We want to thank Matt and Juan for helping us yesterday buy our new truck. The process was very smooth and quick, as compared to other experiences we have had with auto dealers. I love that they do not have any hidden fees like other dealer and are upfront on all costs. I don't remember getting a loan so quickly in my 40+ years of borrowing money (I'm a banker by trade, so that's a big compliment to Auto Lenders!). The only issue we had was when we got home and discovered that the spare tire was missing and it didn't include a "blow up" one. We called Matt and he is working on resolving the issue. I would recommend buying from this dealership. We met most of the sales staff; they were all friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Beth & Kurt

I had a great experience at Auto Lenders!!! Juan Gonzalez did an amazing job helping me find a car. The entire dealership was amazing. Their customer service is impeccable! Go see Juan he will help u get in a car that u want. Everyone that I came across was vert nice. I m so glad I took that drive! 10/10

I love this place! I had a great experience Mike Cash just made it so simple, he was VERY friendly and nice and NOT your typical pushy aggressive salesman. He was more so like a big brother, giving me tips and going over the pros and cons on all the vehicles, not rushing me, and answering all of my questions. I have to say the place was very clean, organized, and had a positive vibe to it. I m definitely coming back for my next vehicle.

In my 25+ years of buying cars, Mike Cash was by far the most professional salesman I have worked with. I dread going to a dealership, but Mike was not the typical salesperson. He was honest and transparent through the whole process. I told him what I wanted and he did exactly that, he did not try to up sale or convince me otherwise. I will definitely use Mike again in the future.

I came in expecting the same level of service that I have received from other car dealerships. Which at times can be subpar and just overall be a bad experience. I was pleasantly surprised of how personal and professional the sales representatives were. One particular sales rep named Chuck made sure myself and my partner felt welcomed and haggle free from the first phone call all the way through signing papers for my 2018 Tundra. The cars on the lot are from a Leasing company in which they own. So you re getting a good car that has been taken care of (Fees can be astronomical on leased cars if miles are exceeded, cars are not taken care of, etc). There are no reconditioning fees or any other hidden fees. The price you see is the price you get. In fact they will break it down for you. I would give them an opportunity and see what they can do for you if you re searching for a used car. Overall, great experience and I would buy from them again.

My wife and I are happy to provide a good review for Auto Lenders. I tried several times at other car dealerships to trade in my MINI Cooper. Auto Lenders gave me a very generous value. I was then able to purchase a BMW X2 that was far more desirable. We were helped by Jace, who was very pleasant and personable to work with, and he was a real advocate to help us get the best deal.My wife Beth would like to suggest that a nice reusable bag would be provided after the purchase of a car for transferring all the loose items that are usually found in the previous car to the new car. It would serve two purposes: to easily gather all items, and it can be branded with Auto Lender's logo as an advertisement.

I went shopping for a new ride today and opted to stop into Auto Lenders. I did not know what to expect other than I want to buy and they want to sell. I worked with Mike Cash, Matt & Jim. They were all great at what they do and took their time to let me test drive a few vehicles and made sure I found something I really wanted. No pressure throughout the process and made it easy to work with. Definitely will do business again!

Mike Cash is the goat! The only dealership that could get me an approval in the entire state of Florida, he was a very honest and upfront salesman. Dalia in and him worked at least 5-6 hours to get my deal done! Great car buying experience with them for sure!

I came across this dealer looking online for a cheaper, but quality vehicle. They have a very clean, easy to use website. I came in after browsing for a couple weeks. Their cars are as clean, almost new looking even ones with higher miles. They say they are picky on what goes on their lot and I believe them. However, unfortunately could not get a deal worked out. They don't seem to budge on anything, so the price you see, expect to pay it. Maybe because they don't move much inventory, so they can't afford to adjust pricing like bigger dealers. Definitely stop by if something catches your eye though. I worked with Jace on a Ford explorer, he tried his best, unfortunate it couldn't work out for us.

Juan was wonderful, he did not pressure me at all, and the test drive was great because the sales rep doesn't go with you and try to pressure you about all the features. Juan also was very knowledgeable and kind. Great service.

I had the absolutely amazing experience here with Mike Cash and the general manager, Matt Carlin and the finance Dahlia. They made me getting my dream car come true I thought getting rid of my jeep. Wrangler would ve been the hardest thing for me. But when they put me in this 2019 Nissan Altima, I wasn t happier than I ve ever been. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who ever wants to buy a vehicle to come here first. See Mike Cash he s the man !!!!

Great dealership!New car for daughter #3.Honest pricing, high quality cars, friendly staff and no high pressure anything.No hidden dealer fine print with extra add ons into the thousands, the price advertised is the real sale price.Great experience had 3 cars picked out online and set up an appointment for the next hour. Super easy, they pulled up all 3 cars, I test drove them alone discussed with my salesperson Michael and made my choice. No pressure to buy most expensive or purchase any extras.I will be back again.

We just bought a previously owned vehicle from this brand new auto dealership in Palm Harbor. Their business model is different from most car dealerships. They were amazing! NO haggle or hassle. Straight up honest, very friendly and nice people to work with. Matt, the GM was very relaxed but professional. Our sales associate, Chris was efficient, friendly and made our purchase seamless. No pressure whatsoever.No one likes the typical car buying experience! I had to drag my husband in, kicking and screaming. In the end, he actually enjoyed the experience!Their selection was extensive and pricing was More than competitive. Even better yet, they gave us a terrific deal on our trade in, saving us the time consuming headache of selling it on our own. I would very highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

Not your stereotypical car dealership. The business is legit with professionals working it. Inventory is fantastic, prices are fair. Highly recommended. Matt, Lance and Mike were all great.
