                      I felt bait and switched by the different numbers told to me about the diagnostic fees. Service advisor named Ivan was rude and gave me the runaround about speaking to a manager, even though he knew the manager was gone for the day. Then he didn t have the guts to call me back and tell me the manager was gone for the day. He had another service advisor do it for him  TWO HOURS LATER. Thanks to Brandon (service advisor) and Mike Miller (manager) for saving the experience from being ruined.

                      This is an "Auto Dealership" that "REALLY DOES" what a car dealership should do from buying the car to the upkeep of your car with expertise mechanics and your normal service representatives making sure that you understand what you want and need.A beautiful waiting room and this a very modern facility.From the salesperson to the financial, you're treated with respect.                       First of all, kudos to Valerie in the service department!  Smart, reliable and genuinely friendly.  You're the best of the best.Being new to the area and in need of a minor but important repair to my Honda, I called Courtesy Honda.  The got me in the same day and got it fixed in a short time.  The waiting room was clean, comfortable and pleasant.While waiting, I browsed the new cars in the showroom.  It was really nice checking them out without being stalked by a sales person.  The people in the showroom were friendly and available without making me feel uncomfortable (which happened in the past at different Honda showrooms).Later this year, when I'm ready to get a new Honda, this place will be at the top of my list.

                      Tracy, one of the service department managers, provided top of the line customer service for my elderly mother s Honda Fit.  Tracy looked after my mom as though it was her own mother and we are very grateful for Tracy s responsiveness as well as her all around great professionalism.                       Do NOT go to this dealership. They take advantage of the elderly. My 82 year old grandmother was treated with grotesque disrespect by Jim (salesman). Their advertisements were filled with falsifications on pricing just to get people in the door. Once in the door, they attempted to coerce my grandmother into handing over her current vehicle for chump change even though it is in pristine condition (new tires, maintenance up to date), demanding that she hand them her keys as a part of the exchange for a new vehicle. They bullied her into filling out credit forms with her personal information and she felt like she couldn t leave. When she finally left, the salesman verbally accosted her for not wanting to purchase a car from them (direct quote:  your family must not like  you as much as we do that they don t want you to have a new car ) and then got into his vehicle when she was walking in the parking lot, squealed his tires past her, almost hitting her. This is absolutely dismal to treat someone this way. Do NOT purchase a car here. There are plenty of respectable Honda establishments without the elder abuse.
