I like and trust this Firestone more than any other shop in the area. I usually wait for an oil change and it is easy and fast. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Online scheduling is convenient and they have reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?

Extremely helpful and thorough. I also appreciate the integrity of telling me they found nothing wrong with my vehicle and that it is actually in good shape for its age (2004). They did make suggestions for upkeep which were understandable and reasonable. Very Professional Service.

Very good experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern is a small oil drip after my oil change. I need to check my filter and pan nut to make sure its tight. But other than that, great job !

While the work completed on my car was satisfactory. I had come in because I was to get 5% off my first purchase with a Firestone credit card. I had lots of work done so I could max out this one time discount. Although I had discussed this with the person I dropped my car off with, when I picked up my car this discount was not added to the invoice. I then assumed that it would be given by the credit card company, because they would be the only ones who "knew" it would be a first time purchase. This was not done either. Now Firestone nor the credit card company will honor their word to give me this discount. I don't like bait and switch and I am continuing to follow up my options. My advice either don't go here or double check on any discounts you think might be owed to you. THIS ISSUE has been resolved.

After going to the dealership twice to balance my tires that they messed up. I went to the tire people. Mike D was very polite, and considerate. I was very early for my appointment But they had me on my way in less than an hour. Thank you Mike for the education of balancing tires. And also recognizing the sloppy work done by the dealership.

Believe me or not, That place is really a rip off .letting 2 Mexicans working on my car talking Spanish at each other and laughing right in front of meFront desk guy is really untrustworthy to say I need this and that and how much money I need to pay ..best thing..stay away from the Firestone in Palm Harbor!!On 2016 Nissan Rogue with out any accident just says I need a ball joints. LOL

Been here a few times as my wife's company has a repair contact with Firestone so we come here. The outside could used cleaned up. One time they said they couldn't find any issue with her work car, and when we picked it up and they were back in the car out of the bay the car died.

Overall...they fixed my suspension issue quickly and everyone (except one person) I interacted with was very friendly. They were timely and communicative. I will add a photo of my receipt so you can get an idea of their pricing. The guy that works at the front desk is a very rude individual he gets s***** with you if you try to ask any questions that you are concerned with he's very short with answers and talk to you like you're ignorant the other guy that works at the front desk Mike is pretty good guy but somebody needs to teach them how to speak to people over the phone! They replaced front tires and brakes on my 2013 Toyota rav4 . approx. a year ago and the brakes been squeaking all this time. shame on you. I took the car back 2 months ago for rea brakes replacement and wheel alignment and told them about the issue with the front brakes squeaking and the manager asked for another $90 ? to fix the unprofessional job they did the first time. Now front and back wheel are are testing my patience . Their attitude and costumer care leaves many negative thoughts. I will take my business elsewhere. I don't like the idea that they're making big $$$ off ( former)unsatisfied costumers...Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I have almost lost my faith in Firestone. I have tried numerous locations including out of state: Business practices seem to be the same regardless of location. I attempted this location today 10/28/2022 @ 930 am. They expect you to drop your car off for a simple oil change and when u say you cannot it is their back logged & short staffed. 11/2hrs to do an oil change is just so not a conducive period for anyone: they expect you to wait while they finish on prior jobs. If that is the case, wouldn t you like they could at least call the customer to give them a heads up ?? where has the importance of customers gone?? Its always the same excuse we are short staffed, we cannot get anyone to work. Please rethink using this location as the staff is very argumentative & condescending.

Service was great and the front desk guy Christopher was an absolute pleasure and made me feel extremely welcome. I was a couple dollars short on a tire replacement and he gladly prorated me to what I could afford without even asking. Stellar service and will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend this Firestone!

I asked it they would price match tire rack and the guy on the phone told me "we won't even mount tire racks tires". The firestone tire was 105 ea on tire rack, 230 ea at the firestone store.. nuff said right?

Staff was great !! They fixed my car before the scheduled appt time and notified me as soon as it was done. Excellent !!
