The techs and front counter reps, Jonah and Andrew, were all great to work with.I had my truck serviced at this location. Jonah was extremely friendly, patient, and easy to understand. He explained options in good detail.Quotes were provided for future work in which I will be back to have performed by this shop. I really trust this shop as they have communicated very well their concerns and my options. I feel that they have worked on my vehicle as if it were theirs.We will be taking our other vehicle to this location soon (next couple of days) for service and for future issues.

I feel like the work done on my car was quality work, done in a very timely manner. The only negative is that it cost a pretty good amount of money, wish it weren't so expensive.I regularly do have our other car serviced at Tires Plus, as well as my daughter's car who lives out of state.

Brought my friend in because her car has a screw in the tire - she told tech plug it replaced it whatever you've got to do - I have 2 hours drive. Tech all good just a short one you'll be fine .... Driving down I75 her tire blew

Jason and team are fast, friendly and informative. I take all my vehicles to them and they are never pushy with upselling me. They do inform me of what recommendations they have based on the age and mileage of my vehicle, but they never make it feel forced. They also try to find the more affordable option for me (buffing the rust off my rotors v. complete replacement). Some how, no matter how busy they are, they always manage to get me my car before close of business. Thanks guys!

I have been coming to this store for a very long time, due to auto warranties we also visit the dealership to utilize the warranties otherwise I would use this store more often. The service advisors are always attentive and don't offer additional services not required yet. Thank you for that.

Good first experience at this Tires Plus. In and out in 1.5hrs, which was what I expected getting 2 new tires put on and an alignment. My only complaint is they forgot to take the tire label off one of the tires. Its way hard to get off after driving it for 6 miles. Just didn't catch it at the business.

I ve been a customer here on and off for years, especially during car emergencies. Each time, I've had a consistently pleasant experience. Most recently, I brought my car in due to a loud noise it was making, and it turned out to be a large plastic bag that had melted into several parts of my car. The team here at Tires Plus kindly took the time to diagnose the issue and promptly fixed it. They also conducted a thorough inspection of my car and provided honest feedback without any pressure to purchase additional services. This level of service is precisely why I'll be returning for the various maintenance tasks my car needs in the next few months. I highly recommend this Tires Plus

Have been going to this Tires Plus for many years, but will never go again. Went in for a normal oil change, bill when I came to pick up the car was $108. No discussion about this pricing beforehand. This place is a scam. Service sucks.

Communications were excellent and honest. There were delays due to difficulties, but the calls and reasoning were reassuring. Job completed at closing time and employee offered to stay late to process car pick up car.

Have always been up front and honest about repairs. They waived the diagnostic fees when the code was for the transmission. And recommended a place to take it too.

Run!!!! Run away!!FAST, !!!!Do not come to this place! Hear me when I tell you truthful, that a "tire expert??"" Uh huh sure thing...a lying deceptive service manager and/or store manager will tell you ohhhh look!!! There's a nail in the tire and it's too close to the edge...you'll need a new $187 tire.Luckily I was the person going back n to pick up my sister's suv.For grins , I asked him to show me the tire...Holy rip off!!!! It was a wall tack in a new tire but no where close to the edge or even an issue to the tire...employees lied said bubbles meant to There's a hole in it...IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING THRU THE OTHER SIDE, it was a wall tack!!!I called the manager back...I'm too disgusted to explain what he attempted to do.

We had an oil change, tire rotation and brakes done a few months ago and had a great experience. We were able to schedule an appointment for service without any issue. I want to personally send out my thank you to this tires plus. Not only did they get me in same day I needed service but Andrew and Gary treated me with the best customer service and care. They told me what was actually wrong with my car when I thought it was something else and took care of me to the best of their abilities. I ve never been so confident I would return anywhere else. They were some of the nicest mechanics I ve ever met at any tire shop. I will return to this location because of Andrew s and Gary s respect. They deserve to be acknowledged for treating a frustrated customer with the best attitudes and customer service. Thank you

Beware!! Put tire on backwards and broke sensors..First off, they replaced my back tires but didn t have enough in stock to do the front. We scheduled the front tires for the next weekend but by that time, they completely forgot about it and never ordered our tires. We had to wait another week and refused to make us a priority. Very rude and told us they wouldn t be able to do the work in the time frame we needed even though we scheduled an appointment. Clearly did a rushed job because 2 weeks later both front tire sensors stopped working. We brought my car to a different Tires Plus and they discovered that this location put one of the tires on backwards!! This is a tire repair shop and they can t even put on tires properly.. Not only that, but they broke 2 of my tire sensors (maybe even tampered with them) I don t even understand how this place is still in business.. I will make sure to warn everyone about them. It may be a drive but the Clearwater Tires Plus did an excellent job and won t try to scam you :)Services: Tires, Brakes

