Changed the oil, did a vehicle inspection and change and balanced four tires in less than an hour (while I was waiting). Staff was helpful and courteous. Price was reasonable.

I like this place. I ve been here half a dozen times in the last eight years. I ve been driving for .OMG, over forty years now- like 45. This is a legit and honest shop from everything I ve seen. I m surprised at some bad reviews. I ve been here for one tire, another fine for four tires balanced, another fine for valve stems after the tire place across the street charge me for them with my new tires, but never changed them, once for an alignment, and once for tire rotation. With the tire rotation I was pressured to buy a bottle of fuel injection cleaner, even though my car was running fine. I relented and bought it since it was only $15 or $20 and I felt bad for the manager and mechanic since I was in for only a tire rotation. Everyone s got to make a living. They do seem short handed these days, but that s many places and not their fault. I highly recommend them compared to competition across 19.

Juan was incredibly helpful. He showed me where my car's Vin # is, and where to check for the year of manufacture. He gave me great advice about the kind of oil to use, and what the difference is between the types. I look forward to coming back to this location for many years!

Not happy today. Had appt @ noon, arrived on time to find out they were all booked up. Tire with nail, leaking air & needed to be patched. Totally wasted day. Went elsewhere, nail in area that could not be patched. Tires Plus lost my business as I had to purchase a new tire.

Front desk staff has terrible communication skills and pulled a bait and switch to make a sale.Went to rotate my tires earlier this week and was told 3/4 tires were too worn and they should be replaced (I had one replaced 6k mi ago due to flat). It wasn t on my radar as my car is 2yrs old with regular rotations, but it s an EV and they can wear faster. Checked after I left the store and they were worn, so called back to order new tires, which I got replaced today. Asked the shop to rotate the older one, and was told it shouldn t be because it was older and would pull if it were in the front. I was confused and thought that was inaccurate, so checked my manufacturer s recommendations while I waited. A different person went to check me out and I asked him about rotating it. He was confused and said I was right, so went back to clarify with the techs. I was then told the tire had wear at a 5 and therefore would cause a radial pull if moved to the front. This was incredibly distressing to hear because I would not have gotten the same brand of tires and would have replaced all 4 if I had known there was that much wear on a 6k mi tire. I suspect this was because I would have had to go to a Continental tire dealer for the pro rated cost and Tires Plus would have missed out on a sale. I will not be going back to this store.

The service was good and everyone was very courteous, but they're simply not equipped to actually provide some of the services they say they can. As I sat in the lobby waiting for a tech to pull my truck into the shop, I listened as the service writer explained to another customer that they couldn't quite figure out why her AC stopped working when they installed a new battery. She ended up leaving the car there and having someone pick her up because they weren't going to be able to solve it that day and weren't making any promises that they'd be able to solve it at all.Everything went okay with my vehicle, except that they couldn't adjust the camber on my alignment because they don't have the special tools recommended by Dodge and have no plans to purchase them. It isn't a complicated alignment, and I purchased a lifetime alignment service for this truck several years ago because I usually do my own repairs. I don't have the equipment to align it after replacing steering and suspension parts. Other Firestone and Tires Plus stores have adjusted the camber on this truck without the specialty tools, but it takes a little bit longer and I was the last customer on this particular day. The service writer was very polite about it, but the final result equated to a shrug and a "Sorry we couldn't finish the work that you already paid for a long time ago. We'll never be able to do it, and we don't plan to make it right with you."

Went to get tires rotated, and they were very honest and told me it would be better not to rotate the tires right now until two of the tires were replaced. It would be safer to wait.

Closed Sundays even though hours online say open, including actual website and it allows you to request appointment times for Sundays. Please update your hours.

Went in to get my brakes check. They said I needed new front brakes and my battery also should be replaced. They tested it and it was under perfoming and lead me to believe it might not start my car one day soon. The battery was only 2 years old and under warranty. Had the battery tested where purchased - did three test and said it was fine.I did have the brakes done.....but I am wondering if they were needed. They also said it would be several hours to do the brakes because they were so busy - I opted to take my life in my hands and crossed HWY 19 rather then hang around. The brakes were done in less then an hour.

