My wife got a little too close to a concrete base for a light pole and pulled the right rear bumper loose. We tried to snap it back in place and put masking tape over it to hold. It didn't hold and kept coming loose. We had to cut a third off the bumper to avoid tearing it off completely.We got estimates from three places and Carsmetics was lower by several hundred dollars. They also arranged for a great rate on a rental car, even shuttled us to rental car and arranged to drop off the rental car at their office. They were very helpful and informative the entire time.We dropped our van off at 8:30 AM and they said it would take two days. But the next day they called us and said it was ready! It looked beautiful. We were very pleased with the whole process. Highly recommended.

Ken....Josh and the entire crew were absolutely fantastic!! My teenage daughter was in an accident. She was uninjured and everyone else involved were ok. Thank God! I can not say enough about the amazing job Carsmetic did on her car!! I would recommend this company to anyone I know! Merry Christmas!! And don't think twice about bringing your business here! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Highly recommend Carsmetics Palm Harbor to anyone needing dent repair. The staff is very friendly, professional, and honest. They went above and beyond my expectations. Carsmetics is very competitive in pricing and their customer service puts them over the top. They also have lifetime warranty on repairs. 15-Sep-2023 -- Visited this shop for a door handle replacement. Quick, professional service. Thank you, Josh. Reasonable price, and they installed the handle part that I purchased myself online for $15, which saved me over $150 in the part cost, versus the local Nissan dealership, or any other auto mechanic, who will not install any part that you purchase; you must buy all parts from them, at 10 times the online price.Service: Body & Trim

The Carsmetics location in Palm Harbor is phenomenal. The entire team does fantastic work from walking in the door to picking up my vehicle. I had a couple of locations on my 2017 Acura RDX needing work that I could not run through insurance. The price was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service I received.

Very impressed! Took my 2012 Dodge Charger in to fix a huge dent in the front quarter panel. To be honest I never thought the car would look the same again. The estimate only took about ten minutes and their quote was over $500 less than the closest competitor. They covered my rental car for three days and when I picked it up I was amazed. It looks better now than before the accident. The staff was polite and helpful and I couldn't be happier. Completely satisfied with the quality of work. Highly recommended!

This carsmetics is affordable and for the customer. I had some pretty bad damage to my bumper and fenders and they took care of it in just 2 days. They put me in a rental that I didn t even have to pay for !!! Both the manager and assistant manager were great from the minute I walked in the door. Highly recommend also they charged me significantly less than any other place I was quoted.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I borrowed my roommates car and believe I caused the front bumper skirting to come detached, loose. I couldn't spend time under the car at my apartment complex so I came here to use these guys. I was willing to pay for their time to attach and do what was needed. I believe his name was Mike, greeted me and came out to the front of the business to the car. He laid on the ground and assessed the situation and connected part of the skirting that was loose and said it looked fine and should be fine. I asked him if i could pay him for his time, he said no, no charge just give us a good rating! Here ya go!!! Excellent place! Had 6 days to get my clear coat fixed on my mirrors and door handles, and they did research themselves and found out it was cheaper to replace these items to give me the best price! They squeezed me in even though they had a busy week of maintenance and were willing to work with me and kept me updated. This place is fabulous! I would recommend to everyone. Keith is awesome!

Took my 2010 honda crv to repair minor dents to my rear quarter panel ad bumper and to paint my hood as it was blistering. A huge Thank You! to Keith and his staff for helping me fix my bumper. I was unknowingly driving with my front bumper about to fall off and luckily drove right into Carsmetics before it happened. Keith was so friendly and professional, and his team was able to get the bumper back on so that I could drive the car back home safely. I appreciate their quick response and excellent work and highly recommend their services.

The staff is very polite and very helpful. The work I had done is great minus a small detail which they will take care of it. The cost was reasonable and they offered me a rental till the work was done. I am very happy with everything. My congratulations to all the staff !!!!

