Been giving them every chance I could, held off for almost 6 months but getting nowhere.Paid over $1000 for them to fix my car antenna that was ripped off and a very small dent in the roof at the base of the antenna.This shop did very low quality work with poor results. Took 30 days to do a job that was quoted at 10 days. Have overspray on several panels, scratched a door panel and destroyed my roof liner I would recommend you find another shop to work with.Details: I brought my car into Joe Hudson s in October for a small. Was told 10 days turnaround. Called after a week to check in, was told Next in line for paint = great. Called a few days later and told Next in line for paint ummm what? This happened again until I got them to admit they had staffing issues but were working through them Ok.Now I am without a car for about 3 weeks, no calls, no updates. So I call same story. I tell them I NEED to go south to see my father who is very ill. They provided a rental for me for a week THANK YOU. I come back to town a week later After a MONTH car is finally ready. I go to get it it is the worst job I have ever seen. They ruined my roof liner with GREASE / finger prints in 10 spots or so, creases in the liner from bending it instead of removing it to access the roof antenna from the inside .They also scratched a panel at the bottom of a door. Manager said he would order/fix the panel but basically said he couldn t take responsibility for the roof liner without a General Manager. So I said call him He has no phone was the answer?. I tried to call Corp. on the number they provided in the paperwork if not satisfied = no answer (this was a Friday around 4pm est). PS I have tried to call corp � dozen times now no one ever answers, no call backs. 6 months . I tried today 2x to call corp . nope no one will answer on any of the voice mail optionsOther issues come to light, there is overspray on 4 different part of the car, there are smudges on the rear and front windows that Honda said they somehow took off the window UV coatings (or something close to that, I don t recall the exact details of what Honda said 6 months ago)I finally hear from a Gen Manager a week or so later. I bring the car for him to see and he promises to make it right . They did pay for another shop to replace the roof liner but have yet to handle the other issues or contact me.I had an appointment to fix the other stuff in jan but my father had a stroke and died. I came back to town a few days later and called the shop and asked them to reschedule me. That was 6 weeks ago now. I called 2 weeks ago and said It has been a month, My service rep (and now a manager) said I never got the message you called and were ready . So here it is over 2 more weeks without a peep.

I m not the one to leave negative reviews, but I am extremely dissatisfied with Joe Collisions service and thought I d share my experience. My car took nearly 2 months to complete, and every time I would call to get an update they were always waiting on more and more parts as if they were never originally were ordered from the start. The front desk was rude and very dishonest about the finish date every time we spoke.2 months later, when my car was finally available to be picked up, there was a panel left in my trunk that needed to be assembled for the back seat. Wires were left hanging, and my vehicle was covered with screws all throughout the inside. I had to go back to get the backseat panel assembled once I noticed it was missing. You would expect to pick up a vehicle assembled and clean of parts after 2 months of having it.Between the poor customer service and the disorganized technicians, I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible experience! I brought my car here for minor front end body repair, repaint and a seatbelt replacement. They held my car for over 3 months and put 300 miles on it. Every time I called for an update I d get some excuse as to the delay- paint didn t pass inspection, part that needed replacing wasn t done after reassembly, etc. They called on 3 separate occasions to ask me if the seatbelt was damaged in the accident after I told them when dropping it off that it was. Do not take your car here! I asked to speak with management multiple times and received no calls back. When I got my car back the key fob didn t work and the right blinker was broken.

Absolutely perfect experience! Frankly, no one wants to be involved in an accident, especially when the crash results in body damage to your vehicle. However, if you're involved in an accident and need vehicle body repair, insist the repair be completed by Joe Hudson's! On September 26, while my car was parked in a shopping center plaza, a person crashed into my car, and managed to cause $2,500.00 in damages. Never having needed repair work prior to this accident, I didn't have a clue about repair shops. After researching local options, I quickly found Joe Hudson and their excellent reviews. I contacted Joe Hudsons and spoke to Kris. After our conversation, it was obvious I wanted Joe Hudson to perform the repairs. From beginning to end, the process was easy, seamless and painless! I am totally impressed with the professionalism and efficiency provided during the repair process. Fortunately, Joe Hudson works directly with the insurance company of the person who hit my car. They performed the initial estimate and completed nearly all the necessary claims paperwork. Repairs were estimated to take 8 days, luckily Joe Hudson completed the work early and my car was returned on day 7! One of the nicest features and services is the daily repair updates, keeping me apprised of how the repair work was progressing. The customer service is exceptional! Every associate I spoke with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I must give a special recognition and a "thank you" to Kris whom I enjoyed working with immensely! James was also a pleasure to meet on the day my car was returned. Most importantly, the quality of repair work is superb! My car looks brand new! Looking at my car now, there is no indication it was ever involved in an accident (please see my before and after photos!) Thank you again Joe Hudson, and the entire staff for the excellent customer service and body repair services. If it were possible, I would give Joe Hudson 10 stars! If you need vehicle body repairs, I highly recommend Joe Hudson's!!

