I had my car into Ferman Chrysler in New Port Richey 5 times. Once in Bob Howard in OK City. No one could repair our car. The car was and is still under warranty. We took it to Olsen Car Care, in Plam Harbor, FL. BINGO they repaired it, at a reasonable price. And a reasonable amount of time. It now runs like when we brought it.

I wanted to make it known that I trust this mechanic all the way..always fair and cares what I am worrying about with my older compact car. Called me after driving my vehicle and said the brakes I was worried about seemed good! Very fair pricing and personal service. The family is sometimes in the office to great with smiles. This shop likes to waste time. We send items up there and then customer cancels for no reason. So we tell this shop that they must pick up there parts from us from now on on. But instead of trying to understand that we are a very small business with only 1 driver, they wanna cry to google. Well I will tell Google my side too.Sorry sir, we are not like the big guys, who can spend hours delivering parts to you, just to have you change your mind and then tell us, "oh well, it happens" once is a mistake, twice happens, but three times is a problem.

Found this place because of the reviews. They did not dissapoint. Matt is very knowledgeable and was able to replace my transmission. They have great service at a reasonable price. Had a small issue after the service that was addressed right away. Had my mom's car serviced here as well and they did great work and gave her a better price than the dealership and area shops. Would highly recommend!Services: Transmission replacement, Auto maintenance

Between our Son Broderick , my co-Pastor Kevin Luna, one of our RV customers at J & J RV and my wife and I we ve all had work done on our vehicles and honestly other scheduling challenges (they are very busy)we would recommend Matt & Brittany hands down over any other mechanic s shop. They re honest, very helpful and absolutely know what they re doing.They re resurrecting our 2012 Cadillac CTS, as I write this review. I wouldn t bring it anywhere else and definitely willing to wait on their availability.You d do well to entrust them with your business!!Thank you!Co-owner - J & J RV

I will say being a mechanic and not having a lift to work on your own car is irritating to say the least. And then trusting someone else to do work on your car is even harder specially in a new state. I brought my car here simply because of service. I needed transmission serviced and filter/pan changed and differential service. They re so friendly and my car hasn t shifted this great since I owned it. Reasonably priced and fast turn around time. To top it all off they fixing my annoying exhaust leak. They exceeded my expectations. And I will for sure be coming back for more business. All in all I recommend these guys! The folks at Olsen Car Care are kind, thorough, and communicate well. They have worked on our AC, brakes, and replaced parts inside the car that were worn. All jobs were completed within the time they told us and when a part shipped to them was incorrect, they had the correct part the same day and were able to finish the job without interruption to our schedule. Great shop, used them to replace a water pump and window regulator in my Fiance's 2014 Beetle. Got the job done within a couple days, price was beyond fair especially from what the dealer was charging, communication was great and so was service. I took my Motorhome in for repair and service. Had a great experience at a very reasonable price. Matt did a fantastic job. He welded a crack in my exhaust pipe, replaced some old rusty bolts on the hinge for the engine cover, and changed out my serpentine belt, the oil and break fluid. Every other shop that I went to would not even change out the bolts or weld the exhaust pipe. Matt not only accommodated my request, but did it without hesitation, did a great job and at a very reasonable price. This is my new go to mechanic for all my future automotive repair and maintenance needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I cannot say enough good things about Matt and his team at Olsen Car Care. I initially went in for an emergency repair and was so impressed with the price as well as the service, I have been in for other repairs and maintenance. Matt and Brittany kept me up to date on all of the necessary repairs and costs. Their service is outstanding and their pricing is beyond fair. I live in St Petersburg but it is well worth the drive especially knowing that I will be well taken care of and paying fair prices. I have and will continue to recommend them. This business was a pleasure to do business with. Couldn t be happier. My mom went here because her windows weren't rolling down in her car...they looked over her car..when she came back they informed her that her window button was just on lock mode & let her go on her way...Thank you from her Daughter for being an honest company when other places checked & quoted her $600....We really appreciate the good value of your business & hope others will see this...& choose to do business with your Family Company...it is really hard to find good people in the world.. This family ran garage has to be one of the best experiences I ve had with a shop in a very long time. Twice, I ve walked up to The garage unexpectedly with the same issue with my car (2 separate cars) and they were able to provide the best resolution for me in such a respectful amount of time. The Olsen s have created an honest professional atmosphere that makes me want to come back 10 times out of 10, therefor I would recommend the same to anyone else. Can t say enough about this business. The people there treated me like I was their best customer even though I had never used them before. They diagnosed ( bad oil pressure sensor) had a new sensor delivered and fixed my car in less than an hour! At 845 on a Tuesday morning no less! Best people, best price, best service ever! Trust me you need to use these guys ( and ladies as the woman in the office is just as nice as everyone else there). This is a family owned business and the children are often there, just like days gone by. 10 stars to the Olsens family!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I drive an older BMW, one of the last models that are easier to work on but most places charge $1500.00+ for the simplest repairs. Olsen did not, they charged a reasonable fee and did amazing work. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done to their car. They are super friendly and explain the details enough to make it understandable to even the least car savvy people. I will definitely be using them in the future over any place else.

I have been using Matt for 3 years. Great to have to have an honest and knowledgeable mechanic! Our cars are Matt's job. He gives up front costs and if it less than what he quoted, he charges you what the actual cost was. He has done all the work on our Nissan and my son's OLD BMW. His staff, specifically Brittany is a pleasure to deal with. After living in FL for 7 years, I have finally found a mechanic I can trust.

Matt and Brittany are fantastic. Family owned business. Honest. We have been going to Olsen for years. They take of all of our cars and my fathers in laws as well. these people are so amazing! they are very patient and understanding and really get things done! instead of making pay all the last money i had they were honest with me and told me i only need alittle work instead of making me pay for something i didn t need. they are the best and i highly recommend them to everybody!

These folks at Olsen Car Care are amazing! It's a small, family owned and operated shop so there is usually a wait to get in, but there's a reason for that. They are honest, reasonable, and won't sell you something you don't need. I work in the automotive industry myself in car sales, but trust Olsen Car Care with my own personal vehicles. I also have no problem recommending my clients see them if they have a car out of warranty and are facing high dealer cost to get something done.

I recently moved to Palm harbor and needed service on my car and I found this shop near my house and read the reviews so I chanced it and went there, what a great shop. Service was great and prices reasonable and the staff very knowledgeable. I recommend this shop for all your repair needs. 5 stars is not enough should be 10.thank you.

Olsen does a great job all around. Work was completed in a timely manner with quality parts at a great price. I won't be getting service for my car anywhere else. Great to have a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic in the area. Keep it up !

This place is amazing. The costumer service as well as the transparency they provide while working on your vehicle is top notch. The owners are extremely nice and will get your vehicle in and out without charging you an arm and a leg. I can't recommend this place enough. It is a wonderful shop.
