It s always so clean. Setting up to buy my unit was simple and a smooth process. Their prices are decent especially for climate controlled, easy access. They re open until 10pm which is super convenient and open early morning, I think 6am, to access your unit, as well. All the staff have been very nice and helpful.

I had my belongings stored here at Secure Space Palm harbor for almost 2 years. Janelle and Priscilla were super nice, helpful and responsive. I even had my car stored there while I traveled. It s clean and well cared for. Thank you

Expect a 75% rent increase at 6 month mark. They dont tell you this up front but according to the staff its standard practice. Mine went from $700 per year to over $1200 per year for. 5 x 5 unit.

Had a great introductory experience here. We felt the facilities were very nice and prices reasonable. Janelle showed us around and went through the lease process with us quickly and clearly. She was definitely helpful with our questions and decisions.

Janelle made this an easy experience. Walked in and 20 minutes later I had the size unit I needed for the price i was thinking it should cost. The entire property is clean and well kept. It has easy access for unloading our stuff

I have only been with the storage company for a few months and they have already raised my bill $40! This is the biggest bait and switch company I've had to deal with lately. I originally went there to look at a bigger unit and why we were looking at it it was sold underneath me. Had to compromise and get a smaller unit. So now I'm paying more for a smaller unit that I didn't originally want. And if I want the bigger unit not only do I have to pay more but it's a $10 moving fee to the next. This is a money hungry place. I will no longer be doing business with this company which is unfortunate because I had plans to get another larger unit and park my RV and my parents RV and my box trailer. So they're $40 lost them hundreds of dollars.
