Darryl and Tyler were both excellent. They got my car in and out very efficiently. Darryl had previously diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, had the correct parts, and they fixed it a lot faster than I d anticipated. I ve been taking my vehicles here for the past ten years, and they never disappoint. Great people. Great service. Highly recommend!!

I discovered a screw in my tire and promptly took it to Kingdom Tire. They efficiently scheduled an appointment for me. Upon examination, they determined that the tire needed to be plugged. When it came time to settle the bill, Darrell pleasantly surprised me by announcing no charges. Not only did they address the tire issue, but they also conducted a thorough check, ensuring proper tire inflation.I wholeheartedly endorse Darrell and his team. I plan to return for future oil changes and tire replacements. Their kindness, friendliness, and fairness are qualities that stood out in my experience. Highly recommended. -Jeff

Chris and Tyler were excellent! Tyler gave me a ride home and came and picked me up again. I had recently acquired the car, so I asked them to do a general inspection and let me know if anything needed to be done. They said that everything was fine, and it didn t need anything. How incredibly honest is that?!?!? A lot of places would have come up with something that needed fixing . not Tire Kingdom! That s why they are my go-to for ALL repairs not just tires.

Lightning fast and very friendly service. I had a flat tire on my truck coming home from work. Stopped randomly at this place on a Friday afternoon at 5 pm. Tyler immediately looked at my tire and said we will take care of you right away. Found a nail in the tire, they fixed it within 30 min and I was out of there by 5:30pm. I don t think the boys in NASCAR could have done it any faster. Thank you

I came in to get my Challenger valve stems repaired after work and they were amazing friendly!!!! Also very happy they are open later than others.Definitely coming back again to give them business!!!! Thanks again! :)

I had originally made an appointment for having a flat tire fixed, but I realized the tires really needed to be replaced. Chris, the manager was very helpful in showing me which tires would be good for my car. He was very informative and his staff was also great! I would definitely have my car serviced there in the future and also recommend them highly!

Bait and switch - I made an appointment online and selected the tired I wanted and was given a total out the door price. When I got to the store to pick up my car the price almost double. They said they didn t carry the tire I selected in stock - then why do you have it on your website and allow customers to choose it. Also, why wouldn t you call me to tell me that the tire I selected wasn t available. Very rude also like I was the dumb one because I didn t know they didn t carry that tire. Go to Tires Choice down the road or even Walmart gives better customer service than they do.

We had a tire go flat this morning on our car and I wasn't sure who to contact to get it fixed. I called the Palm Harbor Tire Kingdom and talked with Tyler. He was very friendly and got me an appointment in the afternoon.The waiting area was very neat and clean. Tyler and the other staff members were very friendly and helpful. At a time when customer service seems to have left the building in a lot of businesses, it is good to see that it's alive and well here. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this business when I need service again.

Had a great and quick experience with Marina at Tire Kingdom today. Got my tire patched quickly with no issue and was able to make an emergency appointment with no issue. David was also great with his customer service when calling in to make the appointment. Happy customer!

Three months into lease on brand new car, picked up a screw, not covered, was given 3 quotes upwards of $150-200, couldn't get me in for over a week, called Darrell at Tire Kingdom in Palm Harbor, had me in immediately, patched it and had me on my way in 30 minutes, can't say enough how much I appreciate the great service. recommend to anyone needing tire repair/replacement. THANKS DARRELL!!!

The staff was kind and courteous. Very helpful and fixed a stressful situation with ease. They helped me locate the slow leak which was a nail! They removed it and patch/plugged the tire. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Great service and honest. I went to Pepboys down the road and they said my tire couldnt be patched. Pepboys attempted to sell me a single tire that didnt even match the same model pr manufacturer as the other 3 on the car because they didnt have my tires in stock. When I questioned them they said it didnt matter. I ended up walking out and driving up to Tire Kingdom who said the tire could be patched and took care of it in no time. I will be back to see you guys when I need tires. TY for your honesty and great service!!I forgot to mention they also plugged the tire for FREE!

My first visit to this store and it won't be my last! I am so impressed by their customer rep Sophie and the service staff who handled our order for new tires. After our service we noticed something that wasn't right in the left front tire and they spent hours tracing down the defect. When they finally diagnosed the problem they told us that this was a manufacturers defect and recommended we take the car back to the dealer since it was still under warranty. Sophie and the service crew are very honest and caring in delivering the highest degree of customer service.

Had a nail in my tire, and called TK. They were able to fit me in at the end of the day. Patched up the tire incredibly quickly, and had a very friendly staff. Would definitely come back, highly recommend.