I would highly recommend Joe Collision in Palm Harbor. I came in after an accident without a set appointment and Chris at the front and Glen both got me seen quickly and were considerate of my situation. They both explained the process clearly. I felt they were compassionate, professional and friendly which made my stressful experience more manageable. Thank you both!

This was our third time using Joe Hudson s Collision to perform repair work after being hit on three separate occasions by other at-fault drivers. Their work is always expertly done, with care being taken to do it right; and they want to be sure to have a satisfied customer! We were kept informed of work progress and causes for any delay along the way. Terrible service. They lie and make promises they can't keep. They neer took pictures of all the damaged parts they claim they saw once they tore it down. Wuote went from $1000 to $5600! I picked up my car and took it to Caliber Collision instead. West Coast Collision also did a good job. Don't use Joe Hudson even if Staye Farm recommends them!

Bad shop. If you do go don t drive behind their dirty building since they leave body screws all around. Shop didn t fix what I asked them to, damaged my car and they were over a full week on returning my vehicle to me. Avoid this place!!

Would recommend this body shop to anyone who wants great service and quality work done. They got all new parts for my 19 Sierra. Once together we noticed the bumper was a bit off. Brought back the following day and no questions asked they ordered a new bumper due to the first one being faulty. Once they had the new part dropped my truck off at 830 am and by noon I was driving home with it. Absolutely a joy to deal with from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

My Nissan had front end damage from an accident. When I took the car for an estimate, I was told it would probably be 8 to 10 weeks for repairs. However, it was only a couple weeks when I got the call that the car was done. The communication was fantastic. I was kept updated via text messages as to the status.When I picked it up, the repair work was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have sent five emails for weeks regarding the damages on my one year old car after being at your Palm Harbor shop, with no response from your staff, my car has the wrong color paint on front end repair along with front end piece has chips and globs of paint and gaps along With front end piece that Hudson collision shop removed from my one year old car is warped now and does not fit on car correctly now After being at your Palm Harbor FL. Location for surface scratches on driver side front end, you had my car for four days. I expected that my 2021 car would be returned in the excellent condition that I had left it in at your location but with scratches repaired . Now it has. Damaged front end with the wrong paint color. I want a full refund. I have before and after photos which show all the damages and wrong paint color that was done at Hudsons collision on US 19, Palm Harbor.Service: Painting

I called to pay for a vehicle (not mine) they repaired. Mary processed my payment over the phone but proceeded to ask for the last 4 digits of my social security number and my birthdate in order to verify that it was ME and finish paying?! Mind you, I m just paying. I refused to give her this info. She said then I need just your social security. I refused. Then she said I need just your birthdate. I refused. Then she wanted my street address. I again refused. Then she said, well what is the name on the card and that will do, which I had already given them. I reported them to my bank and they said in no way did they need any of that information. Shady shady shady. I heard they did good work but watch out for Mary, she wants your personal information.

I bought a 2023 Honda Odyssey and was completely ecstatic. My new baby was less then a week old when someone hit my car in a parking lot! There was quite a bit of damage to the rear/tailgate. I had no idea where to bring my car for repair. I was referred to Joe Hudson's in Palm Harbor by a dear friend who works for a car dealership.The first person I delt with was Mark. I made an appointment with him to look at my car and review the estimate my insurance company gave me. At that meeting I scheduled the date I was going to drop my car off for the repairs. October 17th at 9am I met with Mark and dropped off my car. Honestly, I'm a pain in the butt customer. I admit it.. lol I like to be kept informed of everything and I expect excellent service. Mark was great. He kept me informed daily and made me feel at ease. The car was ready as promised.When I arrived to pickup my car I was told Mark was out of work due to a death in his family. (My condolences to Mark.) James whom I met at the original meeting assisted me. I looked over my car and was unhappy with part of the repair. James looked at the car with the body shop repair man (sorry I didn't get his name) and I. We agreed I'd leave my car over night for them to work on. I was very upset. Like I said I'm a demanding customer. I don't like it when thing don't go as planned.The next morning James called me and said he thought about my concern and had an idea. He had the body shop repair man make the adjustment and he asked me to come look at the car and see what I thought.I arrived to find my car was PERFECT! Not acceptable, not good- PERFECT! :)I was SO very happy! It was James that made this such a pleasant experience. He listened politely to my concern and took care in finding a solution that I was happy with! Thank You James!I can't forget to mention Chris the office associate. Everyday when I called to ask for a progress report on the repair I spoke to her. Always so friendly and never made me feel like I was anything but a valued customer.I would HIGHLY recommend Joe Hudson's Body Shop to anyone reading this review. As we all know body damage to a vehicle is never cheap. The hassle of having your vehicle in the shop is a great inconvenience. However this business was fantastic. They were very professional and sympathetic. They repaired my truck in 2 days shorter than the estimated time and the work was perfect. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way as the repair was being done. Dropped my truck on Tuesday and had it back on Friday. Great service, great work and very friendly. I was completely impressed with this company from my first contact with the receptionist to the time of pick up. They got my job started quickly, stayed in excellent communication with me via text updates and called me when it was discovered (after taking the bumper off) that more work was needed. They took photos and shared them with me.To top it off, when I came to pick up the vehicle, they had washed and cleaned the inside of the car wow, that was above and beyond my expectations! The car looked fantastic.Thank you for such fast, friendly and great service.

