I had a problem with my golf cart jerking on and off on acceleration. Called them up and they came by my house and found the problem pronto....loose cable between two of the batteries. While they where there, they checked out my cart and discovered my brake light would not shut off. The sensor under pedal had worn out. Best part...they carried the part with them. Its like they have a rolling repair shop with them....everything they need to fix your cart on the spot. I highly recommend them if you have any issues with your cart. They got my mini fire truck up and running

Okay service, terrible customer service and management. A technician came out and serviced our golf cart, but had to come back out as the issue was still not resolved. Jim told me the labor fee was going to be waived as it was within the 30 days and the original issue still persisted.Upon receiving the invoice, I was charged $90 for labor . I called Jim for clarification as the invoice did not reflect what he had quoted me the day before. Jim s response was that I am ridiculous for calling about that and that I should go with a different company next time.Would not recommend Gold Cart Services as the owner clearly has no problem insulting customers for his error in communication and lack of transparency with cost breakdown.

Honest, dependable, friendly, customer service oriented company! I ve had them fix my cart for 5 years. It s old but they keep it running like new. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Really great people!

Incredible Service, and very reasonable pricing!I emailed off the website looking for new batteries and wheels, and we had a little back and forth to figure out what I needed. James is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in getting what we needed. We were able to get service scheduled quickly on site at our campground.The REALLY BIG deal here, was the Quality of the work done and the extra care and little things that were done during the service. All of the battery terminals had Dielectric grease applied to all of the battery terminals (not done by the original installer from another company) and everything is clean and tidy. Great communications with the person performing the service (I was away, when it was completed)The best part is you can see they went the extra mile, greasing the bearings and items that really had nothing to do with the work we had booked, but just that extra little bit that matters so much. I included a photo, much to my surprise that the grease job had been done!I highly recommend JB Bans, (Also known as "Golf Cart Services"), they really went above and beyond my expectations. They also by far provide better customer service and quality that any Golf Cart Service company I have worked with.

We had a problem with our cart and our neighbor referred us to JB Bans. Mike came within a day and immediately diagnosed our problem and supplied us with the parts immediately. He was professional, timely and friendly. We appreciate his excellent work and would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Called for a quote and to ask a few questions. After scheduling new battery install at our home Mike noticed there was possibly another problem with the cart, he brought back to the shop, honest diagnosis and repair, plus had it back to us the same day!

Bill helped me out today and he didnt have to as he was at our course finishing up on another cart. He could have said "Call and make an appointment," but he came over, looked over my problem and fixed it. He got this 100% disabled veteran back to using my cart again.

I need a new batteries gym was very patient with me. I m so I drove him crazy over the phone lol. He send someone out there and they did an amazing job. Super happy with these people definitely a high recommendation.

Golf Cart Services is a company you can rely on to have the technical knowledge and the tools to fix your cart correctly the first time at your location. I had an intermittent problem that was difficult to identify but they got if fixed the first time at a reasonable price. Don t hesitate to call them if you have a mechanical problem. These people are easy to work with, and they will come to your location!

This company is awesome! The dealer I bought the cart from just over a year ago said it would be three weeks for them to come out and pick the cart up to look at it. Called Jim on Friday And Bill was out on Monday and had it fixed for a very reasonable price in an hour and a half. Never will I use anybody else!You could tell the way the technician did the job that he had been doing this where it was just second nature to him. Plus he s a RUSH fan!

Arrived timely. The 2 tech were friendly,knowledgable & worked very well together. They fixed the main problem,cleaned & adjusted the brakes & put air in the tires. This is my first experience with this company. I am very happy with the service & price. Would definitely use them again & recommend them.

Came to the house to diagnose a problem on my golf cart they couldn't find (I was charged). I told them I needed 2 Guage wire throughout cart because of high speed motor and they gave me an estimate we agreed on. They told me they would call me back on Thursday when they got the 2 Guage wire... It's going on 3 months now and still no call. This will be the last time we use this company.

I called JB Bans after googling golf cart repairs and found they were near me. They came to my place the next day, diagnosed that the cart had two bad batteries. Was advised that since they were seven years old I should think about replacing all six of them. He gave me a good price had them with him and for less than I expected. He also checked the cart over, brakes, front end, greased and oiled it and said it was in pretty good shape. Great service.

This is the best Golf Service in our area. They travel to your home and make repairs. They are excellent with repairs and the prices are very fair. Would highly recommend this business.

So I have an older golf cart called a few places and it seemed like everybody was trying to charge me an arm and a leg before I even brought the cart to them. So I called these guys explain what the issue was and he told me it was more than likely nothing serious with the golf cart like everyone else was telling me. I brought them the golf cart told him I'm mechanically inclined he sold me the parts that I needed and sent me on my way. I left there for less than 50 bucks versus everybody else was telling me hundreds of dollars absolutely incredible service and very polite I will be back to them for sure. I also drove all the way from Temple Terrace because every other place that I called near me just seem like shysters well worth the drive. You guys rock!!!!!!

Called Wednesday afternoon and they scheduled me for today (Friday) between 9 and 10. The guy showed up promptly at 9 (amazing!) and got to work serving my golf cart and repairing a flat tire. He was done in about 45 minutes and charged me a ridiculously low fee considering what he did and that it was at my house. I asked him twice to verify the total! Thank you!

I called the owner to ask a couple questions about an issue I was having with my golf cart involving a rattling noise coming from the motor on my CC Precedent. He invited me up to his shop while I was driving around in the area. Without hearing the sound, he knew exactly what it was, why it was happening and described how to fix it. He offered more advice on upgrading my current controller and solenoid to match my upgraded motor to make my cart all around more reliable. I offered to pay him but he declined. This will be where I take my golf cart to be serviced for anything in the future. Thank you

These guys are courteous, prompt, reliable and won't break your wallet! They return your calls and are able to perform most repairs right at your residence! Would give them 100 stars if I could! You have a customer for life!

Although we have several golf cart outfits in our vicinity, I am happy to have found Jim and his guys at JB Bans. They know their stuff and reliable work at a fair price is what I've come to expect.

Use these guys with confidence. They show up in a timely way. The repairs are reasonable and they stand behind their work. No pressure to do more than needed.
