Amazing customer service by the staff at Days Collision. They truly know what they are doing! Whether you need a tow or just body work on your vehicle. Dusty is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars! I recommend Days Collision!!

Great work worth waiting for. These guys are Pros and you would never know I had a previous fender bender. From the first quote to final delivery of my beautifully repaired BMW M6- the staff was friendly, professional and honest. I'd give more stars than 5 if google would let me

Here is the before and after the picture.. looks like a small repair but it actually cost more than you think..(almost $3k)I got into an accident June2021.Took 3months for the other insurance took care of the claim. Called Day s August2021 and Jessica helped me out to set up my car for fixing.. Pam helped me out with the schedule for repair. Dropped my car 9/14 and got my car back 9/21. Cherry on top! They washed my car and vacuumed it! Thank you Jessica,Pam and the entire team!

This company towed my car yesterday and told me a price of 300 to change it to 500 dollars today they don t try to help you get your car out not even with a payment plan so it won t rack up a huge bill. Customer service 0 out of 10. Sad.Update still not offering a payment plan to get my car out instead of 500 now it s 700 dollars to get the car out I mean if they would just work with me. Sad company really trying to get the car out I just need a payment plan though.

I had considered restoring my 1991 GMC Sierra for several years and got a cost estimate for restoration paint from Day's each time...there was little change in pricing--a really good sign. Finally, when I had the funds saved to complete the process I returned to them to have the work done--and they were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, cooperative, and professional every step of the way. They are truly a family business and a joy to work with--and boy do they deliver! After almost 29 years of ownership, a number of them spent on a construction site, my truck really looks like new again and I have the great folks at Day's Collision to thank for it! They are unquestionably the best at what they do in this area of Florida!

Shawn was very informative with every little detail of what he was going to do to repair my toyota tacoma truck. Very professional, friendly & thorough. Communication was superb. Highly recommend Day s Collision in Palm Harbor! Family owned business for 40+ years! Very professional at all times! Clayton, the owner, fabulous welder. Dustin, Clayton s son, exceptional mechanic as well as Manager of their business. They took exception to my problem with my wheelchair-converted car! Outstanding job!! Thank you to the Clayton s for caring so much about my mobility and independence on the road. It's been over 15 years since I've needed collision work done. In a matter of one week my wife and I were both hit by stupid drivers.I remembered that Day's did the work for me a long time ago, and called them to take care of my GMC Denali 2500 and my wife's Lincoln MKZ.From the first phone call, all of the staff at Day's has been extremely helpful and friendly.The other drivers were at fault in both cases, so 2 different insurances were involved. Dustin and Shawn at Day's are experts at dealing with the insurance companies to be sure repairs are done using high quality replacement parts.I could not be happier with the repair work that was done by Day's, for both of our vehicles. And besides just doing great work, it is refreshing to do business with a truly family run business, where everyone REALLY cares about their customers.

My husband and I are from Sebastian FL on the east coast and we traveled to the west cost for a 90th birthday party and we were about 3 miles from the party when we were hit in the front passengers side of our 2013 camaro SS. We were devistated we needed to figure out where we were going to have the car towed and fixed. We have Geico insurance and wanted them to tow it but the officer at the accident seen told us that if they couldn't be there in15 minutes he was going to have to call for a wrecker and have it towed to the state yard. The tow truck showed up at the seen and it was day's auto collision and repair and the drivers name was Clayton, he was the most friendliest and helpful driver I have ever met. He handed us his card and told us that they have a full service auto body shop and been in business since 1952. At first we were a little sceptical but we didn't have too many options and decided to let them do the work. We were worried because our car is black and has custom red stripes and we knew it would be hard to match. We needed to get a rental car and asked Clayton if he new any rental places in the area and he said yes. I was totally blown away when he said I'll call his daughter and have her pick us up and bring us to enterprise car rental. Clayton assured us that they would be able to fix our car and make it like it was brand new. I have to say that in my 62 yrs I have dealt with many body shops but I have never dealt with a more professional and quality auto body then day's auto collision and repair our car came out perfect, the black matched perfectly and the custom strip was prestien. We are so happy to say day's auto collision and repair did a fantastic job! Thank you Clayton and your wonderful family for the great service!!! We definitely couldn't be happier! If you live on the west coast of Florida and need body work done day's collision and repair should definitely be your first choice. Thanks again for your great service! Zack and Fran Mason

I had Day's do some custom paint work on a couple of car parts (paint and tint 3rd brake light and paint strut tower brace). The paint came out perfect and the price was very reasonable. I amvery pleased overall and would recommend Day's for anyone looking for custom paint work. Thanks to the whole crew for making this look perfect :-)

