Be Aware. Not a safe company!! This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with car maintenance in my life. I originally was recommended this company by a co-worker who had used them. I figured they were safe seeing as how the co-workers' vehicle had turned out. However I was wrong. After asking them to come out to diagnose a sound coming from the front end of my vehicle, I was told it was the front brakes by the first mechanic they sent out and charged $308.00 dollars for just the front brake pads to be replaced. I was at work and did not get a chance to drive the car until later that day. It was still making a sound so I reached back out. They sent a different mechanic the following day who said it was the rear brake pads this time. Now this should have been my first clue. If the front brakes were bad why did the first mechanic sent out not look at all of the brakes? Anyways this mechanic diagnosed and changed my rear brake pads for $279. I was going to a wedding this day and did not have time to sit outside and supervise. When I came out to drive my car because the job took longer than they told me and I was running late for my friends wedding I started my car and found my entire dashboard lit up with error and warning lights. I had to reach out AGAIN and was told how to "reset" the lights. When that didn't work I proceeded to take my car into an actual brake shop to see what the problem was. They informed me that my rear mechanical brake motors were improperly reinstalled and were broken as a result. At this point I simply wanted a refund for the second trip out to me where my car was broken. Marc refused and tried to blame everyone and anything else. I am now facing a $640 repair job after paying almost $600 dollars for just the brake pads to be replaced. This is just not good customer service or responsible business conduct.

I recently had the pleasure of using Marc's mobile mechanic service and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Marc is the personification of trustworthiness, and his communication throughout the process was outstanding. What really sets Marc apart are his unbeatable prices. It's incredibly convenient how he can fix my son's car while he's at work, saving us both time and hassle. I recommend Marc for any car repair needs. His service is top-notch!

This business is amazing. Answered my call on a Sunday came out promptly did a diagnostic and got the parts and did repairs the next day. Very efficient and very reliable and reasonable price,let me know step by step very up front what to expect.As a single woman so grateful for the service. Above and beyond. Hey Everyone I want to give a 5 Star Rating on Marc's Certified Mobile Mechanic Great Company and Services I had a estimate from a company that unfortunately diagnosed my car and gave me the wrong part that I needed to replace which would have been very expensive and the part on my car doesn't need to be replaced that they said. Mark sent him guy out to find out if was a part a lot cheaper than I was told! Marc is a very nice guy and give you true full information on what is wrong so I will refer him to you because a lot of these mechanics shops are taking advantage of you and your money and you need a reliable honest mechanic Company like Marc's and I thank him for everything!

I called them on a Saturday afternoon with a somewhat irritating starter job..That Sunday morning, the mechanic showed up on time, in the rain and in the cold, and replaced the starter.Nissan Titan.Those who know where this is, you'll know how grateful I was to find someone to do it at a very reasonable price.Will 100% use the next time I have something to get fine that I can't/ don't want to do myself.

Marc and the staff at Go Time were hands down the best to work with on my recent purchase. Great customer service and motivated to get you into a vehicle that is safe and of great quality. I would recommend them for your next purchase even over the large dealerships where you feel like just a number. And their new road side mechanic service has the best rate in town and most likely in the entire state. They can get you any vehicle you want at the price you want and in most cases lower than you would even imagine!

The mechanic was dispatched and arrived less than 2 hours after I made the first call. I didn't think about I would get anyone to come the same day. He was very respectful and polite. I traveled down from New York on a very minimal budget doordashing along the way. My back brakes started grinding terribly this morning and I'm not mechanically inclined enough to do drum brakes. I highly recommend marc's he was very kind and willing to help.he also saved me 50% compared to the other three people I called.he sent a guy to meet me in a parking lot and did it right there on the spot. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone give me a realistic quote come and help me and charge me that realistic quote thank you very much. I purchased a car from TJ dealer and I loved my car except for the roach infestation I found after bringing it home. It took several weeks of battle to do away with. Other than that I received great service, they even worked with me on the down payment. I also had a car that was falling apart and was still making payments. They took that car from me and returned it to the finance company removing the stress from my plate. All in all they had gave great service to stress and pressure from an already difficult and painful situation. I would always send anyone who feels hopeless to Mark at GO TIME!

Hands down the best service experience ever! Jayme was so nice, professional, and accommodating!! Never gotten a vehicle in such a short space of time, no lies or bs just signed sealed and delivered!! Way better than going to a dealership. These guys are the best at what they do. Totally worth checking them out if you need a vehicle!

I was very impressed with Marc s Mobile Mechanic. I called this company and a mechanic was out by 10 minutes. The mechanic went above and beyond to diagnose what was wrong with my car. Come to find out it was a bad fuel pump. The price for the part and labor was a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again in the future. The owner was also very good about communicating with me which helped with trusting him even more. I do believe their prices will beat any mechanic in town.Service: Electrical

I'm sorry to say .... I would NEVER recommend Marc. He is NOT a mechanic.. He sends out uncertified mechanics , he does not back their work, he over charge's, he blocks phone numbers to avoid refunds and issues about HIS mechanics work, he has anger issues and is rude. I highly recommend you avoid this business at all cost. He also false advertises on his web page. And I will be reporting him to the BBB.

I went in as l wanted a reasonable monthly payment!! They gave me exactly what l was l was looking for. The car was immaculate. I don't like shopping cars. It's generally a scam. These guys are great, l had no problems or hassle with financing. Thanks for the awesome buying experience and great service!!

My wife and I s car battery died while we were at Walgreens next door. We stopped into the 7 Eleven next door and they told us that the owner of Go Time was very nice and might be able to help us. We walked into Go Time and the owner sent an employee over to Walgreens to jump start our car. While we were talking with the owner, he was very kind and courteous and didn t even try to sell us a new car. Any car salesman would ve used our situation to better themselves, but not the owner. We are gracious that he took time out of his day to help us in our time of need. The next time we are planning to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, we will be remembering Go Time and their phenomenal service.

Fast buying experience, I bought a car from there and had issues from day 3. They said they'd help fixing it. Took it got one thing fixed still didn't get fixed. Had 4 things done to it, two where under warranty. But the last two weren't, had to pay around $500. It still wasn't fixed all frontend issues and then the shifter cable went. I wasn't going to keep sinking money into it, so I gave it back. Don't buy the 2014 Ford Escape white.

Mr mark the owner should be held liable for the remarks he posts in response to customers reviews. ill stop, my apologies. the business is all about put you into a vehicle and the sales people can lie and fib and do whatever it takes to close a deal. immoral unethical unprofessional unpleasant dishonest people. ask your sales lump is the vehicle has been wrecked...post the response. mine said " if you want to pay for one. help yourself, you are more than welcome too. they are the perfect example of why used car sales has a stigma and stink of dishonesty still attached to this day.Response to owner; no I did not purchase a vehicle from your business

I did have quite a bit of repairs on my vehicle.Some were covered on Warranty and GoTime helped on parts.So I have changed my negative review.Always good to check a used vehicle out thoroughly before purchase.Live and Learn.
