Brought my truck here to balance my wheels even though they were the most expensive around. After having my truck for half a day, when I was told it would only take an hour or so, I was finally able to pick it up. Once taking the truck on the highway for the first time I could tell the balance was no better. They did offer to rebalance but not for another 2 weeks and wanted my truck for an entire day and gave me nothing but attitude. Took my truck to another shop the next day and had everything fully resolved within 90 minutes.Avoid this shop at all costs unless you want to overpay for horrible quality work.

Terrific people, very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a superb job of adding fog lights and other lights to my Ford Raptor, plus new tires. Seems like there is nothing they cannot do when it comes to trucks and Jeeps Highly recommended.

I had a new stereo installed in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler last week by Brian and his crew, this week they went back into my entire sound system and corrected what was previously done by a guy back in Ohio 2 years ago. Needless to say the guy in Ohio got way more money than the quality he sold me. Brian and his guys took care of making sure I got the best sound out of my system. I highly recommend Brian and the whole staff at Top Shop. My system is insane now and I LOVE it!!!!!! I will be going back to get steel tube doors and lights for underneath.

The team at top shop is awesome. They helped me choose between bed covers for my Tundra and installed it without issue. There is plenty to eat and drink within walking distance but they also have a comfortable waiting area once you get done looking at everything else they have to offer. I will definitely be back!

Wanted to give my 08 Tundra some much needed attention. Wanted to give it a little lift but wasn't sure of what all I need to do and buy. Tori greeted us and walked us through everything we needed. Making recommendations on lift kits, suspension upgrades and even wheels and tires to make sure we ended up with the look we were after. Tori was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to walk us through everything we needed and explained the timing needed for the upgrades. She then went ahead and got us on the schedule. Looking forward to getting the work done. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get some work done on their Truck. They have a huge selection of anything you may need or want. Outstanding service.Updated....Truck turned out awesome. 3.5" lift was perfect. New tires, wheels, headlights & fender flares look great. Truck rides better than before.Thank you Tori & the entire crew @ Top Shop. Great job...

Mike, and family are outstanding. Not only was Mike super knowledgeable about his products and options they offer, they treated me like family and went over and above to meet my expectations. They even took me on a tour of the shop and introduced me to the owner, and the rest of the employees. They did excellent work, and I highly recommend them for any of your truck needs. They installed a level kit, nerf bars with steps, tonneau cover, and folding 3 ball trailer hitch on my truck. My truck looks and feels like a new truck!!! When I am ready to install a lift kit, they will be the ones I use. Thank you Mike and the rest of the Top Shop employees!!!!

I couldn t be happier with the service and execution I received from Top Shop. Dante was thorough from the beginning, his customerservice is top knotch. He made sure that I chose the proper lift, rims and tires that fit my truck. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of considering my limited amount of knowledge in this category. I intend to continue to do business with them for many more additions in the future. Go see the team at Top Shop, they did a phenomenal job on my 2023 Tundra. I highly recommend.

They always treat me good! Been going here over ten years. I ve been seeing Brian from day one for anything I need with my trucks. These are the only guys that will ever touch my vehicles. Love these guys. Never had a complaint. Competitive pricing- Best in town. My custom builds are unique and turn out better than I could ever picture.

To be able to post this took 5 minutes to remember password and username, I have no patience. Long story short, I was in the area for work and stopped in. They have a very good-looking facility and better location. I was looking for seat covers for my new Bronco. They helped me find what I was looking for, ordered them and set an install date. I was busy and delayed the date. During the time of my finally coming up with a new date, I found a few things I wanted to add. They gave me a price that was close to my budget, so I ordered them. They finished the installation a day early, didn't need some the items quoted and my bill was reduced by a significant amount. A lot of people would have charged anyway. The owner and the staff were excited to show me what mods they made.They have earned my business.

On 10/18/23 I brought one of our dealerVehicles a Jeep wrangler to getInspected for a bouncing issue, Tori who was at the reception looked at the vehicle and made us buy $2k worth of parts which we agreed to do so after job was done and a week of waiting for parts the jeep was in the same condition as it was initially, not to mention they made me replace parts that in the first place weren t needed. When we brought the vehicle back to the shop their answer was just to purchase more parts and pay them more $$ terrible customer service from the whole team, they don t even know what they are quoting people for if I was you I would take your vehicle somewhere else!!

these guys will do great work, and will advise on any step of the process, which could be very valuable. For example I never lifted Jeeps and never owned a vehicle with 35s so their input was helpful.

Had alignment , front suspension (bilstein) and front tires , iwe replaced on my Ford F-150 Fx4. well impressed rides like a dream Great service!!! Finally a shop I can trust to work on my truck I would highly recommended to anyone trying to get work done on their truck don t get me wrong their price is a little to much but worth it

Tori will order the wrong parts, they will rip you off on the labor and then they will try to get more money from you. Terrible and shady company, plus terrible customer service!

I have had issues with my leer topper not closing and after fixing it myself may times I had these guys do it... not it works perfect with no issues ... Thank you Tori Joe and your team

Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean showroom. I had my Tundra aligned on a Wednesday after installing new suspension but it still had a pull to the right. I called on Friday to say I needed to bring it back and they got me right in on Saturday morning. I probably wasn't the easiest customer because I wanted certain numbers on the alignment, however, they did a great job and the truck now handles and drives like new. I highly recommend this local business.

I had an appointment set and was called early for an earlier appointment (a week ago) I went in to get a alignment they killed my battery in the process. Which something had to be done to my tie rods, i get that part but i had another appointment for Friday (today) and they just took me off the clipboard? Me and my wife made sure that we were still on for Friday and the blonde guy said yes 1 oclock. Went in the day I had the appointment (today) and the blonde guy at the front desk acted like he hasn't seen me before literally lied straight to my face and smiled. They alsoLeft my keys in the truck across the parking lot? ? (No one took responsibility for that ethier) my mechanic sent me here and I guess the place is going down h.ill. i don't know.very unprofessional I even had my mechanic call up there and the lady said we were harassing her? I never complain on here this time I had too. Tried to talk to a manager or some one else and wasn't able too.