I brought my car in and worked with Mark Z. I honestly could not have been more satisfied with the experience and customer service I received from Mark and the rest of the staff. Their quote of work was accurate, their estimated time to complete was accurate and their communication was great throughout the entire process. They are also very professional and their shop is very clean / comfortable. I hope I never have to return there, but if I do unfortunately need body work, they will be the very first place I go. Thank you to Mark and the rest of the staff there. Great experience.

A couple of years ago I had over $3500 worth of work done here because I was in an accident and this is where Honda sent me. One of the things done was installation of a new battery. This was less than 3 years ago. That work was ok. Disclaimer: This company has since been bought out since that time. . A couple of months ago my battery died. I needed to get to work, first day of a new job. I went to Honda and then realized that the battery was installed at the Collision Center. The Honda rep and I called the collision center to see about any warranty the battery might be under before I had the work done at Honda. We were informed that the company had been sold and the prior records did not exist and they could not confirm any warranty or responsibility. I thought I might have the records at home and the rep said he'd talk to the new owner about it and since closed over weekend I'd have the battery done at Honda and we'd catch up on Monday Fast forward to Monday (about 4 months ago). I supplied the collision center with the paperwork showing the battery installation and inquired that I believed they were responsible for any prorated battery credits since they bought the assets and liabilities of the business. Back and forth for two months by email with no resolution. "You should have had the battery installed here". Well I called and you couldn't confirm records of purchase or warranty or anything. I needed the car for my new job and they were closed over the weekend. So we agreed I'd do the battery at Honda and go from there. Now the owner doesn't even answer my emails. Poor customer service. If you buy a business you buy the assets and Liabilities of that business. and I supplied them with the records showing the battery (and all the other work. They won't even answer. I guess I expected an answer and at least a credit on future work. Go elsewhere.

This is one of the worst places I have ever taken my car. I was unlucky enough to be in an accident, my first and also unlucky enough to be referred to them by my insurance company. As I am new to the area and do not have a mechanic yet I elected to take their suggestion. When I first got there I was lulled into a false sense of security by how efficient they seemed and I left confident in their assurances of frequent communication and 5 star service. Meanwhile 3 weeks later I had no car and have spoken to them twice, both of which were initiated by me calling them and asking what was going on. I finally got my car back 22 days later and it looks fine. There seems to be a lot of unnecessary repairs listed in the invoice such as headlights which were functioning perfectly well when it was brought in. However that is not my problem, my deductible is the same regardless of what work they did and if my insurance company will give them free reign to authorize repairs without sending an inspector out (a process that is supposed to speed up repairs) then more fool them. I now have a huge bill for the rental car I had to have for the entire time they had my car and the deductible to pay. All for a little fender bender that I would not have even brought into the shop had my car not been leaking fluids. Worst experience ever. Do not go here.

Excellent customer service and quality repair work.Incredibly, my car looks better than it's ever looked.They even handled the rental car for me while working on my car.Hertz rentals in the same office .... very convenient.I'd definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs collision repairs to their car.

