I was not prioritized because I was doing a battery warranty exchange and they helped non-auto customers first. I had to wait an hour. They should prioritize based on who comes in first, not who is easier to checkout. Manager saw me waiting a long time and didn t think to help.

Hadn't had our oil changed here in many years, last oil change we were in a hurry and stopped by to have our truck and one of our small car's oil changed at the same time. Less than 3,000 miles later the truck's phone app was saying the oil was low and we had to have it serviced much sooner than we should have. A few weeks later the small car had the same problem so we had the oil changed yet again. We've never had this happen anywhere. Not sure if they simply made a mistake and didn't put enough oil in both vehicles, the truck is still fairly new and the car isn't old enough to be burning oil, so now we're afraid to go back and have our oil changed here again. We're wondering if anyone else has had the same happen to them?

I've had horrible experiences with the tires & oil changes this wld be a book if I went into further detail! The only reason I even gave 1star was bc I had to and the manager I believe his name was Anthony was very nice and handled the situations responsibly. Haven't gone back in mths but for some reason (probably convince) my husband did and sure enough the cap was left off and oil leaked all over the motor so I don't recommend this one

The WORST experience I've ever had getting service (any type of service).No vehicles were in the bays when I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change. When I asked, the attendant looked at the bay and told me it would take "30 minutes."One hour later, they had just pulled my truck into the bay to perform the oil change I requested. If it was busy, I could understand. But when there was no one ahead of me, I don't understand why it would take so long. When I asked the guy at the front, he told me it would be another "20-30 minutes." When I told him that an hour ago the guy told me that it'd only be 30 minutes." John's response (word for word), "so."When checking out, the price had gone up $11 from the quote they gave me. The reason, they put a synthetic filter on without asking me. When I questioned it, the "so" guy walked off and said, "we're done."When the service manager came back, I explained what happened. He credited me back the specialty filter they put on without my permission. I also told him how I was treated. John was standing there and denied it. I explained that I'm sure they can review it with the video cameras.

These buffoons Damaged my wife's car when they put it up on the lift. They had the jack pads turned the wrong way an pinched the Skirt between the jack and car frame. When I mentioned it to the techs. they insisted that that is the way it was supposed to be......

Went to find a battery for my car. They did not have the one I wanted on the shelf. The nice lady working the counter went out back and looked for me. Last time the person working there was maybe having a bad day, they told me whatever is on the shelf is what you get. And did not seem to even want to help.

One guy behind the counter with one register just isn't enough to handle customers in a timely manner. The program to check customers in and out must be antiquated. Seems like he had to hit 15 buttons to check customers in and out. Plan on waiting if you go there. Glen,behind the counter, kept his cool and his smile. Don't know how he did it.

Decent place to work at .needsimprovement of pay for long term associatesIe raises and hourly rates need to increase for auto care service technicians..not just new guys..definitely staffing issues and pay rate issues..but it's a fun atmosphere at times..guys and gals. I worked with were some of the greatest people...I will definitely miss them ..

Best tire experience ever! Steve in the Palm Coast location was very nice and very helpful. My tires were special order and Steve help me get the ordered made and shipped to store. What and easy process and came in 48 hours. I highly recommend Walmart in Palm Coast for your tire needs.

DO NOT GO HERE.I came 2 weeks ago to have a tire patched and the wait time was 3 and a half hours. I left and came back this past Tuesday and the wait time was an hour and a half. I figured no worries, I ll do some shopping. Come back 2 hours later and my vehicle is next in line. Come back another hour later and my vehicle is looking at ANOTHER hour and a half wait.I got my keys back and left. I went to The Tire Pit in Bunnell and they took my car in immediately and I was done in 7 minutes.

Website and building both say they do oil changes until 7pm. Showed up at 4:45 and was told they stopped at 4pm. Perhaps you idiots should change your outside signs then.

I had a great experience all around, beginning with my phone call looking for help/information. (I believe her name is Julie. Super knowledgeable and polite.)I had all 4 of my tires replaced and was very impressed with every employee I came into contact with. They were all friendly, professional, and very competent in their field. I will absolutely recommend your auto care center!

