I came to look at a vehicle. Mike and his employees are very friendly, professional, and informative. The vehicles on the lot are in great condition, the mileage on the cars weren t too high and the vehicles are priced right. I was able to test drive right away. I didn t feel pressured to purchase. I decided to purchase a vehicle and didn t have the funds right away. They allowed me to make a reasonable deposit and held it for me. Even the bank teller spoke highly of Starkey Auto when I was getting the cashiers check. Purchasing was a breeze and I was able to purchase an extended warranty on site as well. I highly recommend!

The owner Mike and his Wife made this buying experience the best one ever they were both professional, efficient, and the fastest processing I have ever experienced. I've enjoyed doing business here. I bought a vehicle from them. Pricing on the SUV was fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

(Video On Youtube) I was presented with an "As-Is" car that initially appeared problem-free. Throughout the purchase, the owner (Mike) insisted the car was in excellent condition. However, as soon as I started the car after finalizing the paperwork, it began shaking violently, emitting smoke, and the check engine light illuminated. The owner declined a refund and acted aggressively, involving the police. Eventually, Mike did refund me (after police involvement), but the whole experience was highly unprofessional.I strongly advise against dealing with these individuals, as they may attempt to scam you into buying a lemon. (look up my instance and others on YouTube having a history of dealing with this business).

I spent 3 months looking for a replacement vehicle after losing my honda element in a wreck. I messaged so many people who would ghost me, ignore me, say they would sell to me then delete their listing and block me. Then i came across Fady.. i messaged him with little hope, he got back to me very quickly! We talked for hours about the car he was selling, told me what was wrong with it cosmetically, assured me it's mechanically sound. I'm 7� hours away, so i put my trust in him, and let me tell you, IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE OF MY LIFE. i was able to zelle him money down before my travels to claim the vehicle. After 2 days, i drove down to them. When i arrived, he came out to us to greet us and show us the vehicle, its absolutely perfect and exactly what he told me!! The AC worked, there no leaks, no noises, nothing mechanically wrong, and no rust! NONE! The best part, he treated us like family, and played with our kid while we did paperwork, even gave him a little red mustang hot wheels i absolutely highly recommend these guys.I drove over 400 miles back home in the car, it didnt break down, didnt overheat, it did amazing!I just had to go to alabama last night because i found out my grandma is having congestive heart failure.. thanks to them, im able to go and see her today, and spend the weekend with her.. i drove 298 miles yesterday, and yet again, this car did not fail me, no issues! I'm very thankful for these guys.Thank you again, from the 3 of us, you have no idea how much this means to me.. i love this car so much in very happy i met you guys!

Mike is the best bet if you are looking to buy a used car. He is extremely helpful and even kept the vehicle for us while we had trouble with getting our money from abroad. He explained everything to us and as foreigners with no clue how to purchase a car in the US this was so reassuring. The car is in excellent condition and the service is 5 star. I ll recommend Mike any day of the week.

Our daughter needed a car and we found one that interested her at Starkey Auto. After test driving from a selection there she decided on a Nissan. We made some requests and Michael fulfilled those requests diligently and with integrity. We appreciate the service we received at Starkey Auto.

danger danger danger stay away from this car sale if you don't want to be scammed mike sells cars with damaged engines they alter the mileage on the cars to sell them for nothing and treat you well until they take your money then they are rude rude my wife bought a car here the same day as him. i bought the car he drove 20 miles and out of nowhere it turned off we towed it to the hyundai dealer a certified mechanic examined the car and sure enough the miles were off the engine was clogged and damaged we called mike who pretends to be a salesman but he is the real owner of the business and yelled at us that he would not return the money, so he cheated us and we lost our money at all costs, stay away from this site. what you see in the photo is what the engine was throwing when removing the oil, it was mud, be careful, do not get close

Mike and his wife were absolutely a pleasure to work with!Our family just grew a month ago and we needed to get a family car. We wanted to pay cash and did not want to finance anything, so used was our best options. We went to 3 different used car dealerships prior to finding Starkey, and I must say our experience was terrible. A friend of ours who is in the car business told us "Well that is the typical treatment you will find at any used car dealership"Until we found Starkey's...Mike and his wife were incredibly nice and actually cared about our needs. They showed us the car I was interested in, we test drove it, and they offered it to me at a very reasonable price. They worked with us and could not have been nicer or more professional. They totally debunked all the rumors I had heard about the used care buying experience. When we purchased the care I brought my 5-year old and 2-year old son, along with my new born son, and Mike took extra time out of his day to talk with them and help keep them entertained while i was completing paperwork.The whole experience from the first greeting to driving the car away was absolutely incredible.5-Stars all around!Also, It has been one month since we purchased our vehicle and it has been running like a top! Not one issue! Thank you so much for such an incredible car buying experience Starkey's!

