I do not recommend Tom Gibbs Chevrolet at this location!!!They were Very unprofessional, and I was very unimpressed,We got approved for a truck and then they sold it out from underneath us,The morning we were going to pick it up. Would not advise working with Doug or Caleb, veryUnprofessional and disappointing...I found the truck of my dreams and lost it,all In less than 24 hours,when that was the time we were allotted!!Definitely not trustworthy or compassionate with their customers...Needless to say they will not have business with us again,We were very disappointed and will not be going back....We DID come up with the money before the allotted time, they were told there we could be no down payment to hold the truck,We work with you for 3 days, point You are on the way to pick up the truck and you had already sold the truck from underneath us and that was wrong....

Usually do not have complaints but I had an appointment for an oil change but had to wait 45 minutes past appointment time to get serviced. I pointed it out to service representative and he said the appointment gets me a spot in line. Not good, he shouldn't have said anything.

I called service several days before my appointment & asked Service guy, if in fact they have to replace the washer fluid cannister do you have that part on hand. He TOLD me that they could get one quickly that day!!! That was a lie! I don't appreciate that deception. I have to drive to Orlando for surgery on Tuesday & needed this done. They at least could've patched it. Not a happy customer right now!

Engine light came on our truck, while hooked to our camper on our way out on a much needed get away. We didn t know if we should chance it or not. Called Mike Nailor in the service department- he was amazing! Squeezed us in, thank God, found out had we gone it would have been bad. He searched for the part and had it fixed and picked it up the next morning. Mike showed how much he cares. We love you Mike, we are so glad you are out service guy! See you tomorrow with your Cinnabons

Had my 19 Equinox recently serviced at Tom Gibbs Chevrolet. Super easy to call and make an appointment and was taken care of right away, and got a free car wash too. Really friendly employees, and could tell they were stepping up to keep everything clean and sanitized. Excellent customer service.

If you come in with 2 problems, they say they ll have it ready before close. But 15 mins before closing you call to find out they forgot (ignored) you to find out the next day they fixed half of one problem. You will come in again to address the same issues just to loop to the same promises, but this next time you find they fixed something that isn t broken and unrelated to the original issue. And their best excuse is the GM is overworking them.

This had to be one of the buying experiences ever. We recently purchased a pre- owned Cadillac XLR that, by all accounts, was impeccable condition. We drove the car off of the lot, heading back to Kentucky when the rear view mirror just broke.I figured we were stuck and would be paying out of pocket $595.00 for the mirror replacement. I contacted the dealership and explained the situation, and without any hesitancy, sent us a new replacement mirror at no cost to us. This was beyond and heads above what is expected when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. Not only do I give this dealership five stars, and I give them an infinity amount of stars for being outstanding in customer service. I will not hesitate to make another vehicle purchase from them in the future.

Had my 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe serviced in Baltimore but needed some additional work done. Choose to wait till I came down here to Palm Coast Florida to get the work done. Mike my Service Writer had it checked out and going to have two new shocks and new air compressor Installed. Called me today and stated parts were on there way and could bring it by for repair. Monday June 27th 2022

I am new to the area and Tom Gibbs is the closer dealer to me as I went there as my truck is still under warranty for issues.My truck (2016 Silverado) check engine light came on and started flashing while also losing traction control at the same time. We where only about 6 miles away from the store so me and my wife drove to the service department, unfortunately it was Sunday and the service department was gone for the day so I left my keys in there drop box as I was told by sales they ll look at it in the morning when they come in to work.Monday morning comes and I hear nothing and I call at noon, and they said they haven t been able to see it yet but will by the end of the day to put it on a diagnostic tool (Which was all I was wanting for in case parts had to ordered if I had to start looking into rental options, I just wanted the diagnostic). Still nothing by the end of Monday, so I got a ride to the store at 5pm (service closes at 530) and they still HAVE NOT looked at it, even though being promised. They then said it would be looked at first thing Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes around and I hear nothing at 1030 so I call again, still haven t looked at it and I was told I should ve made an appointment because they re to short staffed to do a 10 minutes (maybe) for a diagnostic. Once again I was promised by the end of Tuesday it would be looked at, surprise nothing. Now Wednesday I call at 11am and they still haven t looked at and I m just giving up at this point and I now hate this place. I call at 530 and sales picked up and she was super nice and helpful whoever it was, she said it was done at 1218 and I had never gotten a call. I write pretty clearly and she read the number back perfectly but the service guy fat fingered the number and hit a number next to one of mine and that was that. (Atleast they called someone?) so it s now Thursday and I guess it was a 10 minute issue that they had to look at. Absolutely terrible service department, I definitely will never go there again and I recommend no one that needs service go to Tom Gibbs, do yourself a favor a drive the extra Drive to Jon Hall in Daytona.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I bought my used as is 2017 Honda Civic from Mr. Neil Austin almost a year ago. A few months back my AC died. With no warranty, and not enough money to get a new one, I was faced with a summer in FL with no AC until I reached out to Neil. So, with no warranty, and no money for repairs, I asked Neil if he had any suggestions. Neil said he would look into options and get back to me. That was late on a Friday. Monday morning Neil called and told me he did some research and found that Honda had posted there were some issues with the compressors on 2016, 2017 and 2018 Civics. Although Honda did not issue a formal recall, they extended the warranties on these car groups an additional 10 years. He said his team could take a look, but a Honda Dealer would ultimately have to look and determine if I did indeed qualify. Fast forward 3 days my car did qualify, and for the cost of driving to Daytona, I have a new compressor, and a nicely functioning AC!Bottom line: Neil, technically, had zero vested interest with me or the car after the sale. Except that he CHOOSES to with his customers. Spectacular service after the sale when not required?!? What a novel concept!!!Way to go Neil Austin and Tom Gibbs Chevrolet!Service: Air conditioning

EXCELLENT SERVICE from Ken! And the entire dealership! They went out of their way to provide a loaner vehicle for us when we took our car in for service. Then when we discovered we'd left paperwork for medical lab work in our car, Ken went above & beyond in faxing paperwork to the medical lab for us. This dealership really cares about their clientele. I have NEVER been so positively impressed by a service dept!!!

Best service I have had at a car dealership in years.Neil sells cars he is not a car salesman. Before you venture out of town to look at new or used vehicles you owe it to your self to stop by and see what they have to offer.

Where on earth does it take a hour to have a oil change? Not to mention I still fell some type away over my car being stolen from thier repair shop. I will go to jiffy lube. At least I am in and out with 20min It took so long that I forfeited the car wash and detail.

Robert Kauffman .Palm Coast Imports, a Gibbs sales office is the best. Please ask for him (Kauffy). 5th no nonsense purchase. Gibbs service is a very busy place. Lots of free oil changes. Great staff , easy, but call for appointment. See Taylor!!

These are good honest people and I highly recommend them, I saw them one of my cars and they did not try to take advantage of me and paid me a fair price for it, I'm sure my deceased wife would be appreciative that her car was not so for less than it was worth and it will go to a good home that will take care of it thank you very much and God bless you