After my wife had a run in with a large animal on a dark road the right front side of my VW Atlas was pretty mangled, alignment thrown off, sensors not working, all kinds of messed up. We chose Day's because they are local and family owned. Best choice we could have made. Their friendly family staff was super informative and accommodating throughout the whole process. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be done was covered. They saved us a few bucks where they could, and the work was absolutely immaculate. Not only can you not tell the car had been damaged, I swear it looks and drives even better than before the accident. These people operate with integrity, professionalism, and pride in their work. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing collision work. Well done!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was in an accident a few weeks ago and I thought my car was Unrepairable. I brought it to Days collision and I was blown away. Shawn and his staff did an AMAZING job. My car truthfully looks better now then before the accident. I would strong recommend anyone who needs work done to their car, to come see them. I have had a little bit of bad luck over the past year and had a couple of cars either back up or crash into both of my cars; this was the first time I have ever needed to deal with insurance or a collision shop and I can t tell you enough how awesome these people are here, so awesome I traveled an hour the last time I came when I needed work done because I had moved by then. Pam and Dusty are so helpful and understanding with all the questions I had and even offered me suggestions when it came to dealing with the insurance company and rental car. Everyone in the front office are so nice and understanding and the people in the back working on the vehicles are great as well, they did a terrific job making my car look new again. From the work they did on my cars, to the friendly and honest service they provided me, I would definitely recommend this place if you need any work done on your vehicles.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

After my car got rear ended in January, I contacted Days to quote the repair due to their long standing reputation in the Palm Harbor area. As soon as they saw the damage, they knew right away a new bumper was needed and also explained the process of how it would be installed. I was impressed by their friendly, knowledgeable staff and how easy it was to work with them. When I picked my car up, the rear bumper looked amazing and they also detailed my car for me. I was extremely pleased with their service and the repair job on my car.

Cant say enough about quality and professionalism if you want or need any body work/paint go no where else .. I've been in automotive business over 30yrs.I've been sending customers to Day's for 20+never a complaint!! My car was T-boned during Covid and was never inspected by an actual adjuster, instead it towed to Days where someone sent someone else Polaroids. I was assured that even though someone else may have totaled it we can fix it . I should ve known when they put a completely different rear and on but they promised all the parts were brand new straight from Chevy. That s funny, I didn t know Chevy produced parts stamped with junk yard . I don t appreciate their terrible workmanship or their lack of integrity.

I highly recommend Days Collision! I bought a couple after market headlights for my car and stopped by Days Collision to get an estimate on getting them installed. Installation requires taking the bumper off and also removing clips through wheel wells so felt a body shop may be a better choice than a mechanic. This family owned and operated business took really great care of me! The price was reasonable. They were able to get my car in right away. They also had drivers take me to and from my home including one of the owners herself. The family is very nice, personable and friendly. I m used to something pretty much always going wrong whenever I have some car related work done but that wasn t the case at all at Days Collision. The headlight install looks great. No scratches on paint or missing or misaligned body parts. My car was put back together properly like the work was never done. Headlights function perfectly. Also worth mentioning, I remembered a few years ago stopping into Days for some touch up advice on a bumper. They offered to give me a touch up brush at no charge. It was that kind gesture that brought me back. What an overall great experience!

I highly recommend Day's Collision. Taking my car there was a no worry event. Everything from scheduling to getting a rental to was handled very smoothly. Day's takes the time to make sure your problem will be resolved to the highest quality of resolution with fair pricing. Staff is very knowledgeable about the repair being done. They are in contact with you to keep you updated on the progression of repair and parts updates. Repairs were done in a high quality, timely manner. They are the best in the area.

They welcomed us from the minute we drove up to simply ask some questions to the time they stayed later than scheduled for me to pickup my SUV. Each visit and phone call they made us feel like family - as if they knew us for years! Like Dustin said, while we hope to not have to see you again(body work repair), we are here when you need us! Excellent experience!I could tell, just observing their operation upon my initial visit to their facility, that this was a first class body shop. I gave them a try after having seen testimonials online, and I was not disappointed.I brought my car, a 2018 Tesla Performance 3, to Day s after I had clumsily scratched the side of my car. I knew the area and adjacent panels had to be painted in order to do it right. So obviously I had concerns about color matching, consistency, etc. Those concerns went completely away the second I saw the finished product. They did an outstanding job!I defy anyone to look at one side of my car and then the other and be able to tell where the work was performed. The paint blending from the door to adjacent panels was a work of art. Like fresh out of the factory!I cannot say enough about Day s Collision Painting and Repair. Their professionalism, knowledge, workmanship and attention to detail are above anything I ve experienced in over 4 decades of owning (and, unfortunately, having had repaired) numerous high end vehicles.I would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Day s to anyone looking for high quality body and paint work at a fair price on their vehicle. You will NOT be disappointed.