Both my dad and sister got their cars from here with a great price deal. I was just there a few days ago and saw a beautiful car with correct and great description and competitive pricing and put a down payment. As a driving student this is amazing. I ll be back next Monday to finalize the deal. Definitely recommend!!

Had a great experience with Mike. He was very forthcoming with information about the car I was interested in and had the carfax available for me to verify. Left with a 2012 altima and it runs and drives great. He was not pushy or shady like many others I had dealt with in my search. I would recommend him to someone that's looking to buy a used car!

Many thanks to Mike and Starkey Auto team for my experience with them. I live in Nashville, Tennessee and totally lost my car in an accident, looked in the market for another car at a reasonable price and found an old Toyota Highlander at Starkey Auto. I contacted Mike and felt he is very honest as he told me all the details about the car, sent me a Carfax and showed me the car via video call. Finally I took the risk and decided to buy it. Mike was patient as I had some issues transferring the money to him to finish the paperwork. A few weeks later I flew to Florida to drive the car back to Tennessee. Since I met him, he had treated me like a one of his family and let me test drive and check the car when I asked. During my trip he kept calling me to make sure the car works good and that I am safe until I reached my destination. Now I have had my car for about four months and it runs perfectly and there were only small issues like it needed a window regulator but I understand that is due to the age of the car.Based on my experience with Mike and Starkey Auto, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car at a reliable and reasonable price.

Wanted to thank Mike at Starkey Auto for a great buying experience. I m located in Nebraska and purchased an older Camry from Starkey auto. Buying a vehicle is always challenging. Buying one half way across the country is insane. I can tell you that Mike does what he says. Let your yes be yes and your no be no. It s a lost art. It takes honesty and trust to buy a vehicle over a thousand miles away.Mike and I communicated often. Whenever I had a question his responses were always timely. Our biggest challenge was shipping. Mike was patient though and did what he could do to get it done. He provided a video of the vehicle and did little things like take a picture of the title being placed in the glove box when car was shipped.I read the reviews like we all do. Overall Starkey Auto reviews were very good. For the very few that weren t I have to wonder if the issues weren t expectations. Buying a car is always risky. The seller can t predict anymore than the buyer on whether or not a used car will function tomorrow or in a week or in a month. I was impressed with Mike s willingness to address customers comments that weren t completely satisfied.If I can trust Mike from over a thousand miles away then local customers are missing out on an opportunity to have a great car buying experience. Do you yourself a favor and stop in and meet Mike and look at his inventory.

If anyone purchase a vehicle from this company. They need to get the vehicle checked out before you sign the dotted line. Keeping everybody honest. And if the company won't do a full diagnostic. Then don't purchase it. It's pretty sad this company has been exposed especially when they were speaking in their native language. Habibi slow yo roll..

We were in the market for a vehicle for our daughter to drive to work and school and went to Starky on 7/29/2023 to view their inventory. We drove two different cars and liked them both but decided on a small SUV. Mike was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and informative. He made the process as seamless as possible and made us feel like family. We have bought several used cars and this was by far one of the best experiences we've had. :)

Bought the Hyundai Veracruz and I am very happy with my purchase. Mike was honest, very accommodating and professional. He showed the car fax report for a piece of mind to show what I was getting. I highly recommend you go see this place, they have fair prices on these vehicles

I witnessed a lengthy live video of Starkey Auto refusing to return a potential customer s money after he decided not to purchase a car with the check engine light on.NO, I M NOT A CLIENT. My review concerning your shady business is based on the treatment the gentleman received on the lengthy video.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! We bought a 2009 Tacoma end of June. Drove maybe 15 miles total and then July 4th car wouldn't drive over 20 mph. Took it to 2 mechanics who said engine needed to be replaced. Warranty we bought with the car won't cover it. Spoke with Mike (the owner) at Starkey and he became very angry claiming my wife drove the car into the ground and that's why the engine went. He claimed to have never worked on the engine but then admitted to have changed the throttle body (which is on the engine.) Several other negative reviews all deal with engine issues. Claims he has no paperwork on the work they did on the car, so he gave me hi "personal mechanics" number. Ironically it is no longer in service. They buy cars at auction but don't do a thorough inspection on them. Only check A/C and make sure it runs (his exact words to me.) He became very angry with me as soon as I began discussing the situation and has refused to help in any way. Go somewhere else.

We had a great interaction with Starkey Auto. They seem to only sell vehicles brands that have a long history of reliability and were quick to show us vehicle history. With the current used car market and after much research, their pricing is definitely fair in my opinion. Give them a chance and I think you will be more than happy.

They are scammers they will sell you a bad car. Don t buy anything without a warranty. They will let you drive the car running perfectly for test Drive. Then when they clean the car for purchase they will remove the bad parts.

I searched for a good car like 3 month in a raw and finally got it from Starkey auto .. they have a clear car description with a very fair price , and great customer service . I really recommend Starkey auto for any one looking for a good car with a fair price
