Always a great experience here! Came in with a muffler issue. Rick took it for a drive. Put it up on the hoist, found the problem and referred us to a muffle professional. No charge. Had us on our way in about 20 minutes. We always use them on any of our vehicle repairs. Excellent HONEST service here.

Had the front wheel bearings replaced on my 2012 GMC Sierra and my truck drives like it is brand new.Service was excellent as always and the price was right as well.I recommend Steve White's Auto to everyone I meet.

I had an overheating issue. Had car towed in about 7:55am. Was greeted and signed in. they looked at my car within 20 minutes found the problem. 1 hour later they had the part installed and I was on my way. No upselling did the job quick and efficiently. Rick and his team are friendly knowledgeable and get the job done.

I don t think I will go back to see White I had brakes done and rotors done on my car now I just found out there s a clicking sound on my car took it back. They said there s nothing wrong with it. Well there was didn t tighten the Lugnuts on my front wheel of my car And the rotors on the front of the car did not like them are new to look like they re still old and he charge me a lot of money for those to be done almost $1000 I think he needs to overlook his help and double check people who does brakes or put Lugnuts on cars not very happy

Fast and efficient service at a very fair price. Replaced a belt and removed a spare tire from a rim for me. Communicative and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again for car/truck services

Rick always takes care of me whenever I need service. I called Thursday afternoon about bringing my truck in for an oil change early Friday morning and he took great care of me. I showed up before my appointment and was greeted with a smile and he immediately started work on my vehicle. I went across the street for a quick breakfast and by the time I was done my truck was ready. Steve White's Auto Repair does great work and a good price and won't come back with a list of emergency work to be done for an outrageous amount of money like the auto repair chains. Professional and trustworthy in auto repair goes a long way in my books.Service: Oil change

Quick and easy. I only had a minor problem needed a lightbulb change, but Steve told me to bring it in and had it done in about 2 1/2 minutes time. Class act I can tell just by that I would trust him with any other issues that arose. Thanks a lot guys!

Second time there. Bought a rebuilt transmission. 1st one failed person was rude on the phone. Rick took care of me. They replaced it. Took another car there. Didn t test drive it. Rick told me. Didn t make it home it broke down. Called back. Told me some symptoms. Broke down again same day. Called back. Never returned my call. Very disappointed with them. Should have test drive it. 800 bucks down the drain. Have to take it to another shop now.

My air conditioning broke on a long drive back from New England so I stopped in just hoping they could get me some answers. Rick & Gary hopped to and had it running in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous, professional and didn t charge me an arm & leg to fix a very important component in Florida driving. Thanks for the pleasant experience and for now being my go to neighborhood mechanics. If I can keep my business north of the bridge, I will every time & y all made that possible this week on a teachers budget. Thanks again for the great service!Service: A/C installation & repair

Crooks! I would give Zero stars if I could but forced to give a star but that is better than being Forced to pay for my car being kept from us and not released to my daughter. From 11pm-10:30am she was given the run around about a vehicle we both own! First she was told I needed to get the vehicle though both of us are on the title and registration at 11pm at night, then she was told that she couldn t get it at all. After I call that morning they try to play dumb and then then they decided to release our car THAT THEY DAMAGED! As she has a low profile car and they put it on a dolly instead! Then CHARGED HER ALMOST $300 just to get her car and it HAD TO BE CASH ONLY! When I asked about this (because they treated my daughter like she was just a young girl they could take advantage of) they stated that it was regulated by the state that they can charge for two days as calander though she was trying to get her car that night and denied until the morning for not even 12 hours. After asking Rick if I could speak to the owner I was told that the owner retired and he handled matters I then stated I would be contacting the BBB at this point Rick apparently found this amused and laughed, so I will make sure I contact the city as well as other forums to warn others of these thieves!Update! Never did I have an attitude as this person is projecting what they did. I would ask for the video tape to be reviewed as they treated my daughter very rudely no matter who had our car. I will be contacting an attorney because you have no right disclosing the information on a public forum! This company still refused to release our car and it was KEEP FROM US FOR 11 HOURS And they tried to keep it longer until I called and asked why! I called them out on their robbery! I Will be taking this to the state because Not only is the company lying but have had their friends harass me and my family as well.

