Came here today for an exterior wash. It was moderately busy. It took over 30 minutes just to run the car through the car wash. I had no interior cleaning or vacuuming done. Yeah for a monthly unlimited wash for $22.99 a month. When I got here actually considered about signing up for that but after the delay there's no way I could come here and wait 30 minutes every time I want my car cleaned.

Some of the best prices I ve seen for oil changes. And every oil change includes a top up and car wash free of charge. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes? Was super fast considering everything they did. Facility was clean and the people very nice. I decided to bring my other car back the same day it was so quick and I groan every time my check engine light comes on telling me I need an oil change, not any more!

Great car wash. Location is convenient. They not only wash the vehicle, they vacuumed the interior, cleaned the matts. Wipe down the inside, they hand dry the outside, and shine the tires. Great outdoor seating area. I have a membership and have gone as many as 8 times in a month for a flat fee. Very conscientious people.

Always top notch service and a thorough job! Today I am especially grateful .I left my laptop in their waiting room and they set it aside for me. So grateful for honest people. I highly recommend!

Great car wash with nice people. It loses one star because it s a bit costly and it can take an hour or more to finish because they are always so busy (that s a good sign).- Ultimate Wash $42 plus tip includes:- good exterior wash and dry,- really good interior vacuuming and clean up,- interior Armor All, works wonders,- Armor All on the tires.There s always a long line to get in, so go on the weekdays or early on the weekends. Google says they open at 9:00am on Sunday s, that s not true as they opened at 10:00am for me. I went in at 9:45 on a Sunday and was first in line. They didn t start the drive through washer until 10:15am. I got out at 10:30am but In my experience, it usually takes about an hour to get in and out. Ton Sunday it took me 45 minutes in total but I got there 15 minutes before they opened.Here s a during and after wash picture:Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Got my car washed and had a tire rotation and the fluids checked. My experience was fantastic and the people were so nice!I called them after lunch on a Saturday asking if they could squeeze me in, and though they were very busy I got a call back from the mechanic within 10 minutes and he said to bring the car on over!When I got there, the mechanic guys were super friendly and I asked them if I could get a luxury wash once the car was done with them. They said no problem and I left.Not even an hour later I got a call and the car was done. The wash was really good and extremely thorough - I ll definitely be back.Thanks to all the staff that took care of me!

We ve been bringing our cars here for over 10 years and I wouldn t go anywhere else! THEY ARE SO NICE!! AND they do a fabulous job. I never leave disappointed. My car is beautiful and shines and ready to hit the road. They are priced fair too, which is important!

Waited at this place for over an hour. I m not a member and never will be now. Every time a member pulled up they would put them before my car. I get it they are a member but I still paid $30 for a car wash so why did I have to wait for 10 cars who came after me go first? When I finally got my car back there was still sand on the floor mats, water in my interior on steering wheel and screen. They also left my car RUNNING the entire hour. I drive an electric car so it made my charge go down by 5%. Never going back to this place. Could have done a better job myself in half the time.

Maybe the last full service car wash in Palm Harbor, and prices are reasonable, especially if you pay cash. They do a good job, however, this place has always been extremely slow. You need to allow about 40 minutes for a simple vacuum, wash and dry, though they do the windows too at that Full Service price. There s simply not enough employees, and never had been. It s unreasonably slow, and if it looks crowded when you pull in, go elsewhere or come at an off time. There is literally one guy vacuuming cars and pulling them into the tunnel. Sometimes there are two people doing this, but today it s one- and there s three lanes of cars feeding the tunnel. Also, Monthly Members cars seem to go ahead of the general public, no matter what order the cars came in.

excellent car wash, all the boys do a fantastic job. Moe General Menager has a wonderful customer service, he hostes us and he stays on top of things until customer leaves happy. I just did my car service for breaks, oil change and filters and car wash and I could t believe all these were in one place at the Pelican Car Wash. I would recomend Pelican Car wash to everyone and say with no hessitation that It s the best car wash and service in pinellas county.Services: Steam cleaning, Scratch removal, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Headlight polishing, Seat shampooing, Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Brakes, Air conditioning, Window tinting, Brake service & repair, Car waxing, Battery, Oil change

Took me 10 minutes of my own time to actually get the car clean of bugs and had to redo all the wheels that I paid extra to have cleaned. All they did is spray stuff on them and make one wipe around it and that was it very lazy.