I came in for a basic oil change. Checked in, signed documents. Waited 1hr. Quotes approx 45min. No problem. Paged, car ready. Get to checkout. Ma am we were not able to do your oil change. We don t have the oil we agreed on. If you want it done, it will cost more. No discount offered. Just a sad excuse ofIt s not their fault they don t have the oil. However, it is your fault for not knowing. Being not prepared. Nor offering a solution. I could have been making better use of my time instead of waiting for a service not even complete. The lady behind the desk was kind even in her busy time at least.

Super nice service desk. The gentleman was very kind. Patient people during a storm of frustration. Really took good care of my car. Best walmart. People were even nice in the subway. Thanks for the pleasant experience. Best walmart in the entire country. It s here.

Went in at 6PM needing an emergency tire change while traveling I-95. Not sure why they gave us abunch of excuses but refused to help us out we re closing in 1hr. Went across the street to Tire Kingdom who also closed at 7 they were happy to help us out as well as another customer who just came in off the interstate also lazy or understaffed at Walmart, not sure but they lost the sale!!!

Very friendly and amicable staff, Judy at the counter was wonderful and very pleasant. Pricing for a new tire and tire repair was fair in comparison to other places in the area. I will definitely come back in the future for tire related services. To be fair to their oil change services, I cannot speak on anything in regards to that as I receive free oil changes from my dealership, but from what I experienced I am sure they will be fair and do well in regards to taking care of your oil change needs.

Terrible experience.Order a set of tires for my wife's minivan.Tires got there 5 days before the appointment. The appointment was set online in order to save some time.Not the case.I got there 10 minutes before the appointment.At that point I was told that there was a 4-5 HOURS wait to even get me in. What was the point of the appointment anyway? At that point I was told that I need it to go to to costumer service to get my money back.Got to costumer service and the girl behind the counter didn't know what to do.So after waiting for a "manager" for 10 minutes,I left. I ended up canceling everything online and getting my tires someplace else.Service: Auto tire replacement

This review is about the people at the tire center, not Walmart. Only one of the two tires I ordered arrived, despite being emailed that both were ready. The folks there were trying their best to make it right. But one tire isn't enough. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Again, everyone there was great.

Auto center was very helpful. I needed an air filter $17.00 and their mechanic put it in for free. I just tipped him. Was a far better deal than Tire Kingdom...they offered to change it out for $35

Would of been better if they didn't have a senile woman at the counter. Waited for my vehicle for about 3 hours. Didn't hear my name called. Sat by the department where she could clearly see me waiting. When I went to ask she was rude and said she called my name awhile ago. If that's the case I would of been out of Walmart awhile ago and not waiting for my name to be called.Service: Oil change

Joel is outstanding and professional. Judy who handles the counter is the best person I ve met in a long time. She is fast and makes it fun. She is the best multi-tasker doing the job of 3 people. Walmart is truly blessed to have such great people working on their team. Judy def needs a raise, promotion, and a huge bonus for the hard work she does everyday.

Purchased four tires on line and on arrival went to the tire shop, first come first serve and I was told about 2 hours for mounting and bakancing, maybe less. 50 minutes later my car was done. Under promised then over delivered, great job!

Their slow as all heck and may damage your car though they are Cheap on oil changes. We had to sue them once over damaging the hood on our smart Car the mechanics were to dumb to figure out how to take it off. And failed to ask us the owners as to how to safely remove the hood. If you still yet need a low cost oil change this still yet is your cheapest option

Everyone, from the gentleman taking the info on tablet outside, to the person completing my bill were awesome (went out of their way to accommodate me.) Very impressed with Palm Coast's Walmart Auto Center

Ok so there are some still good people here and Brian really saved the day from a Walmart.com order that up front was told only two tires were here, but order and appt was for 7am. People flood in here early and I learned that so stand at counter before they open that side door as I ALWAYS get there at 630 and walk around. Chanel also is a value to this store, didn t see her this time, but she s golden too!

This was my first time bringing my Car to Wal-Mart Auto Center. It was extremely pleasant. The gentleman ant the cashiers desk was very helpful and informative and kind. The same goes for the two men working in the garage I got good morning and smiles and just very pleasant and made my morning I most definitely will continue to bring my car there. Thank you Wal-Mart !!!!!!!!!!!!

Little bit pricy for change of tire over $100, but if you had flat what else you could do!? Order tire,, came next day, was called by staff and done with 1 hour. You can ask guys who work there for free air, they are friendly.
