K&K replaced the compensator on my 2017 FLSS today, and it works perfect and performing better than ever. The problem with the bike was diagnosed immediately, and the upgrade was installed much faster than I anticipated.Ken and Kyle are experts on everything Harley and much faster and budget-friendly than the dealers. I ve taken both of my bikes to them over the past six years, and recommend them 100%.

This is my second time using K and K customs for my Harley and both times they delivered over my expectations. I brought them a freshly powdered coated wheel to install and balance a tire and throw some new wheel bearings while they were at it and not a single scratch or chip to the wheel. Also they used black wheel weights without me even asking for it. They are number one in my book! And I do highly recommend them for your motorcycle needs!

I called K&K for my 15K service on my 2015 RGS (bought w/12k from HD) and while in service I wanted new brake pads installed. K&K worked hard to get the frozen pin out of the rear caliper and instead of just tossing it in the trash and having the bike down for parts, they worked at it for a while and was successful. I don't usually let people work on my bikes but these guys took pride in their work and gained a new customer. When I received the bike back, there weren't greasy fingerprints all over the bike and they wiped it down just like they received it. Great care and service from this company and they have my referral. The communication was great and I knew everything that was going on so I wasn't in the dark and hit with something later etc. Excellent customer service and communication. Now for cam work in the future.Great job guys, and it was a pleasure doing business with you.JB

I wont take my Bike to anyone else. I trust Ken and Kyle to do the job right the first time at a fair price. They always deliver . Extremely trustworthy and a rare "no nonsense" find in the service industry. My 2003 Ultra classic has never been better! Good luck with the move to your new shop in June! look forward to many more years of servicing at K&K

Both Ken and Kyle are very professional, thorough, and will communicate about the status of your bike.I have had them do allot of different repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to my 2010 Road King. No return visits on work performed.That should say it all.

Father and Son business for over 15 years!!! I know I have been using them since day one. (Boy has time flown by). Can't beat it they are the Best by far. I have tried others (most of you know I've been around the USA more than once) this shop is superior to most because it's not the buck$$ that matters it's the GREAT "personalities, service, work time frame. They are honest, dependable, neat and clean. Kenny an Kyle I consider you more like Family, and I trust you with mine for there motorcycle needs. So I stopped with Ken today for a new rear tire. He was alone, due to holidays, so I expected some delay. Here's what happened. At 9am sharp, Ken took my bike in, installed the tire promptly, and had me out of there quickly. Plus he was very friendly and personable in dealing with me. It's nice to know I have people I can trust. Thanks K&K!

Ken and Kyle are great. Fixed a few things another shop told me to just "deal with" because it was probably going to cost a lot of money to fix. That wasn't the case and my 05 Ultra Classic is running great! Prices are fair, I've found my new motorcycle mechanics! Thanks Fellas!!!

Ken and Kyle Boyle are two of the very best mechanics I have ever met in my over 60 years of dealing with motorcycle mechanics! They stand behind their work their work is excellent their pricing is very fair. They are busy because they are so good. You should see the beautiful eye candy that comes out of that shop and I'm so proud to have them servicing my motorcycle because I know when I get on it everything is going to be right. They work strictly on Harleys you already get one if you don't have one!

Recently had some work done and as usual Ken and Kyle did an excellent job.I never had a problem with anything they have done and I know they stand behind their work.I have been having my bikes serviced there for the last 10 years and they have always provided quality work from scheduled service to warranty work.Always courteous and always helpful couldn't ask for a better team. Hell, they have even taught my dumb ass a couple of things!Glad I found their shop, good people.

I ve been a customer if there do years now, and finally decided to write a review because I learned the hard way that these guys are the best of the best. I have taken three different bikes to them for everything from oil changes to swapping cams. I have never had any issues with any work that they performed. Wish I could say the same about other shops and even the dealership. Top notch work, fair pricing, honest, why trust your ride with anyone else? Take your bike to K&K.

A friend of mine turned me on to this shop. And I couldn t be happier.Had them install some ape s on my bike. Quality job. Knowledgeable guys. And waaaay less expensive than going to the dealer (saved over $1000 easy by using K & K). Their prices are just as good, or better, than any other local shops- and you can trust they ll take care of your bike while they work on it. Definitely recommend using this shop.

I've been taking my Harley to K&K for almost 2 years. They are the only guys I trust to work on my Harley. They have done a great job each and every time. They fix it right the first time every time. My buddy and his wife take their Harleys to them also, and are super happy with K&K. I, just like everyone Had taken my bike a few shops before I found K&K. These guys do better work then any other shop I've been to. Real pros, Thank you K&K for all u do! If u love your Harley, there's no other place to take it.

