I highly recommend this place. My tire was showing the air alarm on the dash so I went in and tried to use the air machine but it did not work when I paid for it and the nice man working there saw I had a problem and called me over and checked all my tires pressure and filled them for me in the garage. It was so nice of him since I was very stressed and worried I had a flat tire but it was only that my tire needed some air.

Kimberly is freakin awesome! Myself, my 1yo grandson and his young mom had gotten a flat later in the evening on a Sunday. We ended up in the parking lot here where I called AAA for them to do a tire change until I could deal with it during business hours. 45 minutes after calling AAA initially, I still had not heard from a technician so I called them back and I was informed they couldn t reach my tech or 8 other facilities that they tried.We just moved here from Washington state so I didn t have anyone else to call that could help. I watched a YouTube video and we decided to attempt the tire change ourselves, however it was really dark, the gas station had closed so the lights were off and it was just little old me and my 18 year old daughter in law, trying to figure this out. We got the car jacked up but could not for the life of us, get the lug nuts off. I was about to be in tears at this point as we were now going on 2+ hours of being stuck here!Kimberly saw us struggling and although she seemed hesitant at first (it was dark and late so I don t fault her for that), she jumped right in to help us and literally, saved the day! She is a Godsend and appreciated for her willingness to help and did so with so much kindness. Thank you again Kimberly!

Mechanics here just cant seem to fix a car right the first time...or fifth time. Had to bring my car here five times and I still am having a battery issue of all things. I'd recommend checking out other auto shops first.

I started bringing my car here when we had consistent trouble with the car starting up. My regular mechanic is about 15-20 minutes away from us, and has very limited availability.I brought my car here that first time because it was convenient, but now I bring it here because it's a great business.Twice, this place has suggested against spending money on repairs/replacements they didn't think were necessary. My car could definitely suffer a good handful of repairs, but they have never pitched anything extra on top of what I brought the car in for.These guys are friendly, they're quick, they make time to help you, and they're reasonably priced. I think I will stick around!

I've known Bill and Kevin for several years now. My father used to have his cars serviced at Bill's super gas even before I'd ever met either of them. They are two honest and nice guys. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff and great mechanics. You can depend on them to do the job right for a very fair price. I'll be a customer for life...Thanks Guys!

I had a flat tire. I called Triple A who highly recommended this place. Bill called me a couple of days later, and indicated that the rim was really bad, and needed to be replaced. It took about a week to get the refurbished rim. I bought two tires, which they indicated I needed to do. In addition Bill recommended to do an alignment. After thinking about it, I called to request the alignment. I spoke with Kevin who told him that I will like to do the alignment. I asked if he could give me a discount since my bill was going to be over $500. Of course, he said no, because he claimed that they were doing something for free already. He was cold and rude. After, I picked the car up, a week later I received a text from Kevin offering me a free change of oil. I did not want a free oil change, I wanted a break in an almost $600 bill. Three weeks later I got a call from a woman, asking me how the service was. When I told her the story she was as rude as Kevin, and ended up the conversation because she was not agreeing of what I said. They definitely lost a customer.

Thanks James and Kevin! I found my go-to place. Had the big air conditioner fix, where they had to take the console off. Should have been a 2-day job......it was back to me the same day! Getting my new set of tires there, very reasonable, already had an oil change and brakes done. Weight off to find a place I can trust for honesty and workmanship. One of the folks there said he loves working there because they promote good and honest customer care, where so many other places he worked are crooked. Good enough for me. They will get all of my work for my 2008 Jeep Liberty. Great place, great guys.

Car repair is a tough business and it's hard to know who you can trust. I can only base this review on two recent experiences...one my wife had and the other that I had. A couple of months ago, my wife got a flat and we were new to the area so I didn't know where to go. Based upon a recommendation, I told my wife to take the tire to Bill's Automotive Repair. Bill's repaired the flat right away, charged her a fair price, and was very courteous throughout the process. You can always gauge how good an auto repair shop is by the way they treat a woman. My experience was even better. When my 2004 Honda Accord developed multiple oil leaks, I brought it to a Honda dealership and they estimated over $2,800 in repairs (i.e., rear main seal, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, etc.). Remember how well they treat my wife, I decided to bring my Accord to Bill's. Their estimated for the same repairs was $1,750. They even offered me a veteran's discount. The work they did was excellent, although I did have to bring the car back in for something that was not completed just right (an alignment). Kevin, the co-owner with his dad, took care of the alignment right away and my car runs like new. I should also mention that all parts and labor are warranted for 3 years/ 36,000 miles. Honda offered 1 year/ 12,000 miles. No place is perfect, but this place is honest, reasonable priced, and will make things right if they make a mistake. What more could you ask for?

