Terry quickly responded to our call and spent the necessary time to correctly diagnose our water heater problem. He then located the (rather hard to find) parts and promptly installed the new parts. The job required him to not only replace the water heater, but also reconfigure the electric and plumbing. Once he took on our job, he stayed right on top of it until it was completely done to our satisfaction. His company card states, "Honest, Dependable, Experienced"...all true. Add to that phenomenal.

Terry is amazing Mobile RV Mechanic. He for one answers the phone and stays in contact with you, second he shows up when he tells you he will be there. Couldn't get my slide to work on my 24 ft Navion. Called Terry and he was out next day. He had to call distributor but was able to reset and I am back in business.. Our steps died on the trip to Palmetto. So happy to have found Terry! He cares about your problem and getting it right. Parts had to be ordered and he also fixed a couple of other issues that cropped up. He is very easy to deal with, prompt, and determined to get it right! Thank you Terry! On the road again.

Found Terry on Google and definitely recommend him to anyone needing rv repair service. Very quick to respond and repair our problem, which was a defective thermostat. Rates very reasonable, will definitely call him again if service is necessary. Thanks Terry
