Came in to return a serpentine belt my elderly dad bought for my car, although I've told him I don't own the car anymore. I was assisted by a short chubby Hispanic gray shirt manager, Robert might have been his name as another store told me. Not sure if it was a shift manager or store manager I didn't look at the name tag. I explained him the situation on how my dad bought the belt and I didn't have the receipt. He he couldn't help me and that I needed the receipt and the card I used. I told him again I didn't buy it and I would take store credit because I had other things ti purchase as well. He kept saying the same thing. He even said, hey it's it my rules. Seems like it is because I've returned things to autozone, like many others, without a receipt and they would look up the phone number if it had warranty or ask me for my ID for store credit. He didn't do any of that. I had to go to another store and they assisted me very well. Looks like customer satisfaction is not a priority for this store. As other reviewers mentioned poor customer service. Will not return here again. District manager will hear about this.

I had my battery replaced by Joel. I also bought some fluids for my car. The level of professionalism and customer service was exemplary and I was pretty annoying! Thank you Joel and staff for making my day!

As a 30+ year loyal autozone customer I have never experienced the amount of disrespect and rudeness form a autozoner as I did today. The Manager "Rick" should be terminated! He denied my return and told me to go back to the original store that I purchased from and they will do the return. When I initially made the purchase I asked can I return this part at any autozone is If i don't use it, and they say "Yes as long as I have the receipt I can return it at any autozone". Unfortunately I will no longer return to this location with this ''manager" working there.

Will never return here after they installed my car battery backwards.. refused to pay for a rental, left me with no car on Easter. Yes they refunded the amount I had to spend at the dealer to fix, but it was just crazy how they couldn t pay for a rental or at least refund me for the cost of the battery.

Stephen, the store manager was very helpful. I was thinking I was going to have to do a whole exchange but Stephen made everything work out perfectly. With the weather changing I had to update my wipers, what would have taken me a long time, Stephen did it under 3 minutes! Very helpful and nice. Thanks Stephen!

Employee told me I could make a return at any autozone, so I came in and manager told me I can t. he had a sassy feminine attitude, getting rude with customers while he could be training employees is low quality.

I was there on a Saturday, they were pretty busy but still managed to take really good care of us. The employee who helped me was a lady, I believe she was the only female staff and I really wish I could remember her name to give her credit. Anyhow, I needed a new light, she found it in seconds, sold it to me - it was very reasonably priced- and said that if it wasn t too complicated she could switch it for me. She took a quick look at my car and said she would do it. She completed the job in less than 5 minutes and it was perfect. She charged me absolutely nothing for the installation and wouldn t even accept a tip. She saved me a lot of trouble on that day and I was very thankful !

Kudos to Mike S. @ AutoZone/Palmetto for superior Customer Service!He helped me find the correct adaptor for my Bosch wiper blades and then changed both sets out for me in the parking lot. Friendly and knowledgeable.Above and Beyond!!!

We were leaving another store in the AutoZone Plaza when our battery died. Thankfully we were near AutoZone!! Stephen gave us great customer service and came out and changed the battery for us!! We could not be more grateful! Strongly recommend!!

well, this is one more visit by accident. I have only left positive reviews in my life for anyone doing service. I had a bad experience 7 months ago and now I have 1 more thing to add. I have an 83 year old mom that drives a focus. She didn't remember the last experience in the store where they didn't want to change her battery and complained (we went down the street with no problem). Well, they charged her 62.93 for wipes on a Ford Focus. She even tipped $10 for the install. I called and asked could I bring them back because they are 16-24 everywhere I looked. I just gave here the difference but dang that was a lot for windshield wipers. I asked could I bring them back and they said no. One more lesson learned.

I went to this store honestly expecting it go horrible due to a issues with another location but this was the smoothest and more honest visit I have ever had. Stephen Reeves, store manager was amazing. He answered my questions, tested my battery and replaced it with no hesitation. He wasn t pushy nor was he nonchalant to my concerns and it made my day. I would definitely visit again and send people there. If you go in, ask for Stephen, he is great!!

I went to this location to get everything I needed for an oil change. Garrett and Casey were very helpful. All I had to do was tell them the year make and model of the truck and in minutes I had all the best recommended supplies including a new oil pan cork. They went over and beyond to also give me the best practices and what I may run into with my particular vehicle. At the end Casey recommended for me to get a roll of oil wipes. At first I was thinking "good upsell man, respect, I'll buy the wipes." Once I got home to do the oil change, I ended up using a crapload of them. When I was done, I said to myself, "I am leaving them a review because that was just good looking out." I would never have bought them if he did not suggest that I get them, and I did end up needing them. Thank you.

See my friend Dena here was freaking out about her car not starting. So we went to AutoZone. Steve the manager came out and tested the battery and reaffirmed that it was the battery. Steve hooked us up with a new battery and had it installed super quick. Thank you Steve.

Hit me with a can t sell you the parts cuz our commercial department isn t open on weekends. Seems like lack of training is the norm. Hop in your car and drive to ADVANCE.

To the OWNER make sure to keep Coleson on your team. He helped me change out the battery on my infinity. I got the duralast platinum. He walked me through and went above and beyond to make sure our interaction was pleasant and he gave everything a look over to make sure all was good to go. Bravo Zulu Coleson!!!

My wife and I went to AutoZone we dealt with a young man named Julian Ramos he was very helpful and professional at all times he answered any question that I asked him pertaining our vehicle that we have. Good job keep up the good work good customer service.

I shopped today for a new battery and Brake fluid from the Palmetto location. Thanks to Craig and Jake I got the right stuff. Craig even swapped out the Battery for me. It was boiling hot outside but they still went out of their way to swap it out and help me out. Thanks guys, keep up the great work! Saved a ton of money from doing it anywhere else!

These guys are awesome, I was having problems with my fix and had borrowed the special tool for the job from AutoZone. I had tried everything to break this thing loose but having no luck with it. Finally I brought the thing in thinking I might as well get my deposit back on the tool. They looked at what I was working on and they all chipped in and was able to get it broke loose. Thanks fellas.

This store is great, the employees are very friendly and helpful, I needed a new battery they checked the warranty it was expired so they gave me a competitive price and came out to parking lot took out my old battery and in 15 min. I was ready to go. Great service and very friendly people, I highly recommend this store.
