We are from out of town, but visit regularly. Bill's was highly recommended by family. I was impressed by how quickly they fixed my transmission cable. Kevin was kind and professional over the phone. Have met several people in the community who tell me how awesome these folks are. If I am ever in need of more mechanical work while visiting, this is the only place I'll take my van. A big thanks to the entire staff!

This was my first visit with Bill s. I was so pleased. Dropped my car off at 5 pm with a couple of concerns. I heard back from Kevin that he next morning. Everything was repaired along with an explanation. Bill s was highly recommended & now I know why!

I've been going here for over 10 years. No joke, I've never had a singular bad experience. The knowledge from the crew of mechanics that work here are beyond amazing. My car being a somewhat hard to take care of car is no challenge for Bill's to take proper care of. 120,000 miles + and my car doesn't feel a mile over 50,000. Thank you Bill's for taking care of me, my mom's, and my grandparents' fleet of cars. For all that you all do, I will always be a returning customer.

I have been using Bills Automotive for a few years now and I wouldn't trust any other shop to take care of my vehicle. The staff is very friendly, the digital inspections are awesome. Kevin and his team are honest, they don't try to take advantage of their customers. Definitely the best shop in Palm Harbor

I was very pleased with Bill s Auto Service Center. I really liked the fact that they checked all of the key components and fluids for our vehicle. It was very useful information and made us realize that we were overdue in getting the transmission fluid changed; a key engine component. We used them for buying and installing new tires and replacing both our transmission and brake fluids. The service was courteous and prompt and the pricing competitive.

You know those people with an eternal chip on their shoulder? Those who are always aggrieved, who always look angry, who will answer your questions as if you are the biggest idiot in the world for even asking it? That s how I was treated when I went to this place this past Thursday afternoon to ask questions about my AC. The guy sitting at the desk could barely muster enough human warmth to bark good when I said good afternoon, how are you doing? as a hello, barely glancing upwards from the computer. When I asked him if they charged for testing what was wrong with the AC, he looked at me like I was the biggest imbecile who had ever managed to survive infancy on the surface of this planet, as he slowly said an of course that was dripping with contempt and hatred, as if he had never in his life encountered such idiocy and as if he was doing me a favor (that I clearly didn t deserve) by lowering himself to answer a question from such a lowly peasant who would deign ask such an imbecilic question. The thing is, many places don t charge for that, especially smaller non-corporate places like this one (the first place I called after this one said they don t charge for the diagnosis.)Now, I don t need to be pandered to with excessive warmth and niceness, but surely a minimum of respect for a customer, or at least respect for another human being visiting your shop and considering giving you his business, isn t too much to ask for, right? This guy had such a gigantic chip on his shoulder that he seemed to me like one of those always-angry people who take that anger on anyone unlucky enough to cross their paths.So is the quality of their service good enough to be treated with more contempt than you ve ever received in your life? I ll take competence and fair pricing over customer service any day. But it s impossible to know because they charge $170 for the AC diagnostic. Pep Boys charges $49.99, even a famously expensive place like Tires Plus charges $55.99. These people charge $170 (I actually think it was more, like $175 or $179, but I know it was in the 170s, so I say $170 to be fair.)SO, in short, if you want to be treated like a worthless piece of scum who should think himself lucky to even be allowed through the doors, if you want to be made to feel like a knuckle-dragging imbecile for asking perfectly reasonable questions, and if you want to be charged triple what even famously expensive places charge for stuff, this is 100%, definitely your place.But if you want to be charged fair prices and treated as if you were a human being who deserves a minimum of human respect, please for the love of christ go someplace else. Anywhere.

If you have any car troubles at all or are needing anything for your vehicle, Bills is definitely the place to go! The staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond for their customers. We recently had major car issues and the workers at Bills worked tirelessly to make sure all of our issues were resolved and our car was 110%. They communicated with us every day and every step of the way. I would recommend Bills to anyone without a doubt and trust them through and through! So happy we found such a trustworthy and loyal business with great people!

We were very happy Paul is very knowledgeable and customer oriented.We have lived 0.3 miles away for over 20 years and never used your services, big mistake.The only complaint I have is the little boy behind the counter was negatively arrogant he needs to keep his opinions and comments respectful towards other employee's.Paul was awesome and the mechanics were very professional and promptly got my car on the road within 24 hours that was amazing seeing how busy you are. We will return and recommend you highly. Thanks again Bills especially you Paul.

Best around and will recommend them to anyone I know. My car had an engine coil go bad. I called they said bring it in the morning. They gave me a fair quote and we're done in 90 minutes. It was fast great service. Will continue to come back for car my cars needs. Paul was a great help. Prior to this, I took my car somewhere else and they ignored what I said and started quoting me prices for other things completely unrelated. They do not ignore you at Bill's and they do listen to you. That was refreshing.

My family has been coming to Bills for years. I recently brought my car in because a sensor needed to replaced. They took my vehicle in right away and I was able to pick it up same day within hours. Great customer service and will continue to bring my car when needed.

Brought my car in for several issues and I was given a full inspection report and sent several pictures of what was wrong. Never been anywhere where proof was given like that. The price was reasonable considering all that needed to be worked on and the turnaround was quick. Car runs great now.

Was getting ready to leave on a camping trip and fuel line was chewed by rodent. Called Bills and they got me in that same day and fixed by 4:00pm! Thanks for saving our camping trip and the great service! Our vehicles always go to Bills Mobil!

The free detailed vehicle inspection with photos that Bill s Mobile provides with oil changes revealed tire cracks that would have posed a danger if not detected. Bill s Mobile has serviced our vehicles for 15+ years.

Paul and his team serviced my 2003 Toyota Sequoia - replaced shocks, struts, and tires. Also, they diagnosed the source of a fuel vapor leak and replaced 4 vacuum lines and fuel canister. I recently had spark plugs replaced but had a stuck plug that 2 other shops could not remove, including a Toyota dealer. Bill's Automotive did! They performed all work as promised and on time. They exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more satisfied!

Renee was so incredibly helpful! After being referred by mom who highly recommended Bills, I took a used car I was looking to purchase here to give it the once over. Not only did I get a comprehensive report flagging any issues (with photos of the issue on the car itself so I could see!), but the price was outstanding. They fit me in right away and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. She helped me make an informed buying decision (I got the car) and gave me a fair price for the brake replacement I knew I would need after purchase. Again, she fit me in quickly and was very tolerant when I asked questions at the end. I highly recommend this company as a trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable place to get your car fixed.
