Max is always very helpful, friendly and I trust his advice. Service was prompt and thorough. Love your waiting area, complimentary drinks and charging station. Some of the review options you have sent me are way too complicated and I almost gave up but this is simple enough and user friendly.

Great service department experience for my 2021 GMC Acadia Denali. Cary my service advisor is very knowledgeable and helpful. They ve taken care of my vehicle since new and always had great customer service. Highly recommended.

Awesome Experience: Blake, Andrew(Director of sales) and Rodger (Director of Finance) was wonderful, they were transparent / honest throughout the whole experience regarding purchasing my truck. Here is the kicker, I am from Texas and was a little apprehensive because i am buying the truck unseen. The truck looks like it was brand new and runs like it s brand new and it s a 2018. Thank You Andrew, Blake and Rodger for all your help.

Truly awesome 5-Star experience! This was much, much different than what I become accustomed too with a different dealership that I can now say I formerly used for my vehicle service needs. My Service Advisor, Cary, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. It really showed that he truly cared. He reached out to me frequently to keep me informed of the status of my repairs and also provided a detailed explanations of issues we could and did encounter. I really can't say enough amazing things about the whole process. Thank you!

I started working with Jacklyn via online and texts..She was great and provided what I asked for..A few days later I found a truck I was very interested in. Jacklyn advised me who I should ask for when I went to the dealership..When I walked in few days ago I was greeted by Juliane and he was very friendly..I told him I was told to ask for the sale manager Jay..I have to say my experience was way beyond what I expected..this is a top notch dealer that will now have my business the next time we are looking to purchase..Thank you for helping me get my dream truck.

Max Johnson was timely, explained everything clearly and communicated throughout the process with me. I felt informed, and he kept to my schedule, knowing I had a certain time to leave. He is by far one of the best employees I have dealt with at any dealership, as I have owned GMC's for over 20 years now. He provided excellent customer service, and I feel that he is a true asset to Tasca and the GMC Family. I appreciate his care and professionalism while having my vehicle serviced.

I began my search by calling the dealership and then I was put in contact with Jacky. From that moment we began exchanging a series of texts/emails and resulted in me driving 2.5 hours to buy my dream/goal truck and HOLY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BATMAN!! Upon purchasing a new 2023 GMC Terrain I found my experience a pleasurable one. My salesperson John Bruno was very professional and accommodating. I am very impressed with the time he spent after purchase reviewing all the features the Terrain has to offer. Having dealt with Tasca prior to my new purchase I find this dealership to be top notch. My overall experience with sales and service to financing again was a pleasurable one. I highly recommend!

Took my 2023 Acadia for its first service/oil change. Dennis was very helpful asked if any others problems. I told him about a rattle/noise in the headliner behind the sunroof. His service team nailed it on first visit. This SUV is super quiet. I highly recommend TASCA Buick GMC.

John Bruno is a first class individual and salesman. Been dealing with John for 24 years. During that time I've bought new cars , used cars and leases and always received the same high quality care. He is very thorough in his search in finding the car the matches our needs.requirements. The great thing about John is he doesn't disappear after the sell. He's always there and willing to answer any questions and offer assistance. He genuinely cares about his customers. Two thumbs up for John!

Cary has been my service advisor on many maintenance and repairs on my 2012 GMC Sierra. The big last service on the rear main seal and oil pan gasket had no crazy additional surprises to the original quote at the time of payment. The transmission had to be dropped for this job and they had to do an unexpected removal of part of the exhaust system. I was told that it took an additional 3 hours, resulting in no additional labor cost. This exceeded my expectations! Another plus, Cary was able to secure a loaner car for me, being that this repair took multiple days. Tasca is fortunate to have people like Cary on their team!

From the sales manager that answered my call to the sales guy and finance manager everyone was extremely friendly and polite. My sales guy took an extra 30 minutes to show me everything in the vehicle and how it works. Thank you

Tasca is great, but Michael Chango in the service department is always Above and Beyond. Most of what we need is either oil change or warranty work, which we could easily do at other GMC dealerships. Michael is the main driver keeping us going to this one. Highly recommended.

I had been dealing with a few other dealers for over a year trying to get a new GMC Yukon. They all kept giving me the run around and one dealer even tried to charge a "market adjustment" of $20,000 on the vehicle. Others were telling me that they couldn't even order my vehicle (not sure if that's true), but I'm so glad Damian responded. I was totally expecting the process to be long since the cars were in high demand but I had my car in less than 2 months. I'm super happy with the purchase and the continued customer service with this dealer. Thank you!!

We have been bringing our vehicles to this dealership since the 1990's and have never been disappointed with the Service Department. Lenny DeMarco has been our Service Advisor for the entire time and he is the face of the Service Department that you want your customers to see. I have recommended him to my friends on many occasions over the years. He always explains everything thing that needs to be done when I bring my vehicle in for service and informs me of maintenance I should be considering without being pushy. You just don't get customer service like that anywhere.

I missed my scheduled appointment but was treated as though I had an appointment. Can t get better than that. The part needed for my car took almost a week and Michael provided me with a great loaner car so I couldn t complain. Everyone was professional and my car was fixed. What more could I ask for? After searching for a good bit of time on my own and finally finding the right vehicle at Tasca, John Bruno closed with the best possible service. The experience was seamless and I never sat with a question unanswered, unaddressed, or anything of the sort. Not only did John and Melonie (finance dept) answer every question honestly, but because of work I was pulled away from driving the vehicle home so John offered to drive it to my residence and be driven back by an associate. A step above for an already great experience. Thank you John and Melonie!

Just need to give a BIG thanks to Brent, Dennis, Kerry & Wayne especially! I can be a difficult customer from previous experiences with other dealerships & it s honestly hard to find a truly trustworthy dealership once you ve been burned. I m OCD and worry and over think about everything, then throw mechanical moving parts in the equation it s actually quite a curse. I will say, I feel peace of mind here with this company and I also need to say Thank you, Jack (General manager) for the sit down thank you for listening to my concerns and thoughts and giving me peace of mind.

I've been a customer for 5+ years and am never disappointed, they always provide outstanding service across the board. John Bruno from the Sales Team is the best, he worked tirelessly to get us the exact vehicle we wanted, Roger Woodruff from the Finance Team and Michael Chango from the Service Team are also excellent and helped me through my most recent trade-in. I moved away from Palm Harbor a few years back, and there are other dealerships closer to me, but I still make the trip to Tasca for all my automotive and service needs.

Joseph was great. Even though I did not buy a gmc truck from him he almost got me to flip from being a long time ford truck owner to the Denali. Great truck and Joseph really knows what he is doing. I just got a smoking deal on a new ford f150 that was too good to pass on

My Mother went out car shopping for a small, safe SUV and stopped at Buick GMC Tasca Palm Harbor... She had a great salesman named Julian he took great care of my mother and treated her as his own mother which I am very grateful for. She found the perfect SUV for her thanks to him! Allen (Sales person), Jason (Sales Manager) and finance department made my purchase a great experience. I would highly recommend Tasca! Plus, I absolutely love my new Buick!
