Stop by for fix a tire with nail and with 5 people working and 3 bridges empty they take my car After I wait 45 minutes an for repair another 45 minutes the people working very slowly I can believe how they make a businessAnd they charge $148/h .I can believe !!!

Great place!! Their team took very good care of me and my grandchildren. We had and unexpected flat tire. I showed up just befor closing, with no hesitation store manager Felix and his team found a nail in my tire. Had us back on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you all so very much

Had an issue with my car, while driving thru, stopped at this store, the manager Felix was calm, kind and worked fast to get me and the family back on the road. He explained things thoroughly,. Deffenetly recommend stopping by for any repairs. Thank you again for your help.

I showed up here today after having a really rough day at work.I literally just stopped in to see if they would be able to assist with my problem, and to set up an appointment.They took my car in right away and helped me.I just moved to Florida 5 months ago, and this had been my first car repair expierence here....Justin was really kind to me.I'm really grateful for their kindness today.

Had my light come on day for low air and saw I had a nail in my tire. Went straight there after work and asked if I could have this fixed within the hour. They were very polite and said yes. I didn t even have an appointment. Thank you so much for helping me out when I needed it!

The staff here are really friendly and communicative. They check in with you regularly as they work on your vehicle. I did a walk-in oil change and it was completed fairly quickly. They also rotated my tires and did a brake check for me to ensure everything was running smoothly. I recommend speaking with Felix!

Took my car for an oil change recently and had a great experience thanks to Pat. He helped address a prior issue from another mechanic shop. I would definitely come back myself and recommend to others.

We have used Tuffy for service on our auto several times and they have always been professional, helpful and successful with solving our problems. A recent visit was especially quick and Justin proved to be so helpful and efficient. Felix has also been great in past visits. We've recommended them to several friends and will continue to do this.

Felix & the other technicians/mechanics at Tuffy on Palm Coast Pkwy are Outstanding!! All who walk thru those doors I ve heard offer the same accolades. Glad I m local but if I had to travel a bit for svc here-I wouldfor my TES & BMW. Thx guys.

THEY ARE VERY AWESOME AT THIS PALM COAST LOCATION. THEY ARE VERY PERSONALBLE, YOU CAN TELL THEY CARE ABOUT THE WORK THEY DO AND THE SMILES SHOWS IT!!!! I WOULD TELL EVERYONE THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

Well just to let you know Google review community. I recently moved out here to Florida with some bumpy roads along the way here. I had a problem with my car during transport over here, my 2013 Honda Civic LX car experienced several issues. I went online to find out what the people recommended. Tuffys is the top choice here and they are honest true blue nechanics, so I thank Mark, Justin and especially Joe aka Patchogue! I Highly recommended this auto shop for all of the above!

I really want to leave a great review for the team at Tuffy. I have a fleet of vehicles with my company in addition to my own personal vehicles, me and my wife alike, and they have serviced them for the past nine years. When I desperately needed them to fix something quick at any given day they got me into the shop. Kwik sent me over a nice estimate and corrected the issue immediately. Pat, Felix, JUSTIN, and all of the mechanics have been a wealth of help to me and my company. I can t say it enough. Thank you guys once again for your help. Truly appreciate it!

I love Tuffy Tire. Patrick and Felix always take good care of us. I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my days. As more people come to palm coast the dealerships are too busy and it can be hard to get an appointment but Tuffy always makes it work because they understand how stressful car related situations can be. I cannot say enough positive things about them. 10/10 recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional and honest work done at Tuffy s in Palm Coast. Their skilled technicians, fair pricing, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them the best choice for tire repairs. I was especially impressed with their honesty. I was certain they would try to up charge me. To my surprise, they only fixed what needed to be repaired. Highly recommended!

Solid, fast, affordable. Service like the olden days when you could trust your mechanic to give you fair and reliable service. Red haired manager Patrick was the kindest and most efficient, helping our family swiftly in a real pinch. Highly recommend!!

Great service, great people, willing to go the mile to help people out. Couldn't fix my tire because of bent rim and blowout due to hitting a pothole but made it to where I could drive it to a place that could and didn't charge me anything. Thanks Tuffy Tire!!God is good!

I had a very positive experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center today for an oil change! I will definitely be bringing my car back there. The staff was helpful and friendly. I had made an appointment, showed up early and was able to get my car taken care of right away. Excellent service on my car and at the front desk!

I moved in Florida back in 2017. I have been going to Tuffy for any thing my cars needed....I love when the price you were expecting go down for whatever reason!, Everyone is so friendly and most of them knos you by name! They always do an awesome job by me! I 2ill always go there and send friends and family members too!

As soon as I walked in I was happily greeted by Pat. He gave excellent service along with the rest of the crew at Tuffy in Palm Coast. I recommend going here for any services you need. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The service was quick and efficient! (:

I went for an oil change and tire rotation the other week. Five star rating! Not only did they work with my schedule to squeeze me in last minute, but they were honest and told me I could hold off on an oil change. So they just did the tire rotation. Their honesty alone shows that they value their customers and business and they re not trying to price gauge or take your money and run. I will definitely be going back to this location!

Fair and honest. No upselling. Witnessed him speaking to two separate senior customers and talked one out of doing a service, and the other he found them a lesser price.Truly respect businesses like this, which is why I will return.

It was our first time coming to this location for an oil change and we couldn t be more happier with the exceptional service that was done. We were greeted by Pat in which he gave us an excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back.