I used to come down here and get my car washed but I think after today that will be the last time. Instead of even wiping down where the cupholders l, they just closed the top. I paid for the luxury car wash and honestly instead of the $50 I spend it should ve only cost $20 considering the horrible job that was done. I am definitely regretting buying my husband $100 gift certificate to them. The one plus was the nice cashier.

Came here several times years ago, recently moved back and SO thrilled this place is just as good, if not better, than it used to be!I brought them a challenge today, SUV with lots of dog hair & bits of hay in the trunk (I have horses). I chose the Luxury wash and when they were done, it looked like my car just came off the sales lot. Would certainly recommend and will be returning!

I have been taking all my cars here for years. You get a free car wash and they clean out your car with each oil change. Price is about fair. The only problem is the waiting. I m not sure how long it takes to change oil so that just may be me being impatient. They do a good job.

Decent carwash but takes a long time to get to our car done.. way too too long for me ona weekday. Luxury wash take today about an hour but based on current speed as I watch it might take even longer.. who has time for that

The car wash was great! I got an oil change and my car wash all at once and it was perfect. They really detailed my car, even the air vents are pristine! I definitely recommend this car wash. Every other one I have tried there s no personal touch that the employees give you with their care to your vehicle.

I took my truck in for a major makeover. Wish I had before pics. The interior was abused. Now it looks like the day I bought it. They did an amazing job inside and out. The staff here are all friendly and professional. Thank you!

UPDATE: after I left a three star review one of the owners contacted me apologizing and offered a free car wash. I ve now updated to a 4 star, great customer service!I called ahead last week and was told a synthetic oil change is $50, plus free wash. This and friend s suggestions had me chose this place.The staff were very friendly and the oil change was fast. BUT I was told they are doing away with the free car wash as they are under new ownership get too busy to offer this service. They did extend this to me and I was grateful.Then I go to pay after the car is done, granted the prices are posted and I did not see them as I went in with expectations, and it s $75 tax included. This was quite a surprise. The manager or senior was called in and he did do a $10 discount, but I was just caught way off guard.Again, everyone was nice and professional, and the manager or senior (not sure who he was) did work to make it up, just bummed I did my due diligence before coming and got the wrong information. So I am posting pictures of prices with this.

I had my Jeep Compass detailed by Pelican and even after a storm, the car shines like the day I bought it (maybe even a little shinier)! Very thorough detailing. Pre Covid this place used to push out cars in 20-30 mins. Now they can have 10 cars in line and they only do 1 at a time. Meaning, they put it a car through the wash, then hand dry, then push the next car through. Now, they do a solid job but if you don t have an hour to waste, you re better off going to the manual washes popping up all over the place.

I ve been coming here for about 9 years.Today I was motivated by the fact that I was due for an oil change, and that my car needed a wash. I was pretty disappointed today that my wheels were absolutely not even close to being cleaned. Just sayin.I don t want to rag them too much because I will give them another chance.Later I went to Advance and got some foam spray and a brush and did it myself.

be aware of this place. One older guy that works here ALWAYS Convince me to go higher with my car wash. I normally get 37 dollars one but EVERYTIME i come here and see him, he always convince me to get more. and so today. the price was 47 and he said he ll give me a discount for 44 dollars. we ended up paying 50 dollars PLUS 20% Tip. I had went back in to clarify my payment and the front desk lady was being defensive and answered my question before i even asked and had told me in order for me to pay 44 I had to do a certain sign up. BUT the guy NEVER said anything about that. I don t know about you guys, but this is a poor business practice I won t be coming back to this place. you can not do business like this, leaving customer uninformed to gain a little profit. its disgusting.Service: Auto detailing

Derek in the detailing group took a 12-year-old Honda accord, that had dead and oxidized paint, and brought it back to a showroom shine!! I couldn t be happier!

My car was very clean once I left Pelican Car Wash. The staff paid special attention to all details of all my requests. Moe the Manager helped me out and I will be going back for cleaning all 3 of my cars.

I ve been coming to this car wash for the last 15 years and the last year it has gone down hill fast. The waits are long , quality is very low . Every time I ve gone lately I wait forever and my car is still dirty after I leave . Today was the worse I waited an hour and my car is a mess . Here s a picture of the seat that still has chalk after being cleaned . I ve always done the ultimate so that the inside is cleaned to . I understand employee shortage it s everywhere but continuing to take in car and car and do poor quality work is not the way to keep loyal customers returning . I will not be back .