I needed to replace the front bumper on my car due to damage from an accident years back. I got an estimate that came in competitively as compared with Robert's Collision of Clearwater and Ferman's Collision of Tarpon Springs.Robert's Estimate: $1985.68 (2 Days- booking within a week.)Ferman's Estimate: $1806.07 (5 days - booking within 3 weeks)Carsmetic's Estimate: $1571.62 (2-3 days- booking within a week.)The guy who did my estimate even gave me a great tip about replacing my headlight bulbs when my dealership told me (untruthfully) that they could not replace the bulbs unless I did the bumper. I was able to replace my headlights thanks to him.Unfortunately, the initial estimate ended up being off by about $246 because they did not account for a needed panel replacement.The new total was $1818.36However, their initial quote was so low that, even with the additional charge, the work was still competitive as compared to other collision centers and my research into the potential costs.The initial estimate of 2-3 days ended up being about 4, which was fine with me given that I thought this could be the case given other research and estimates.The work they did came out great and the color matching and pin-striping on my side panels was perfect.If you're looking for a cosmetic repair shop with reasonable prices and quality work, I recommend going here.Just make sure to check your itemized list when doing comparatives to be absolutely sure about the price competitiveness.Will be using again to get my headlights restored.

I was a little skeptical of coming here at first, but they did some really fantastic work on two cars of mine that both needed to be fixed! They gave me a legit quote within ten minutes, and stuck to that price when I decided to come in and do both cars at the same time. They had both cars back to me on the days promised. The staff are personable and friendly. I really had nothing short of a wonderful experience with them! Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable. The manager, Kawika Eva, greeted us immediately and was so nice and professional. We received the estimate which was extremely good and got scheduled for the next day. The quality of their was outstanding! I am so glad that we took our car there. When I went to pick my car up, another customer was picking up her car and told me that she had used them before and loved them too.Thank you Carsmetics!

Do not use this business. They are a ripoff. They advertise that they "fix your car here for much less than a regular body shop." That's bull. I had my son's Subaru repaired there recently and to repair just the bumper cover was over 800. What they do is give you a price for labor but don't tell you how much their labor per hour is. When I asked, they told be 89 an hour. That's outrageous. The going labor rate at regular collision repair shops in Pinellas County is 50-52 an hour. I am an appraiser myself. I repeat, this Carsmetics is a ripoff. Avoid them. Go to a normal collision shop. You're not saving anything at this Carsmetics.Service: Body & Trim

I had minor scratches removed . Wonderful job. Vehicle was done on time and looks great.I thought the paint would be hard to match...apparently it was no problem for them. They are truly professionals, and their customer service is second to none. Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I picked this business based on all the positive reviews, got an estimate to repaint rear bumper i scheduled an appointment and took the car in, when I picked the car up the bumper was pink well my car is a white metallic they put to much red in the paint so I brought it back the following week and they got me a rental car which was very nice of them when I pick the car up there where numerous imperfections so I brought it back again the following week when I picked the car up it looked acceptable not worth the 500.00 I spent. When I took the car home I noticed they burned some the paint buffing it out, needless to say I will not be going back a 4th time. I will say Ken was super nice and professional. If you are a near perfectionist and have metallic paint I would not recommend going there.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service and great people, very friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody because of the great work they did on my car and the price was very reasonable. I did a before and after comparison and the results was mind blowing. It looked like nothing ever happened. These guys are great at what they do and im so thankful for them and will definitely recommend them to others and will be going back if need be. I can go on and on which shows how happy and satisfied i am. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart Carsmetic and may God continue to bless you all

Just got my car back from carsmetics... it was the greatest car body shop repair experience I've ever had in my 50 some years of car ownership! They did exactly what they said they were going to do at an incredible price and did it when they said they're going to do it... they provided me with a rental for several days at no cost to me and as far as I can tell I've got an identical paint match! Just North of Tampa Road on Highway 19... Absolutely positively tell him I sent you!!!

A fantastic job at a very good price! The areas that were painted on my car look as though they just came off the showroom floor. I was given a free rental car to use and the job was completed exactly when promised. Highly recommended.

The workmanship at this shop is top notch. My 2008 F150 Limited had several rust spots on the front bumper, which I put off fixing for way too long. They made me fall back in love my truck! It's perfect. Looks brand new. The best part, it was half the price the dealer wanted to fix it! I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
