I found this company very honest and efficient. As a female snowbird I was comfortable and confident I wasn t getting ripped off they are very respectful and responsive to questions, stayed in touch frequently during the diagnostic period. Certainly would recommend them and will go there for any future issues that may arise.

When I called them the said come in the following week due to his BMW mechanic was on Christmas vacation, which was fine with me everyone needs off durning the holidays, he said the job was 4hrs. Showed up the following week to drop off and mechanic looked at it and said take it to a dealer said there was high pressure lines involved he couldn t do it,so I took it to H3 auto off 70 was fixed in 4 hrs and H3 was GREAT!!The 2 stars was because he was nice on the phone!

Very satisfied...called Tuesday, had truck in there Wednesday and back on Thursday...major repair...so relieved to find a reputable mechanic. thank you!!!!

Told me my engine was bad said trade my durango in asap come to find out it was my VVT AND VVTS cost me less then 500 to get fixed didn't even attempt to diagnose problem properly I would not recommend EVER!!!! Could have ended up costing me alot!!!

Ran over something on highway 41 and punctured my tire. Whatever it was came out right away which caused me to start losing air immediately. After changing my tire and putting the spare on, I headed over to Bill Lee's, which was less than 1/4 mile away from where I was. Bill Jr came out and greeted me right away. He called Felipe over to take a look at my tire. They were able to find the hole, seal it, and get me back on the road in under 20 minutes. The price was fair and they never once tried to convince me on anything I didn't need. Fast, friendly, professional, affordable service. Thanks y'all.Service: Tires

Exceptional service! I was helped immediately by the kind and very professional workers. They solved the issue for my vehicle very quickly and I was out of there with my car fixed in no time. I have little knowledge about cars, and the workers politely explained everything about my car's problems to me so that is was easy to understand. This business is awesome, and I know that if I ever run into problems with my vehicle while on the road again, I will definitely make my way to Bill's. I recommend this business so anyone who wants fast, amazing service from a friendly, skillful staff!

I take all my vehicles to Bill. He always takes care of them in a timely and efficient manner. Prices have always been fair and they're great at communicating whatever issues may be occuring with your vehicle.

Great place to get tires. Good prices. Also other automotive places in same plaza. Baileys Transmissions is a great place for transmission work. And Nuts and Bolts garage for all other mechanical work.

I m absolutely floored. Had an issue with my motor home and Bill Lee /Automotive was recommended. Got there unannounced (!!) and Bill Jr. greeted me and asked how he can help. We were in the middle of a trip and I had blown the serpentine belt on the RV. Difficult to get to and was told he ll look at it in the morning when the engine cooled off. I received a call this afternoon to tell me that coach is all done and checked out. From bringing it in without notice to picking it up within 22 hours!!! Wow what an impressive bunch of guys. Thank you so much. I hope I don t need you a lot, but if I do, you the only place I will go to

My first visit to Bills auto. Had my motor home serviced. Bill Jr was extremely kind, and service was well done. Oil, lube, and filter completed on time as promised. One of his friendly employees; Gadget took me home and returned to pick me up so I would not have to hang out for 3 hrs. Plan on spending around 2 bills for the service, however a new set of wiper blades was also installed. I will go back!

These guys were awesome! Fixed our tire in 10 minutes and had us on our way in no time. If anyone is in the Bradenton area and you need help with your vehicle, stop in to see them. Price was right too

Stopped in with screw in my tire. They removed screw and plugged tire. Took maybe 15 minutes. They always do a good job for me.

I got a nail in my tire and didn't want to drive all the way to the dealership, I found these guys online. I highly recommended them. Great service, very friendly and reasonably priced. They are defianately my go to guys for anything outside of my warranty.

Excellent service and great prices! I highly recommend Bill Lee's Automotive for any repair. They gave me an estimate before making the repairs and did charge me more than what was quoted. My AC has been repaired and I am completely satisfied with the service and the charges.

Bill Lee Auto Service was a God send when when Bill Lee jr s father was running the business.Since Seniors son has taken over, the service has been horrible here s the last 2 visits.1. I brought my truck in a year ago to have a new clutch and pressure plateand rear brakes put in on my Toyota truck.I was told I had a bad transmission, and the that rear shoes on my brakes were fine. Drive it until it breaks, then we ll deal with it. statement from Bill Junior. After putting in a new transmission it turnsOut it was the drive shaft all along. No worries I going to keep the truck, I was thinking.2. More recent went there to have the A/C worked on and new brakes on the front end.They slipped newPads in didn t turn the rotors, and drilled a hole and put a toggle switch in the dash, for the A/C and toldme this would work. The a/c didn t work , he apologized and said he would fix the a/c and make it right, two days later,left the place , no a/c next day. Called left message, didn t return call. 1100.00 later I have no invoice, or A/C and a new toggle switch. By the way when I asked him what was up the toggle switch and with the way they did things,He replied , I m not a mechanic , I have mechanics that work for me ! Father Bill , thanks for the great service in the past ! Gregory

I got to Bill Lee's shop after my car broke down on the I-75. They are a very professional crew. They diagnosed and solved my problem in less than an hour and got me running. They charged me the right price. They provided me an outstanding service.