Just poor customer service (Ken and Jason) with new management since last manager was there. Snotty attitude. I just recommend going to another Tires Plus close by or another place all together. Also noticed my recorded mileage versus what they wrote on my sticker is wrong by thousands. Weird "mistake". If forced to go here ask for Austin. Ken and Jason, you should know who I am. I used to bring all my vehicles between my company and personal (20+) there. Currently at the East Lake Rd location where they told me I'd be in and out in an hour and I'm leaving at 4pm after getting here at 12.UPDATE FOUR DAYS LATER: alignment still off, tires are more out of balance than when brought in, everything from my glove box left on my floor board. Just found out old, good management from before is now at Advantage Tire on Alt 19 Palm Harbor. I go to Dale.4-16-19 UPDATE: My niece went to that location to get a low tire pressure light looked in to...she was told by Ken after she asked why the cost for a tire was so much higher than previous "Because your uncle gave me a bad review and hates my guts."...this is who you want to look at your vehicle??

They are huge LIARS! I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated before driving back to school. They told me my brakes were at 90 percent... I got back to school and had my boyfriend look at them they are at 50 not 90 percent wear. They also wanted 500 dollars to do them! I could have got them professionally done for around a hundred! This isn't my first time catching them in a lie. The one by my university charges a quarter of the price.. DON'T GO HERE.

I have dealt with them for many years buying tires. The last two tire repairs with paid road hazard were not good. This last one the tires had plenty of tread but they were over 4 years of age.... yes road hazard is only good for 4 years. I got it repaired elsewhere and I will not be back. They also lost my lug key when I had the tires balanced and the lugs were on so tight my pneumatic impact couldn't budge them. I had to stand and bounce on a breaker bar to loosen them. Go elsewhere.

It's never fun to wake up to a flat tire and then learn your model didn't come with a spare donut tire. These guys were fantastic and fast! Yes, they pointed out other work I needed but weren't pushy or rude. I ended up having them do a few more things since the car was already there but it was my choice. Super friendly and technicians did a great job. I highly recommend!

Took my car in to get an oil change and diagnose a check engine light. Dropped my car off at 7am, received a call after the diagnostics were complete and was informed of repairs needed. Had oil changed and some other repairs, and happy with the whole experience.

I have been a customer for a decade now however when I had to buy a replacement tire they couldn't put it back on my car . It would of took 5 min out of there day but I understand you ALL were at lunch . Called early morning today and Thai the service manager answered, was very nice and helpful over the phone. Ran over here as soon as I got off the phone, upon coming I had several questions about various things. Thai was very informative and kind without any type of sales pressure. I've always gone here for new tires. Got new tires two weeks ago. A bubble from a tire defect appeared on the sidewall near the rim. Called and spoke to Jason beck, the store manager. He told me it would be a full charge to replace it. I drove this car for 30,000 miles with old tires before replacing them. Got new ones and within two weeks a bubble appears. Never hit a curb or pot hold as he claims I did. I advised him that I always come to them for new tires and if I couldn't get it replaced, I'd never be back. He acted like it was no big deal to lose a lifetime customer. Well James, I will be telling the world about my experience. Thanks for nothing.Service: Tires

Damon and the rest of the team at Tires Plus Palm Harbor were great! My car battery died at Lucky Dill, my boyfriend walked down to Tires plus and Damon and him walked back with a jumper. We drove back to tires plus, had a new battery installed and were on our way within 15 minutes. Great service and fair pricing. Thanks Damon!

Great place!!! If you are looking for an honest and reliable place for your car, then look no further! I had to stop there yesterday with an emergency oil leak (from a bad oil change earlier that morning), and they were amazing. They fixed my issue and and hardly charged me anything. I will definitely take my care back there for service even though it is not close to my house.

Don't go here as a young woman. Very untrustworthy. If you do, read the charges in detail and don't let them make you feel stupid for questioning it because they will try.

These guys are the best! They will definitely be my go-to mechanics from now on. This was my second visit to their shop & I couldn t be more pleased with the results! Just about every warning light lit up on my dash. And of course, I m sent into a panic; thinking, this is going to cost a lot!! These guys could have taken advantage of this opportunity to tell me anything & charge me a ton, but they didn t! They were honest & thorough! Very upstanding customer service!!
