Usually my go to store for parts because it is close. If I need a knowlegable person I prefer NAPA. Sure has become expensive.

I was in the store yesterday (4/19/23) looking to purchase a headlight bulb for my car as my right headlight was out. A very helpful gentleman (I wish I would have gotten his name) assisted me in locating the product & offered to install it for me. As he was working on it, the light went on. He did some adjusting & told me that the light was fine & perhaps the wiring was loose. I thanked him for his assistance & honesty. I said I ll just hang in to the light until I need it & he proceeded to offer me a refund which he did. I was so grateful & impressed with the service. I don t shop for auto parts frequently but when I need something I will return to this store!!

This is one of the best Advance stores I've been to in several states. They are open early hours and have friendly employees to assist you. I even found some obscure items that I had been looking for. Thanks again guys.

What a wonderful experienceJust had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin a salesman who went out of his way to assist me with my purchase. He went above and beyond..I was treated with respect and caring. A REAL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE !!!! I personally cannot stand the word Team Member, this man clearly exceeds all expectations

Very happy with my recent visit to this location! Kevin took the time in helping me find and replace my warrantied part, which took a bit of time. He really went above and beyond to help me. I'm extremally grateful for his experience and patience. I highly recommend Kevin for all your parts and service needs!

The gentleman working at the store were very kind and helpful. They diagnosed my battery very low charging amps and changed it for me at no additional costs. They explained the choices in batteries, changed it out and I was on my way home. I really appreciate their helpfulness and great service!

There are only 2 places i would ever get my parts from and of course one being advance in palm harbor. Good quality parts and perfect customer service. I strongly recommend you talk to Dillon or Chris in the night shift to get whatever you need they know what part I need just by me explaining the the issue or the problem the car is having. They are absolutely great I'd give them 10 stars if I could good job Dillon and Chris people like this should be the face of advance for higher management I strongly agree 100% thank to both.

Advance Auto Parts was excellent. There were two young men in there one that I had called beforehand and he looked up the part right away and said we have plenty. I showed up and the other young man his name was Christopher Feliciano they're fantastic job changing my battery out in a very reasonable amount of time. I was strapped for cash and told him I owe him a tip he said don't worry about it. Highly recommended

Always very helpful! I went in for coolant today and was greeted promptly. I'm so grateful the gentleman was very helpful. I was asking how to check my oil and he kindly showed me how to, then put some in my car that I already had on hand from a previous purchase. Will be going back to them again!

I won't go anywhere else! Great service, great prices. They helped me install new windshield wipers on Mom's car before Hurricane Michael came in. Then, at night, one of my headlights went out. Again, great service, great price & they swapped out both with brighter bulbs in just a few minutes! That is why I go there! Thank you so very much!

I always have a great experience here. Apparently, they make two different size starter motors for my truck. When I told them I needed the larger one, Mike took the time to physically look through every box of all the different brands of starters shown to fit my truck until he found the *one* large one they had in stock. Can't ask for better than that. Thanks Mike!

My wife and I broke down tonight on the first night of our weekend away from our kids. The manager borrowed me all the tools he had as his disposal and the other guy in there was very helpful as well.Another gentleman that's a regular customer there was also nice enough to stay for 2 hours and help us out. It was very kind of all of them and were very grateful to have stopped at this location tonight.We made it back to treasure island!! Thanks for everything.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. We ordered a side view mirror that my son "accidently " broke on his car. We checked Amazon first and found it $15 cheaper at Advanced Auto Parts. Mayhem Approved

My truck battery was dying on my way to work, so I stopped at the Palm Harbor store to get it and my alternator tested. Mike was so helpful; he got my new battery installed, tested my alternator and gave it a clean bill, and had me back on the road in time to make it to work. I really appreciated the fast, friendly service!

Customer service from the manager and employee was excellent. They were so helpful in making sure my needs were met. My battery was on its last leg and then the terminal literally crumbled off from all the corrosion, without even having to ask they assisted me with everything that i needed and i was able to drive away feeling safe and glad i stopped there. This is my new place to go for auto parts even though there's one right around the corner from me. Thank you guys!!

From a die hard Orielys auto parts guy this crew Kevin ,Dillon and Chris have made me an advanced auto parts guy ! Orielys next door didn t have the parts I needed and didn t act like they wanted to help. So I walked next door to the best parts store I ve ever been into. ( I ve been a mechanic for over 20 years).These guys made me feel at home even during the Covid pandemic. If they don t have it they get it in a very short time frame and since I started using them 4-6 months ago, I have yet to have the wrong part handed to me.Kevin s vast knowledge /experience really stands out. Thanks to Dillon for my first impression at advanced. See you all tomorrow for more parts. Chip

I went in looking for a few different things I needed for my car. Not having much knowledge of what would best suit my needs, Rick took the time to explain the different products and made recommendations. He even put my new windshield wipers on for me! Great service!

Traveling from out of state with my Class B RV and had a potential starting/electrical issue. Rolled in to Advance Auto for one of their battery/alternator tests about an hour before close. Dillon helped me out right away, ran all the various tests, and explained things thoroughly the definition of a competent and courteous associate! (Alternator appeared to check out, but I could use a new battery, it seems.) Thanks a ton, Dillon! Mike

I was ready to check out. One guy asked if I was ready. I said yes. Another guy, perhaps the manager, said (extremely rude) I m with another customer so you re going to have to wait . Apparently he was on the phone. Hos name tag said McKay. Either way it was rude and I just put my things down and left. There s an Oreilly next door. Perhaps they d like my business now and in the future.
