Brought my scooter in problem not starting. A week later still not starting $400 later with no call for estimate and had to ask for detailed receipt which I ve never heard of after service. I asked about any warranty on the work done he said how long do you want it for..wait, what??? Seriously. Do not recommend. Everything he contested below is not true no new carberator, gas tank corroded needed replacing never did any of it! Stay away!

Alex sold me (2) 35w bulbs for my light bar $10 each. He offered to install them. I appreciated the offer and said, sure if you don t mind, thinking this guy has great customer service. Time to pay.. $40! Alex should have told me when he offered that he charges $10 per bulb installation fee. I would have politely declined. Short ride home, going to have to re-install it myself anyway.

I was able to service my bike over here, swapping both tires in a timely manner and with the decent price. Will definitely come back.

Thank you Alex for your effort and great work at the shop. I brought my wolf brand scooter over to you and you fixed the vacuum line for me and the scooter is good as new. You are the best and your prices are very decent and your understanding and patient with your customers. Thank you. I bought a 50cc wolf scooter from there. First week it had some problems and the owner fixed it for me right away put a new clutch in there then it still had some problems and he's working with me right now to either fix it or get me a new one this guy is a man of his word and knows how to treat his customers I would highly recommend if you're thinking about buying a scooter going there. Great owner and great customer service. Update he got me a brand new engine and installed it in one day. I was completely amazed by his customer service thanks again Alex

Moved to a new house and this was the only shop in the area. Came in to get it repaired and I thought my scooter would be fine just for it to break again 3 weeks later. Came back again to get it fixed and once again it broke only 9 days later. Thought it was fixed both times just to be disappointed both times. He didn't even give me a receipt. Seems shady. I thought when running a business you should always get a receipt and after reading some other reviews it seems like many others didn't get a receipt either.

I bought my son a 50cc wolf and Alex has went above and beyond to help us any time we needed him. I d highly recommend Alex he s an ace. Great customer service & Man of his word.

Buying a scooter I thought I would avoid all the problems by going only to the authorized dealer. Nope. They were twice as far, twice as expensive and twice as wrong as Alex. They would not even adjust the carb(didnt know how). Wish I had gone to Xtreme right from the start -Alex has been right about everything and she runs great.

So I left my 09 yamaha vstar1100 with Alex about 4 MONTHS ago with a problem idling and not staying on I told Alex that I changed the fuel pump and the spark plugs so we figured the carburetor needs to be cleaned fast forward 4months later after I dropped off the bike after months and months of calling and checking about my bike Alex calls me and said my bike is ready. So I went to his shop to pick it up. As I I arrived Alex took my payment of $650 for his services and said the bike is fix as he bragged about how he use to fix motorcycles in Russia since he was 16yrs old. After he took my money of $650 for carb cleaning and changing the fuel pump(which I told him I changed and he doesn t remember cuz it was 4months ago) I started the bike (which he had to put back together in the spot) and wala!!! idling problems still there and as I try to test drive it, the bike Boggs down and won t start again same problem since I dropped it off has never been fixed now I m down $650 and a bike that still having the same problem he charged me for a fuel pump (which I already changed ) and a carb cleaning that still has my bike running rough. This guy Alex still has my bike his shop and now he s conviently going out of town with my money and my bike still in his shop this has been a nightmare experience with this establishment you should run away if your looking for a reliable motorcycle repair shop that actually knows what their doing I will update you guys while I wait if he ever gets my motorcycle running normal like I said, I m down $650 and the motorcycle still doing the same symptoms as when I dropped it off . Hope he doesn t charge me for every part he changes till he figures out the problem Update: Alex called me 2 days later and told me to pick up my bike I ask him what was wrong and he just told me he didn t do anything to it and hung up so I got the shop and I guess Alex just turned my idle up high just so I can drive away and wala!!!!I didn t even make to my driveway before my bike died and won t start back up due to a cylinder dropping out and not IDLING PROPERLY (the main reason why I brought to Alex in the first place) so I guess that $300 fuel pump which I changed already did NOT WORK so YEA, the bike still has the same problem with idling and I m down $650 stay away from this dude all I know is a good mechanic will never leave his customers with a bike that has the same problem after a transaction. Bad business take your money somewhere else this dude is SHADY!!! Bottom line is this dude tried to beat Corsa Moto works price to lure me in for $100 cheaper but ended up regretting taking the bike to him and fyi I didn t run out of money like he said on the reply cuz we never spoke about further problems with the bike he just literally gave up on the bike . Some mechanic foreal this guy is a joke.. he need to focus on scooters only cuz he don t know nothing about regular motorcycles. you re welcome for that $650 it s my birthday and Christmas present to you Alex Update: got my bike back and running and I have printed documentation from corsa motor works that this crook did not do the work that he said he did on my bike because according to corsa my carbs were still dirty and the wrong Orings were put on and other faulty findings in my carburetor like The adjuster screw was never cleaned etc. that this clown Alex supposedly rebuilt for me and charged $500 I will definitely be going after this clown legally what a crook!!!Service: Engine repair

I purchased new tires from an online motorcycle and scooter parts company. I have a Burgman 400. He did a great job of balancing and mounting the new tires promptly. I would return. Very happy

