problems on our way out of town. They got us right in to diagnose. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. Trans tech was extremely knowledgeable and sat down with us to explain in great detail what the problem was and what our next steps needed to be. Owner was also very friendly, understanding, and accommodating of our situation. Would highly recommend to everyone who needs ANY of the services that they can provide!!!

I was on vacation and having trouble with my car. So I brought it to this aamco place. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was going to take a while so the manager Mark took back to the hotel. Til it was done, they also checked the car so it would be road-ready to head back home. The service here is top-notch.I came in with a broken headlight and had a new one in about 5 minutes.The team noticed that I had a few pins missing under the hood and ordered and installed them "no charge" -- which is way beyond and much appreciated.Incredibly friendly and oh so helpful!5 stars!

Mark has a truly great team at this new location. Chris and Tara in the front office are super helpful and friendly. Mike and Keith are very knowledgeable and did a great job rebuilding my transmission in my 2001 Grand Cherokee as well as fixing my turn signal and air conditioning. Truly went above and beyond for me.