I have had my Harley for over 8 years and in that time I have had K&K service it several times. The main thing I really appreciate is they always have my bike done when they say and it's done right the first time at an affordable price, not to mention they are very nice and always try to get you in fast if its an emergency. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants someone fast and affordable that does great work.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. I am tired of super high prices through dealers. Ken AND Kyle are both very good at all service and mechanical work and have taken care of both my Harleys. I strongly recommend their business for anyone who's looking for a freindly stop in anytime discuss bike service and repair work..In today's world of your just another customer it's refreshing to have a neighborly shop to go to. I have referred friends to K&k and have been thanked for doing so. Give them a shot you will be glad you did.

it s simple for me as it is for so many others. We would not bring our bikes anywhere else. I ve known Ken & Kyle for about 15 years now and I must say that I m a bit fussy when it comes to my bikes. These guys have always taken perfect care of my rides and are extremely reasonably priced. So if you care about your bike, give this dad & son team a shot. U won t be disappointed !!

Both Ken & Kyle are always honest, knowledgeable and professional. They are very helpful and way better than a Harley dealership. Cheaper and faster also, no matter what kind of service or repair you need. They are the only guys to touch my beloved Sporty.

K&K has been working on mine and my sons bikes for the past few years. I have them service all three bikes every 5000 miles. We have never had a problem and they always go above and beyond your typical service. They have found issues before they became major issues. Besides the normal 5000 mile service I always bring them the bikes to check over before any long trips and we have never been left stranded. I am glad they are authorized to do any Extended Warranty Service. I feel they have always treated me fairly. They have never tried to sell me something I did not need.

I would recommend Ken & Kyle to anyone! They go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. When my bike got stuck on the road (I was on my way to bring the bike to them) they didn't hesitate to come and rescue me with their own truck & trailer.These guys are top-notch, friendly, knowledgeable and won't rip you off. In fact I'm going to be bringing my new (used) bike to them this week. They are trustworthy, which is a dying element in today's world. Two thumbs up to Ken & Kyle!

I have always found Ken & Kyle to be honest and professional in dealing with. They seem to go the extra mile when you bring your bike to them, regardless of what type of service or repair you need.Recently I had a noise in my rear wheel that the local Harley dealer could not find, after taking it to them 4 times!. After taking the bike to K & K, Ken found it right away and corrected it. Thanks K & K!

I just moved to the area do not have a motorcycle mechanic but I do now Dropped my bike off for a 5K Full synthetic service Great price they even fixed my stereo and didn't charge. Bringing my motorcycle back to have a new app and speakers put in I won't take my bike anywhere else in the Newport Richie Tarpon Springs Spring Hill area

I had my '97 Heritage Springer/Motorvation hack in storage for about six months while we moved to Dunedin. When I retrieved the rig, it needed an oil and fluids change, a general inspection and tuneup. I also had a short list of deferred maintenance items to be accomplished. K'n'K provided the necessary expertise and timely work to get my rig running and handling correctly. Ken and Kyle have the highest work ethics, very good and reasonable prices and are extremely trustworthy. I have no qualms in recommending them for all your biking needs and I won't hesitate in using them for my rig's maintenance and upgrades.

Broke down on a trip due to electrical issue. HD misdiagnosed and I was looking at about ~$1500 expense for new ECM/TCM etc... Brought bike to K&K. They truly trouble-shot. Issue was worn-out wires! My bill was $200. I have several examples like that. Been going to them since 2008. I moved further away but will always bring my bike to these guys. They are honest and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

I had cams and overall engine worked done at K&K Custom. I was looking for a local shop that provided convenience with excellent, quality work. I have found it. My 08 Rocker has never run smoother, with increased speed and more MPG. Increased MPG's was an additional bounus. K&K's fine turning of the Power Commander made this a truly awesome experience.They take to the time to explain and explore your wants and desires while laying out costs. Cost-wise they are cheaper overall, but provide more quality parts that are in with HD Retail shops I have taken my bike too. I strongly recommend giving K&K a shot. I'm not going anywhere else.

Great shop with knowledgable staff. I've had two different bikes serviced there, and one repaired after a crash. As good or better than the Harley dealers, without the attitude or high costs. Highly recommended !

K&K has worked on number of different bikes for me both custom and stock, they have always done an excellent job for a price that doesn't break the bank and did I mention they are always friendly and will happily answer any question the can honestly with no BS that itself goes a long way in todays world.
