My wife's 2013 Genesis sedan needed the front bumper cover and 2 of the parking assist sensors replaced. The estimate was lower than another nearby body shop even though Frost Auto Care identified more items needing replacement than on the other body shop's estimate. The work was completed on time and within the estimated price. The work was very good quality, and the paint match was perfect. After the repair, there was an issue with the parking sensors not working properly. The good folks at Frost Auto Care had us bring the car back and found a pinched wire in the wiring harness. They corrected the issue immediately at no additional cost to us. I highly recommend Frost Auto Care for all your automotive needs. Whether you need paint and body or mechanical repairs, this is the place to take your vehicle. Good, honest people who are easy to work with and put the customer first. Triple A rating!

Frost Auto Care is owned by some upstanding people. I have a Jeep and was having some issues with my soft top and they took care of the issue in less than 5 minutes and refused to accept any money even after fixing the issue. I had previously went to the Jeep dealership to get them to look at the issue and they were going to make me pay $199 just to have someone look at it. Frost Auto Care took care of my issue quickly and honestly, something that is hard to find these days. I will be bringing back all of my vehicles to Frost moving forward.

Frost Auto Care is absolutely amazing!!! I could not be happier with the work they performed. My daughter accidentally went up to far on a parking bumper and pulled her front end apart. My daughter was distraught because she had a trip in a few weeks. I called, told Kim my situation, she found found a way to get the repairs done in time. Throughout the process Kim, Pete and Gwen kept me informed every step of the way. I now call them the dream team because they were professional and friendly every single time we talked, I never felt like they were rushing to get me off the phone when it came to the updates. Pete personally spoke with me to try to accommodate me if needed when we had a day set back because they wanted to ensure my color matched perfectly. It was a gesture that touched me and made me feel like I mattered which is lacking today with businesses. If you are trying to decide if you should use Frost, choose Frost! Pete Frost and team are very thoughtful in their approach and take great care to provide reasonable options and solutions. This Bronco is a family vehicle my father in law worked on and we will keep in the family for more generations. A small portion of my rear door got bent/damaged. Frost straightened it all out, repainted it and did it for much less than the other places I received quotes. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The workmanship is exceptional, the door looks better repaired than it did before it was even damaged. I know the pearl paint is very hard to work with and blend. I can t even tell where the repaint begins and ends. I couldn t be happier with the finished product. My vehicle had damages and scratches from a windshield replacement with Safelite and Frost Auto went over and beyond to fix my 2013 FJ Cruiser and made it look brand new again! On March 31st of this year a 40ft. tall tree from my neighbor's yard came crashing down on my property landing dead-center on the roof of my 2010, 4WD, Toyota FJ Cruiser, taking out the roof, the windshield and miscellaneous other damage. The insurance classified the damage as a "total loss." Being one of those who rolls when punched, I retained ownership . . . bought it back from insurance company . . . collected the remainder of the payout and then went looking for that miracle worker who was going to replace the Cruiser's roof and get us back on the road. That is how I found myself at Frost Auto Care, a jack-of-all-trades repair shop that does everything from fixing a flat to, now, replacing a roof on an FJ Cruiser. If you just want a first-class paint job, they'll do that too. When I approached them with what I needed, Owner/Operator Pete Frost and his wife Kim didn't flinch. "That's what we do," said Pete. I asked though, "Have you ever replaced a roof on a vehicle?" "No," said Pete, "but that's what we do." And they did, and I could not be happier.With the present supply chain problems there was not even one, new Toyota roof panel in the country and Toyota had no idea when there would be any. After much searching it turned-out that there may have been only one used panel in the entire nation, and that now sits on my Cruiser. So once the parts were lined up, Pete and his crew got to work and knocked it out in short order. As the owner I can tell you that to my eyes I can see no difference between the Cruiser as it was originally made by Toyota-Japan, and how it looks now. But you be the judge when you look at the photos I've attached. And if you need some first-rate bodywork or a restoration done, call Kim Frost at Frost Auto Care, and she'll be happy to introduce you to her husband, Pete. My car started acting up the week of Thanksgiving. This is my only car and I drive an hour each way to work (6) days a week. So, I begin calling around and the soonest anyone will look at is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. My luck as usual but then I called Frost Auto Care and spoke with Vanesa, I apologize if I spelled that wrong. I explained what the car was doing and I needed somebody to take a look at it as soon as possible. She told me to bring it in and they would diagnose it. I did and in about 15-20 minutes they were able to tell me my issue. Told me they could fix it but it was Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving so it would be a couple of days before they could begin the work. I completely understood and told them to call me as soon as it was ready. Kim called me on the following Monday and told me I should be able to pick up my car tomorrow, Tuesday. The same day everyone else said they couldn t even look at it until then. I in fact picked up my car early Tuesday and when I arrived to pick it up and pay for the repair she had mentioned my front tires were dangerously bad and needed replaced asap. I knew this but not to how bad they really were. I explained to her that I had some other issues that needed attended first and this was my only car and I needed it now but I would bring it back and let them fix what s causing the tires to go bad. Kim was so simple and comfortable to work with and made this whole ordeal not as bad as it could have been. They did what they said, the price was fair and they won another REPEAT customer. I highly recommending Frost Auto Care for your next car repair. Thank you again Kim, Vanesa and everyone else at Frost .

