Got a clueless teenager trying to replace my battery. The whole point of coming here was to avoid our own clueless teenager doing it. Then the older guys are too concerned about chain smoking to help in any meaningful way. Wouldn't even proactively issue a refund while we were waiting 45 mins. Then bill "the manager" refused to provide the corporate number. Really gone downhill.

I received exceptional customer service on the morning of February 15th from manager Marie, I am hard of hearing & she was most patient & even replaced my headlight bulb for me & wouldn't accept a tip.I left a very happy customer due to Marie.

My daughter and I were sitting there...Stranded ... trying desperately to figure out how to get the brake light changed when out of the sun comes our hero Amber. She happily argued and wiggled and fought the tail light cover until it gave up the ghost and let us change the tail light.Not only did she do that, she sold and changed the wipers and 5 minutes or less. Big shut out and kudos to o'reilly's for being smart enough to hire Amber

There is a rockstar at this store who goes by Amber. She is the epitome of incredible service. Sure enough I looked up great service in the dictionary and guess whose picture is there? To management: you have a goldmine there with Amber! Highly suggest you give her a bump in pay

I m so thankful to Amber, she was very accommodating and pleasant. The moment I walked in the door she was the first to greet me. She quickly helped one of her associates, and then she assisted me promptly. She was very kind and explain things to me as we went along. My son asked many questions, and she was very accommodating, and did not seem overwhelmed or annoyed, despite the multitude of questions. I m thankful she worked there. She ease my woes and made me feel appreciated to be a customer.

Nice staff, but I would double or triple check they give you the right part before going home or shop and take everything apart to find out they gave you the wrong patt after you gave them the right information. But it would have been nice if they could have delivered the right part(was 15mins from store) they had after I called instead of me having to put everything back together and drive over there. If it would have been my mistake I wouldn't have mind as much.

Absolutely great! They had exactly what I needed and for cheaper than shown online! I believe the young lady that helped me was named Jessica. She installed my battery so quickly and efficiently I was back on the road in no time! Thank you O'Reilly's!!! I'll be back!

The closest O'Reilly's to my house so you can imagine I go there often. Friendly helpful if they don't have it they'll order it for you usually the same day. Don't forget to give me your phone number and start an o-rewards account

Outstanding service. I ordered a replacement alternator for my F-250 6.0L. Store manager Mo went out of his way to help when I placed the order and it turns out the distribution center did not have the part in stock - he overnighted one for me from the next closest one at no additional cost. He was super accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

Bill came out and hooked up the computer scanner and helped me fix the problem. He also fixed an issue with my brake pedal and replaced a light bulb . I could not have been more happy with the service. Everytime I go there the employees are more than gracious to help me out. This store is awesome and I really appreciate them!!

Amazing customer service! I stopped buy to purchase 2 bulbs for my blinker and reverse light. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was immediately helped with locating what I need. The manager James came out to my car to double check what model I had and immediately starting removing the broken bulbs so he could replace them. I am never one to ask the guys at the store to help with stuff but this was much appreciated. He removed the old bulbs, put in the new bulbs and had me test them to make sure they were working correct. The whole process took 10 minutes and cost me $10, something that would have had me at the dealership for a few hours and cost 5x as much. The whole experience was amazing! I'm so glad I chose to stop in and will definitely be back!

Very professional staff. The gentleman went above and beyond while I was changing my oil to stop me to provide me with a funnel to make sure I didn't get any oil on my engine. He then made sure I got a a hand towel to clean my hands off with. I have never been treated with such excellent customer service at any automotive store. Top notch employee.

I have been a regular here for a long time. Awesome employees, very helpful, they remember who I am everytime I walk in the door and greet me with a smile and some jokes. Its the little things that can turn your day around and uplift your mood. I go here for all auto parts I need, detailing products, body stuff, paint, tools, electrical, etc. Basically everything lol. Only auto parts store I go to. Even if it's out of the way sometimes, I'll still drive here. Keep up the good work fellas

We are so very thankful for Larry and his care of my mother-in laws' car when her battery needed immediate replacement! We had to drive a distance to find a store with the battery in stock and when we arrived, Larry had everything ready and replaced it right away! We appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Larry and are big fans of O'Reilly Auto Parts stores!

Needed some emergency rotors turned late in the evening. Robert was fantastic about getting them done. He even made arrangements for us to pick them up after store closing so we could purchase a broken bolt from another local store before it also closed. Long story short, won my business from the usual Advanced down the street.

They may treat some good but whatever you buy from there open the box in store make sure correct parts are in the box...twice now wrong parts in boxes. Keep receipts boxes everything or they will basically tell you not their problem!!! Dont go by the pic on out side of box!!! And brand new thermostat ($6.99) you'd think would function. NOT.....Again keep what ever it came in n receipt otherwise screwed........

First time stopping in to get an air freshener quick. Staff didn't even say hello to me and just stood behind the counter on their phones bored. It was very unprofessional. They seem to have their customers they like and cater strictly to them. With Advance Auto down the road getting my business for years they will continue to from now on.

A great auto parts store!Also on August 17, 2019 my wife had to have the battery on her car replaced. I was in the hospital and could not be with her. Vinny and Robert went above and beyond in helping her. They tried all suggestions in trying to get past the car alarm until one worked because the key fob opener was broken. Vinny and Robert went way beyond their jobs to make sure everything worked properly. These men and O'Reillys are the best.

I dealt with Rich. Nice guy and very personable and knowledgeable.. What I like about this store is when I go in, a young teenage girl doesn't ask me if she can help me just to fail at what Im looking for and asked for a male to help her. Like Advance auto cough cough. Sorry ladiesJoe