I asked for an oil, and filter change here. It was a few hours to closing and I wanted to make sure they could accommodate me before driving there. They said it was no issue so I dropped my car off. They told me it would be done before 7, but they ended up needing more time to get it done, which was not as issue for me. As I waited in the front room I could see the oil tech working on my car. I could tell he was obviously very frustrated (I don't know if my car was being difficult, but I suspect he was also upset he had to stay late). He ended up not doing the oil filter, as he probably thought it was too much work (I check afterwards and it was still old unit). After he got done changing just my oil, he SLAMMED my hood closed and threw the invoice (the invoice is in a plastic sleeve thingy with some metal bits) onto my hood. After I paid for the oil change AND filter change, I went out to my car and found some substantially sized grease hand stains on my driver side door. But at $33 for an Oil and Filter change, you really can't beat that price, as Oil and a filter by themselves are about $30. I have gone here many times before and never had any issues with the work or prices.Service: Oil change

My Family and I have been going to this Tire Plus on Eastlake Road for about 10 years and their Customer Service is always STELLAR! The are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable and never try and over sell you. I cannot say enough good things about this Establishment. It is so refreshing to know that there are still good people who like what they do and understand Customer Service. I would like give a big shout out for the guys this morning for removing a kitten underneath my wife s car. These guys were great, they even brought cat food from the gas station next door to get the kitten out from underneath the car. Long story short the kitten somehow got underneath the car in Tampa and made it to palm harbor. Me and the neighbors try to get him out for hours and couldn t. So we decided to go to our local tire plus in east lake and these guys save the day. Been going there for many years for oil changes and the service is great. Thanks again

Shameful! I ve had good service here at Tires Plus (36003 Eastlake Rd.) but it s hit or miss. My recent experience was pretty bad. On 4/8/22 I brought my car into Tires Plus East Lake for a slow leak. I knew I had a leak because I was constantly filling just the one tire with air to maintain the proper tire pressure. I had just come from a service at my car dealership who wanted to charge too much for the repair of the tire. So I decided to take it to Tires Plus East Lake. After waiting an hour at Tires Plus East Lake, they told me that I didn t have a leak, they couldn t find anything and the pressures all looked good. I told them I just had it at the dealer and they had just put air in all the tires after I turned down the repair at their shop. My tires had been rotated too, so I couldn t tell the guys at Tires Plus which tire had the leak now. No problem, I said, I ll drive around for a few days and I ll come back and tell you which tire has the leak. I came back in again on 4/21 at 5 pm, two hours before closing, and they said they couldn t squeeze me in. I asked if I could bring it in first thing in the morning on 4/22? Sure thing, he says. I ask if I need an appointment because I have to head to Orlando first thing in the morning. No, we don t take appointments, he says, just be here at 7am and we ll get you in. So I arrive at 7am sharp on 4/22 and the guy behind the desk at Tires Plus East Lake says, he has two appointments before me and can t get me in until 9am! The website actually offers appointments. I didn t know this because I usually call or walk in. I won t be back to this location even though it s conveniently close to home. They should have found the leak when I brought it in the first time on 4/4. Buyer beware.

Brandon was very helpful. After multiple other places turned us down, My wife called with a bubble in her tire at about 5:45. Even though they closed at 7 and we were about 30 minutes away they still told us to come in and they would take care of us. They stayed until about 8 to put new tires on the car and an alignment. Highly recommend! Service like that is hard to come by these days.

Steve and his staff are amazing! I used Tires Plus on 2 occasions for 2 different reasons: 3/2018 and 5/2018. They are top notch in all areas: from getting an appointment as quickly as you need it, getting your car repaired correctly the first time, stellar customer service, and price. I have referred all of my family members and friends to this location. Also, the waiting area is comfortable and clean if you re waiting on your vehicle. Bravo for being excellent!

Good shop, they try to source parts locally so you're not without a vehicle for too long. They're up front and honest, certainly better than the stealership. Try to make an appointment or you'll be there all day as they're understaffed, ALL service centers are understaffed.