Steve towed a vehicle for me when explaining Steve how to get access to the paperwork and questioning why he was charging me a extra $100 he became very upset and refused to talk to me when confronted why he was over charging me $100 he then proceeded to scream get out of here not to mention I wouldn't have him work on my bike cycle they left my window open because they couldn't figure out how to operate it because they hit the widow lock every unprofessional

recently i needed brake work and after reading the positive reviews and talking to people that have used them for their mechanic work, i called them . Steve said bring your 2015 jeep in for a quick inspection and we will tell you what is needed. if you agree, we will order the parts and the next day we will do the work. Rick inspected the brakes on all 4 wheels and gave me his recommendation and price. Without hesitation i said lets do it. Went into office, entered everything in the computer and than he said ,because we're doing all of this, I'm going to discount $300.00, plus free tire rotation. REALLY! who does this? Gives me a price that i agree to and then discounts $300.00. i have since picked up the jeep and am very satisfied. So, if you're looking to have work done on your car or RV, look no farther. Honest old fashion integrity, fair pricing and quality is rare today.Thank you Steve, Rick, Bill and anyone else performing the work on my 2015 jeep.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place was a god sent!! The guys there are amazing!! Had to go for a vehicle inspection and ( just my luck) our radiator hose sprang a leak....called Steves auto repair and they got me right in fixing our issue!!! If I lived closer, they'd definitely be my go to guys!!!

10/10 the guys here are amazing really! I ve been using them for years and refuse to go anywhere else. They always make sure my car is taken care of and if for some reason something wasn t right I know I can always bring it back. (Haven t had to do that) they know I have children and need my car to be reliable on the road. They are honest and fair and I trust them completely when I need something done. Billy and Rick work hard and I can t thank them enough for always keeping my car running for me.

We had a catastrophic engine failure the day before we had to depart an Airbnb stay. They got us in, quickly and accurately diagnosed the failure and clearly explained our options. Bottom line- I trust them and am happy with the repairs.

I brought my car in for a check-up/tune-up around 8am with no appointment, and there was no wait at all before they were helping me out. I went home and received a text message with a link to a diagnostics report online that was broken into the categories of what passed the test, what I need to fix now, and what is suggested to get fixed in the future.They added new brakes, battery, tire rotation, along with a couple of small adjustments to windshield sprayer and part of the seat in the interior. The entire process took only a few hours, and they were very transparent about pricing, and didn't charge me for the tire rotation since I was already buying brakes, which was nice. They were up front about which repairs weren't necessary, and I never felt like they were taking advantage.When I got home with my vehicle, about 10 minutes went by and then I got a call that they forgot to install the new rear wiper blade I had purchased. No big deal. They said I can come back whenever. Well today I rolled into the parking lot unannounced, got out of my car, and the mechanic was already walking up to my car holding the wiper blade without me even having to go inside.Great service all around. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicle in and recommending this local business to others.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, General repairs, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Honest and excellent employees. They diagnosed a battery issue for me and instead of trying to push me to buy one from them, they reminded me about my warranty through the dealership since I bought the car 3 years ago. Dealership ended up replacing the battery for free

Came to this shop after reading the Google reviews and so glad I did. Drew and Rick are amazing. Drew was very great with communicating the issues with my car and Rick was exceptional on making sure I was on the same page as them in regards to cost and issues with the car as well. I didn't catch the guys name, but the gentleman who worked on the car was great and got my car out of the garage very quickly. I will be coming back here with all my automotive needs. Great job to Steve White and the staff he employs.

Long story short I had recently purchased my car and apparently it came with many issues, I went to them on short notice because someone recommended them and they was pretty close to my location, they told me everything that was wrong and gave me a fair and reasonable price for the work that needed to be done, got my vehicle back the same day, they even did a follow up to make sure everything was still running good (which it was) haven't had any issues since, so now I will be taking all my car repair issues to them

Steve White, and his staff are honest, are great people, they have repaired my vehicle many times such as oil changes, batteries, electrical work, brakes, tires and other maintenance work needed on a vehicle. They have always been courteous, truthful, considerate, and found ways to keep the bill reasonable.