Wish I could rate a 0. Horrible experience!I got rear ended in my 2019 Malibu. After having my car for 5 weeks I came to pick it up. It was in no way fixed properly. I pointed out all the mistakes in which they took the car back for another week. Following week I pick up car again with the same issues not properly fixed. When I repointed out the issues I was told it would be impossible to fix perfectly despite being able to visibly see very obvious multiple imperfections in the car. Gaps, things not aligned correctly, multiple scratches and marks on supposedly brand new pieces. The entire rear end of the car has orange peel from the car being painted improperly.I now have to bring it to another collision center to see if they can hopefully fix the further more problems they have caused with the car.I am now experiencing other issues with the car when driving that did not happen before hand .DO NOT RECCOMEND!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I needed bodywork and paint done and called my insurance company ..they referred me to Joe Hudson which I thought was a little podunk body shop and man was I wrong. They have many locations all over the SouthWest of the US and they are top notch. The process was easy and pleasant and they told me 10 days or so ..about a week later I was told to come and pick up my vehicle and it was done ..to perfection I might add ..I could not tell the difference ..WOW Great Job guys and KUDOS to the team.Service: Painting

Completely repaired my wife's automobile so that you could not tell that it had been in accident. The car was returned to us ahead of schedule. The communication between Hudson's and our insurance company was handled without any complications. We brought the car back a week later for an adjustment to the headlights which was completed without issue.

I cannot say I would recommend Carguys to anybody . I took my 2019 Jetta in to them due to a small dent and scratch put in my rear wheel well from somebody opening their door into the side of my car in a local shopping center. The person responsible's insurance company gave a list of local collision shops in their network to choose from, and I chose Carguys for their proximity to my home. The insurance companies appraiser gave me an estimate of 4 days total to have the repairs completed, and Carguys agreed with the time estimate. I set up an appointment for a Monday morning so I would have my car back for the next weekend. On Wednesday I received a courtesy call that the repairs had been completed, and that they just had to reassemble some of the trim that had to be removed for painting and that they had to replace the cover inside the gas cap area because it was damaged when they removed it for painting, so I should be able to pick up on Thursday as estimated. I called on Thursday morning to see what time I could pick up the car, and they informed me that the wrong part was sent to them, and they had to reorder, so I would have to wait until Friday to pick up. I called Friday afternoon to see what time it would be ready, and I was told the part hasn't came in yet, and they couldn't get an answer from the service dept. at the local VW dealership they had ordered from, so they couldn't get the part until Monday, because they are closed on weekends. I called them Monday afternoon, and they said the car was ready. I dropped off the rental car provided to me by the insurance company, and the rental company gave me a ride to Carguys. My car was out in the front parking lot, and almost instantly, I could see they did not match the paint up correctly. There was an obvious difference in the tone between the repair area, and the existing paint. I pointed it out to the person that walked out with me to inspect the car, and at first he said he couldn't see it, until I pointed out the difference between the repaired side of the car to the non damaged side of the car. He said they could keep it and try to match it up better if I wanted and that it would be another 2 days. Since the last estimate of 4 days took almost twice that they had lost my trust on their time estimates. Not to mention, I would have to contact the insurance company again, and go get another rental! I opted to take it as is, rather then continue the inconvenience this whole small dent had caused me so far. Since I picked the car up 2 weeks ago upon closer inspection, I have a dimple in the body where they drilled to pull out the dent, my gas cover door now droops when I open it (the area where they replaced the broken part), and I also have some type of white compound on one area of the car opposite the damaged side that will not come off that was not there before, and more of it on my inside door handles on the passenger side. This car was 2 weeks old when the door got dinged. I bought it brand new, and since I went to carguys my car is in worse shape for going there than it was before I went minus the small dent. And let me say this, I am not one of those people that complain about everything. I call them how I see them. If I get bad service at a restaurant, I don't tip very well, if I get good service, I tip very well. Same goes with anything else, If they did a good job on my car I would have gladly put a good review on the site for them, but they didn't. I'm sure other peoples experiences may vary, but I was not at all pleased with their service, and will not return to them to fix the damages they left on my car. They lost my trust!!

Everything about this collision repair shop is top of the line. They are meticulous in their repairs and they set the standard for professionalism. You get daily email updates on the progress being made on your car, they coordinate with the car rental company so you get picked up at their shop at the outset and you can drop the rental car off with them, when you pick up your car. And when they tell you that your car will be ready, it WILL be ready. Even though they lost 4 working days due to Hurricane Irma, they delivered on the day they promised. And the pi�ce de r�sistance is that your car will look like new, as if it was never in an accident. UPDATE: A year after the above work was done, I had a fender bender after some coward hit my car in a Publix parking lot and took off. I received an estimate from my Nissan dealership ($2,300), while Car Guys came in at $135, and it again looks brand new -- I kid you not, and this is NOT a typo where I missed typing in a fourth digit. Mark is highly professional and is of the highest integrity.

Wow! What VIP service from start to finish. Not only does my car look amazing but they kept me informed multiple times a day on the status of my car and finished ahead of schedule. They made the very inconvenient circumstance of a car accident easy. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center / Car Guys!
