This was my first time using this business, when I needed a fuel pump replaced. The price was reasonable and they seem fair and honest. Communication with Bobby was helpful and Informative. My car seems to be fine now, thanks!

Always goes above and beyond! And is very good at educating me on what s going on with my cars and helping me make the best decisions based off of what I want. I take all of my vehicles only here. He is Very quick and communicates well. And is very honest with me about what makes sense to do and what does not make sense to do. He definitely has the best intentions and is very helpful. And of course the quality of work is great too.

Yes I was very pleased with the service you did on my car. But the thing I really like was that you didn't pressure me to get the work done on my car right then. Instead you told me about it and said we would keep an eye on it and to bring my car back in in 1000 to 1500 miles to check the oil and see what has to be done at that point. I use my truck for work and drive a lot. I have had a few issues come up lately that they have been taken care immediately. Glad to have found a new mechanic in the area. I will be using them indefinitely.

Repair was completed in a timely manner. Had to get a factory replacement part which was not a problem . Warranty is vary good. Vary pleased with price and workmanship.

Zack was amazing I loaded up my bike in my bike seat ! He helped me unload it & reload it and put air in my bike tire ! As a single mom anyone in palm harbor needs to go to these guys ! They are very family oriented !!Service: TiresService: Tires

Bobby had my jeep for 2 months for a no start issue. He insisted that the part I needed was discontinued and that I would have to get a used stearing column for it. It sat for 2 months while he had problems getting one. He even started getting rude to me telling me if I can find one bring it to him or pull one from a junk yard myself. I figured if I was going to do that I might as well do the work myself. Instead I was suggested to have it towed to coachman automotive. There they did some research and found the part number. They ordered the discontinued part from a aftermarket site, with a new battery, and $400 and 3 days later it was driving like new. Thanks for wasting my time Bobby and putting me off and making me feel like you just didn't want to help me or take my business. It never moved from where the tow truck dropped originally and there was always a reason why he couldn't work on it. If you need an oil change bring it here. But if you need any real work done to your car, don't waste your time like I did, take it directly to coachman automotive or at least somewhere where they'll treat you with respect.

Stay away from the gas station, can't pay outside with credit & some of employees are less helpful & racist. Tainting Mobile brand.

I was so happy with my experience here! It was a very quick diagnostic and fix, and they didn t try to add-on unnecessary options the way some shops do. They were very respectful of my budget and very communicative on the process. I was even able to pick my car up after work hours through the convenience store! I will be recommending to friends.Service: Auto maintenance

It was one of the worst experiences regarding the car service. First of all the initial diagnostics took too long.After that, the process of changing the transmission fluid took more than 3 days. The car was not fixed which I was warned about.However, the most appealing thing happened at the pick up. The exterior of the car(the driver's seat) was covered in oil stains and was stained all over.The windshield was cracked. I incurred more damage after than before I brought it to the shop.They take very low integrity in their work.

Took my Genesis Coupe in to have a leak inspected between my engine and transmission. They had my car in and inspected within 30 minutes. Informed me it was the main rear seal leaking which is a big repair involving removing the transmission.They got me a great quote and told me my car would be done within 48hrs. The crew took great care of my car and was done within the time frame given. The quote was spot on and they even throw a free oil change and knocked some of the cost down.10/10 would recommend, everyone was I dealt with was kind, knowledgable and very respectful. DO NOT hesitate to choose this lovely business for anything your vehicle needs.

Friendly service but left grease stains on my interior upholstery and did not replace two of the brake bleeder caps. Makes we wonder how competent they are. Hard to know as they just checked my brakes patched a tire and changed the oil. Rotated my tires and charged me for that even though I didn t request it. I don t trust mechanics who don t have attention to detail. I won t go back.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change