I took my truck there to replace a flat tire a couple weeks after i replaced a tire on my wife's car there. They said it would be about a half hour. An hour and fifteen minutes later I called to inquire about the replacement and the person said oh, its done and ready. I went, paid and as i exited i noticed they just threw my spare in the bed of my truck. They decided not to put it under the truck where it goes even tho they had it on a lift. I went back in the store to ask if any mechanics were still there and of course they were gone for the day. I left them a note to assure them they would never get my business again. Never even got a call about it.Multiple mechanics in the area. I would suggest choosing any of them over this place.

I'm so glad I found Bill's! It's honestly the best experience I have had getting my vehicle serviced. They are over the top friendly. I have used them twice now and couldn't be happier. I needed an oil change for a last minute trip and they squeezed me into their busy schedule last minute with no hesitation when they didn't have to. Will be a continuous customer at Bill's.

They advertise the 10 cent per gallon discount with Walmart Plus. But Walmart plus can't connect to any of their pumps and their pumps are littered in stickers making it difficult to find which one is the right QR code to scan.

Awesome service!!!I went in to have my right axle changed on my Acura MDX. I called in the morning and they took me right in. The mechanics were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They changed the axle in about an hour. They do great work around here and were very honest. The price was very fair too. I would recommend to my family and friends.Thanks guys!!!

Professional and courteous staff. Had my car towed there upon AAA's recommendation. Although it was a very busy Saturday they managed to squeeze my car in. The staff kept me appraised of status, work required. Recommend checking these fine folks out.

He came out and gave me a diagnostic test. It was $90 cheaper than it would have been at Toyota. He was on time and honest about what I needed to have fixed right away and what I didn't have to worry about. I recommend his service.

So I came in to get a sizable amount of work done I even came in early. Despite coming in early as they took four other vehicles and took a total of four hours to do three things they didn't even look into the other things that I ask them to instead they told me we're busy we don't have time. Their work was completely half ass. When you ask somebody to do something they tell you that they will and then they don't and then they try and charge you an extra hundred and fifty dollars when you were guaranteed set in stone a price I don't think that's good business 2 stars because of that only reason they're not getting one star is because I stood my ground and got the price that I was guaranteed. Long story short they may seem nice but will still try and get you

It seems like when you replace one tire you need to replace them all. That is exactly what happened I replaced one tire at a big box store the most affordable tire was a no-name brand. A few days later I woke up to a flat, put the spare tire on and went to Bill s, got three new tires. Goodyear tires for less per tire than the no-name brand at the big box store! You never want to spend money on tires or repairs but when you have too Bill s will be there with the right service and price.

I had to be towed into Bills "super gas"...yes that long ago...15 years.I needed a battery, like yesterday!!! I was driving back to NYS for an emergency.I was helped, and back on the road within 15 minutes.I have never even considered another garage since then.Bill, Kevin, and the crew ARE ALWAYS there when I need them.Loyalty to me is just as important as loyalty to them.I would go to no other station!

We ve used Bill s for several years to service all of our vehicles. I wouldn t trust anyone else to make sure my kids are safely on the road. Great local business that cares about their community!

The are over priced. I had calipers and break line work done for 1100. Then, I took the truck up north only to have the rear break line blow. They claim they only replaced the front line when I called. There is only one going to the rear. Two bolts. You think for 1100 they would have replaced them all. PerhapsI went back, don't know why, for an oil pan gasket replacement estimate. Perhaps I believe their break line story. Anyhow, the part is 27 dollars. Estimated cost online is 100 - 350. Their estimate 600...So, 500+ in labor cost which involves lifting up the motor, unbolting the oil pain, putting on a new gasket, put it back together.Shop elsewhereShop elsewhere!!!!!!

I love this place and never take my car anywhere else! When my window wouldn't roll up, they got me in right away, and raced the oncoming rain storm to get me all taken care of! Really nice, personal, prompt service. I'm a customer for life.

Gas tends to be a little bit more expensive than Thornton's across the street and very small convenience store but the staff is super nice
