Ordered and paid for a supercharger kit i May. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery. Four months later I was still waiting for parts.Contacted them numerous times during the 4 months and it was always 2 more weeks. Now they want me to pay a restocking fee for returning it. Beware of duration to fullfill order

Mr. Lewis is a really nice guy. Spoke to him on the phone for about 15 mins. Really knows his stuff about the super charger for the V6.I will be purchasing 1 soon

I went to this shop with my friend to pick his car when we got there his car was dirty inside and out the engine light was on the car wasn't running smooth. I'm pretty knowledgeable on car when I asked him questions about why it was running rough he studded like he had know idea why. I asked about the E-85 kit and tune he said don't run over 50% ethanol but then to find out the flex fuel wasn't even enabled in the tune. From what I've seen from this shop they do not stand by their work and the quality of work is very poor. There was so much stuff done wrong a 5 year old could have done better. I would avoid this shop spend your hard errand money at a reputable shop. Better price means less knowledge and less quality.

Karen has put it overtime to avoid phone calls regarding customer service. This includes during normal business hours as well. She was avoiding phone calls about a car that they messed up. When we called her phone from a new number less than 20 minutes later she answered without hesitation. They have caused catastrophic damage to a vehicle sponsored by my company. The owner of the vehicle has made multiple attempts to come to a resolution to help get the vehicle back on the track. This is beyond poor customer service. This is pure negligence. I have NEVER seen such haphazard mechanics working in a professional shop. For the protection of your vehicle stay away from this shop or anything associated with them!

Best Shop I've ever been to.Tracy is a true professional who exceeded my expectations. He went beyond the work I paid for, both him and his wife treated me like I was a close friend after driving almost 6 hours to the shop, and even invited me out to lunch. I would RECOMMEND to anyone looking for the best shop in the South.

My name is Andrew and I brought my 2010 camaro ss to tracy after purchasing a 3.91 differential from him to install. I would have to say he is one of the best in the business and he really knows his stuff. I'm not just saying that because I will not bring my car to anyone I do not trust. As soon as I arrived at Tracy's shop he immediately gave me a tour around and explained everything he does in shop, which is about anything you need or he can get it for you! The install of my differential went so smooth I enjoyed staying and watching them go to work and if I had a question he answered it and explained every little piece to make sure I understood. Tracy, his wife and his mechanic were such amazing people. I cant wait to go back for more parts when I need them! I just wish I wasnt 3 hours away. Thanks Tracy!!

This company will resort to online intimidation if you sell a product they feel competes with theirs. I'm more than happy to post the conversation from my FB chat so you can see the level of unprofessionalism :) It's unfortunate google doesn't allow for zero stars.

I gave my hard earned money to tracy lewis for a transmition that supposedly was new and paid him to put it in my vehicle. He not only put a completely different transmition in. It was rebuilt and after 3 weeks quit working. He gave me a 3 month warrenty but when he went to fix it he just put a bandaid on it and voided my warrenty. Now 2 months later here i am putting a new transmition in for $2,000.00 after giving him $1,500.00 that ill never get back. On top of all that he left out bolts and even left sensor wires loose and hanging. Needless to say if he was a true man and a real buisness man he would at least give me a percentage of my money back but from the way he conducted himself with me he is no man in my eyes. In the 3 months of all this he had my vehicle for at least 2 months. If you read this TRACY LEWIS i hope you know in your heart what you did was purely dishonest and unprofessional. You know who i am and can call me anytime.

Great people!! Extremely professional!! Great communication. Honest, attention to detail. They even offered to make repairs not quoted, free of charge!! Very impressed with the whole experience! I will definitely be back!!

Tracy lewis and Karen run their business like a family and their clients are too. They work with chevy,Chevy, and other brands equally and understand that people are different and work to satisfy each client's taste in a top quality product.

Purchased a xl catch can online for my 2.0t and even with great detailed provided installation instructions i called on a mid sunday morning and he answered and was quick to drop what he was doing to stay on the phone threwout my entire install, i then find out there not far from our home so i visit months later to meet and put a face with the great man where he gave a tour of the shop and provided a review of my install to be sure all was well and offered alternative mounting options smart people with great products and great work have nvr experienced such stellar service (at track on a sunday morning and still held a 1.5hr phonecall happily!) Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Part 1: During the month of July 2020 I took a drive with a car club from Tampa, FL to Tracy Lewis s performance shop in Sarasota for dyno tuning. On arrival that morning we found that the dyno was broke and needed to be fixed(No big deal, things happen). Throughout the day I had spoke with Tracy Lewis. Tracy claimed to be an expert on Camaros and had extensive experience working and upgrading them. After spending the day talking to him amd seeing the shop I decided to order some parts to upgrade my 2019 Camaro SS. In November I received a call and was told that the parts I ordered had arrived and I could bring my car down for installation. In the beginning of November 2020 I dropped the car off for the work. I was given a completion estimate of 2-3 weeks. Upon dropping my car off I stressed how important it was to make sure the windows were kept up on my car and not left open to the shop or environment. My car was dropped off in showroom condition. I am extremely meticulous about my car to the point that I do not allow food or drinks in my vehicle.