The owner is the ultimate professional and expert on Japanese and American motorcycles. I trust my old school Yamaha VMAX with no one and always did repairs myself until health issues as of late prevent me from doing so. Alex takes care of me needs now for more than a reasonable price and gets me back on the road quick. I highly recommend

Brand New motorcycle owner and I bought a used 84 Honda Magna v45. I have no clue about motorcycle repair, Alex was kind enough to look at my bike and explain details of what could be wrong. It happened to be a clutch master cylinder and he repaied it with a reasonable cost in less than half a day. I will definitely go back for any more issues with my bike.Services: Brake service & repair, Battery

This guy needs to be reported for all the money he collects on "repairs" but never issues a receipt. I'm sure the BBB and IRS would love to know about such common practice at this establishment, and all the excuses he has for not having receipts.

Popped in to see Alex the day before Thanksgiving for a new tire. I have a non standard size and Alex order it for me straight away. Alex called me on Tuesday to say the tire had arrived and I dropped my bike off and he fitted it with 40 mins. Used Alex many times over the years and always give top notch service. Found Xtreme Max on happenstance, riding by on the pinellas trail. Alex was able to get my old Honda reflex up and running. It had previously sat for 7 years. Had old gas inside and a rusty gas tank at minimum. He replaced only what was needed and got her up and running. It now runs a bit smoother than it did prior to sitting for 7 years.It is hard to find honest people in this world today that are good at what they do.Alex is one of them.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Engine repair

Bought their motorcycle wheel chock with tie down straps from Amazon. Opened the box to find that there were no straps and no bolts and nuts to put it together. I reached out and they said that they could not help me unless I sent them pictures of the missing items. Really?

Alex has worked on my CBR600RR Multiple times, and each time.i.get it back, it's like a brand new bike....HE IS REALLY GOOD. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, and intelligent repair shop. THANKS ALEX!!

Alex is very professional and will work with you.I had a flat tire on my scooter and a bad clutch which he replaced then and there. A couple days later water got in my gas tank, he came and towed me and fixed it the next day.

Alex is amazing! As long as u communicate and work with him, he WILL go above and beyond for u. The service I'v recieved was top shelf. been there several times, done a ton of work to my bike, and dont wanna take it to anyone else. I trust Alex, and in turn he rewards my pocket for being a loyal customer. The price is unbeatable! I highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for quality work at a great price... His shop is the diamond in the rough u have been looking for if u want a permanent mechanic who knows ur bike.

I had a tire mounted and balanced. Seemed like too many weights were added, after I got it home to install I noticed they didn't remove previous weight on opposite side of rim.

Excellent, honest and very reasonably priced.I took my scooter to a factory authorized dealer (Cycle Springs) and they not only didn't fix the problem, they charged me $250 for a part I didn't need and kept my scooter for 2 weeks!I decided to give Xtreme Max a shot since they are local to me, and Alex figured out the problem the same day and I was riding the next. (NO parts needed!)I've been back 3 or 4 times since, replacing tires, changing drive belt, fixing brake issues and most recently an electrical problem.He's never sold a part I didn't need- in fact, he's NEVER sold me any replacement parts.He just figures out how to fix things.He's a great troubleshooter and fixes things fast.I would highly recommend giving Xtreme Max a try!It's relieving to know you have someone local you can trust.

Took my 01 Honda CBR F4i here for a rear tire replacement. Alex is very helpful and friendly, and got the job done quick. Got my bike back in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place, very friendly and trustworthy

Today I found my scooter that needed an oil change and some repairs with the exhaust pipe. Well I started looking and I found XTREME MAX POWERSPORTS, I called by phone to find out if it was attending, and until what time. I asked him if he could attend me in 30min. He said yes. I went with my scooter and he repaired it right away and he told me that the scooter needed valve adjustment due to a sound that he detected .. I think that XTREME MAX POWERSPORT knows what it does VERY WELL .. they are experts thank you very much

I called ahead to see if they had any 49cc scooters for sale, the owner said he had one later on that day i checked it out, it was a 49cc TAO TAO scooter 2017 2700 miles on it. Then i took it for a test drive it performed well so i made the deal with him and purchased the scooter (now this next part is the reason for this long review) i drove the scooter home i went to taco bell on it (lol) then i decided to ride over to my buddies house which was 2 mins from taco bell. so when i got there i turned the scooter off we went inside for a bit came back out i wanted to show him the lights and stuff so it turned on but then it stalled so i tried it again its cranking but not firing (just a reminder this is all in the same day i purchased the scooter) so after trying for 10 mins to get the scooter to fire up i called the owner of Xtreme sports he said "that shouldn't be happening" then he said i can come to you but it'll be on monday (it was on a friday) or if i was able to get it to him he'd look at it. Thankfully i decided to go to my friends his dad had a pickup truck so we headed over there and the owner looked at my scooter about 15 mins later he came back out with it running said it was the spark plug but then it stalled with him on it so he took it back in and installed a brand new carburetor( FOR FREE also roughly 30 mins of his time) it fired up and stayed running. Now i gave it about 3 weeks before writing this review its still running pretty well i already put 300 miles on it pretty soon i'm going to take it in for a tune up and guess where i'm going Xtreme Max Powersports.
