Dennis came out on Easter Sunday to fix my water pump and did a tremendous job in a very short period of time. I cannot overstate how happy I am with the work done on a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend Dennis for your RV repair needs.

I contacted Dennis after experiencing issues with my 12 volt power to my main cabin. Basically all 12v was dead if I was not connected to 110AC. After doing some trouble shooting and diagnostics Dennis and Josh were able to trace the issue to a harness of wires under the camper that should have been grounded to the frame. While I m not sure how 6 ground wires become disconnected reattaching these resolved my issues. He also fixed the step extending issue I was having and cleared my jacks, that failed due to the bad ground, and recalibrated the jack system for me to level. Amazing work accomplished in well under 2 hours! More than happy with his performance and results!

We had to replace the element in our hot water heater. Dennis arrived at the time indicated and came back at no charge when we needed a follow up. He even came on a Friday night at 7:30 PM to help us get our sliders opened when we first arrived!

I highly recommend my rv repair guy for all of your RV repair needs. Jan and dennis went out of their way to quickly get a quote to my insurance company for approval so that the repairs could get done before the rain came in the next two days. Thank you so much for going out of your way to help! All around great service, great work and good people! I highly recommend for all your rv repair needs.

Dennis saved us!!! Two weeks into a 9 week trip in our FR Georgetown, the motor on our steps died & steps would not retract.Also motor to bedroom slide died & slide would not go out. Leaving us unable to get to clothes & meds in closets & drawers. Over 1400 miles from home.Hubby searched and found Dennis. He took time out of his busy day to look at our motorhome. Ordered parts on Thursday. They arrived Monday AND he worked until 8:30 pm to get us back on road tomorrow & completing our trip. Plus a very fair price. Dennis repaired the slideout top by putting eternabond tape on the slideout roof. The tape gummed up the slide within 2 weeks of use. The repair included cutting out Dennis s patch and gluing and a large piece of tpo roofing over the spot. Also Dennis replaced the floor of our fifth wheel with luxury vinyl tile which lasted for a month on our vacation. Then the slide hit one of the seams and the planks bent up and ripped. I removed the broken tile planks and the ones that would be hit by the moving slide. I am using the rv with a bare wood spot in front of the slide.

I called for some emergency repairs I needed at 9:00 and received a call right away! Also super helpful to request on line appt as they will have all the details so they can fit you in as needed . Very friendly and helpful, felt like I was in good hands

Dennis is a motorhome owner's dream come true! Like most motorhome owners, I've had multiple bad experiences with repairs to my Class A. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable about all systems on a RV, but more importantly, he cares and goes the extra mile to ensure the repair is done right. His pleasant demeaner and personality also make it enjoyable to deal with him when repairs interrupt the intended use. Put him at the top of your list for all your RV repairs!

We scheduled Dennis for a preventative maintenance walkthrough on our new travel trailer. Then we had to add on that the gas strut on our awning broke. Dennis answered all questions regarding preventative maintenance as we went through our owners manual checklist and he gave us additional tips. Dennis also worked with Lippert to get the gas strut for our awning repair as it was still under warranty. Dennis is knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. The communication regarding scheduling and texts regarding arrival were also helpful. So happy to have Dennis nearby if something goes wrong and for general questions.Service: Body & Trim

I arrived at the Tides RV Resort with a broken refrigerator. My RV Repair Guy arrived, diagnosed and resolved the problem in no time! He also answered questions about the AC and the invertor. Was very happy to have the invertor repaired - and a working refrigerator! Dennis and Jan are a great team. Courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. 5 stars all around!

I have a 43 Fifth-Wheel that my family and I live in year around. My furnace broke down the day of our first light snow and below freezing night of fall and I was frantically searching for a repair company. Long story short, Dennis called me back that day and move some appointments around so that he could get my furnace fixed before the cold night. My RV repair guy has outstanding customer service, punctuality and expertise. I would recommend his company to anyone! definitely a company that you will use for the life of your RV, camper, fifth wheel! 5

I had a plumbing leak in my newer travel trailer that required immediate attention, so I called Dennis, My RV Repair Guy (Certified Repair Tech), and he came by the same day to check it out. He determined the the plumbing had been installed incorrectly and informed me that the repair should be covered by my warranty. After assessing the repair, Dennis returned the next day with the proper parts and fixed my plumbing leak. He advised me to report the repair to the manufacturer for reimbursement of costs and provided me with the proper billing statement. I received a reimbursement check just a few weeks after. Being new to RVing, Dennis gladly answered several other questions I had concerning the maintenance of a new travel trailer. I highly recommend his services.

My RV repair guy replaced our water pump when the old one went out in our camper. In addition to the water pump Dennis helped with many smaller jobs including fixing a hole in the canvas and hinges in the storage cabinets. Dennis was quick in repairing our camper and did quality work that I m am sure will last for years to come. We would definitely recommend and use My RV repair guy for future needs of our camper!

We were traveling through the Garden of the Gods area for a one-night stay and discovered late in the evening that our hot water heater was not working, whether we used propane or electricity. After locating Dennis's "My RV, Repair Guy" business online, I called his cell phone at 10:00 p.m. and, much to my surprise, he answered! After hearing about our trouble, he suggested that we meet him at his shop the following morning. He located the problem (we live in Texas and dirt-dobbers had invaded the duct / exhaust causing the flame from the propane to damage an electrical relay), he made the repair, and sent us on our way. He was easy to talk to, very pleasant and helpful in his explanation of what had happened, and proved to be as experienced and resourceful as he advertised. My wife and I were very pleased with the results from the repair. I highly recommend Dennis to you if you have problems with your RV.Service: Electrical

Dennis is an absolute life saver! We got home in the late evening one day and walked into our fifth wheel trailer to find that some of our electricity was not working (including our A/C during summer, oof!). We searched for a mobile RV repair that could handle electrical issues and would come out after hours, and Dennis was the only 24/7 repair service that answered the phone. I explained the issue to him over the phone and he said he could get to us within the hour (phew!) and that he was almost certain he could fix the issue that night. He arrived promptly at 10pm and was able to fix the issue within about 10-20min. When we told him that we had literally bought our trailer the day before, he made sure to include extensive notes on our receipt so we could get reimbursed by filing a warranty claim. He also took the time to explain to us the different types of power to the rig and what would work on each of them. It really felt like he cared that we were taken care of and would be able to handle the issue ourselves in the future by walking us through how he fixed it. I really can t thank and recommend Dennis enough!!Service: Electrical

Dennis was amazing. We initially required his services because we had no power to our unit. In the FL heat, this was a bad thing. Although he was traveling, he called us from the airport, did some troubleshooting, then came to help us as soon as he flew into town. When he arrived, he was able to identify the source of the problems, create a solution, and order the parts needed. We talked to him about some other problems we had that needed to be fixed under our warrantee, and he was able to fix those as well. He is an amazing, intuitive repair person who was very dedicated to solving our repairs and making our RV perfect.