I called with some noises coming from my car and they immediately picked up the phone and were helpful from the start to finish. They diagnosed the problem and offered solutions quickly and efficiently. Very honest place to get the work done you need on your vehicle. Wish I lived closer to have them as my regular mechanics.

Update: about 3 months after I reviewed for my friend, I ended up needing their service.12-2023 My car broke down and left me stranded, the gentleman "Brody, shout out to you for helping me that day, appreciated more than you know" he pulled over to help me, suggested Frost's, me being fairly new to the area forgot about them, it was towed to Frost's Auto Care unannounced, and they were so professional about this and fixed my car problem.....I will use you again in the future, but hopefully not too often, LOL9/2023 This place helped My friend out with adjuster company when her car was in an accident, this place was friendly, courteous and professional about her situation.....

Took the car in because the splash guard was dragging, and they reattached in less than 30 minutes. The problem started when the dealership removed the splash guard to inspect the braking system and forgot to install 2 bolts which led to it lowering and dragging during driving speeds. Of course, the dealership said they completed the job and I had hit something. But can't explain why the bolts where missing. Long story short I will be taking my car to Frost.

Pete and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They efficiently performed an AC recharge at a reasonable price.I had brought my car to two other mechanics that wanted to replace parts that would have cost me a fortune due to labor (12 hours) and parts. Pete had it fixed in half an hour.I higly recommend Frost Auto Care.

You know when you meet someone at a car show and you start talking about a problem you have and the person says "I've got a guy!!"... Well Pete Frost is my guy. Fantastic job on fixing our 2021 Escape. While shopping in Publix someone hit our car. I took it to Frost for an estimate was easy and complete on estimate. Very reasonable priced and we scheduled the car to be repaired. We took it there 8/7/23 and got it back today, Excellent job I highly recommend them for your automotive repairs and body work.

Took my 2011 Camaro for an estimate and never turned back. Great estimate, great people and great job. I had some trunk damage from Ian and paint worn off the mirrors from Fast Five car wash brushes. I recently had some front end damage to my older vehicle and just happened to find Frost Collision. Since it's a 2004, I didnt expect the paint to be perfect. Well, it was, and dealing with everyone at Frost was a very pleasant experience. I have been in customer service all my life and I realized that some companies really still practice it. Having just moved to the area, I was looking for a shop that could do both mechanical and body work on my 2 classic cars (T-Bird and Cadillac). Frost Auto care has been an excellent find. Not only did they handle basic items such as oil and fluid changes, but they have been great at diagnosing and fixing hard to pinpoint issues with the older vehicles. I have always had an excellent experience with them and their capabilities additionally in both body and paint work distinguish them from the run of the mill repair shops.
