Very personable and knowledgeable. They worked within my budget to ensure that I had a full set of quality tires on my car. Extremely fast installation time. The tires were balanced perfectly. Absolutely no vibration. Also did a completely safety check for preventative maintenance needs. Very honest and did not try to over sell

I was traveling from St Augustine to West Palm Beach a 3 hour drive on a Sunday at 3pm. I called multiple companies to help that couldn t take us or help until we called Palm Coast Tire Plus. Jose was such a nice person over the phone and said he would get it done even though we were showing up right before they closed with no appointment. Bryan our technician was amazing and figured out a quick solution to patch my tire to get us home. We were very please with the customer service and friendly attitudes. Thanks again.

A very helpful shop that diagnosed our vehicle on a Sunday when they were short staffed and could have easily said no to our request. The service was quick and they explained to us what the problem was with full transparency which is obviously helpful when it comes to car repairs. We were given multiple options for how we wanted to move forward with our repairs. The shop has a clean restroom for those who are waiting for their cars back. They also had a TV and a phone charging station for multiple phones! Excellent experience overall and very helpful staff!

Tires plus palm coast went above and beyond. I was there for a simple oil and filter change with tire rotation. They brought me in the back and showed me a crack in my oil pan. Scott quickly got on the phone ordered the part for me and I was up and running in no time. I travel 1200 miles a month where anything could happen. Im thankful and blessed that the crew at tires plus found this issue.

I went in to Tire Plus in Palm Coast in August of 2023 and the staff was not overly nice or kind - which really isn't the biggest of deals at an auto parts store. However, they didn't honor the insurance on the tire that I had bought from another Tire Plus 3 hours away. I called the Tires Plus national headquarters and they labeled Palm Coast a "difficult shop." I ended up having to go to the Tires Plus in St. Augustine where they were very nice and honored the insurance. It took a few hours more of driving, but at least they were nice and got the tire replaced.

My reason for such great scoring is the kindness of all the team members and their knowledge. They were very fast and helpful informing me that i would need brakes soon . I am very greatful for the members at my tires plus location so very friendly. Customer for life!!!

There are not a lot of service providers that will do an oil change on an Alfa Romeo. Tire Plus would, and I was happy about that. I thought the cost was a bit excessive, but a lot less than the dealer. The service tech was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Apparently, resetting the service notices is a challenge. It took a long time, and I was not informed about the reasons for the delay - I had to ask. But, in the end, I would use Tire Plus again. They are convenient and less expensive than the dealership for a pretty standard service.

Always a great experience bringing my vehicle into Tires Plus for servicing. Pleasant and reliable customer service on every visit. Mostly I like the assurance I have with the work performed on my vehicle that it's been done correctly and professionally.

I did not have any extensive repair work done, just tires and the evening manager was kind to fit me in towards the end of the day having a dangerous tire condition. The technician perform the work quickly and the vehicle was tidy and clean after it was serviced.The cons for me were that the corporate management needs to look at the facility and replace the tiles and mold and have a concerted effort to keep everything wiped down and clean in the customer service area. In my training as a site inspector this reflects that the management does not respect facility and take ownership of it. It could have an effect on the employees morale when they have a place to work in to be proud of and that's clean for them as well.

Great place to get new tires or a new battery. I had a dead battery and needed a jump and drove home from a long trip, but as it turned out, these guys tested my battery and everything was fine. Saved be $250. I'll be going there for any other auto needs.

Called yesterday and got a quote on front brakes on my Lexus. Fast forward to this morning showed up and Jody and Chris my technician were all over it. Did my inspection no pressure no additional stuff. Jody made suggested maintenance but everything else was non emergency stuff . Jody shopped around got the parts needed and came in just under what was quoted !!! I have major trust issues when it comes to mechanics and such but I would take my car here again without a doubt. Thanks guys I tip my hat to you.

This is literally the slowest service I have ever seen. Went in for a scheduled appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I have witnessed multiple times where 3 or more employees were just standing there looking at my truck while no one is doing anything. 2 hrs to do a 30 mins job is unacceptable! I have no idea how they stay in business like this.

I can finally give this place a good review. Thank you Jose! I am a Firestone customer and Firestone always claims that Tires Plus is an affiliate and honors Firestone. After being in PC since 2008, this is the first time of many calls, that the person on the other end said YES we are affiliated. All the previous calls said no. Tonight, I really needed that YES. I will go there again to test the consistency. But now I don't have to go all the way to Port Orange, maybe.

I dropped off a used car for a maintenance check after being told "Sure, we can fit you in tomorrow". It was THREE DAYS before we heard from them & all the while the owner kept calling ME, like I had anything to do with the delay!Never. Again. I wouldn't go there for ANYTHING.They were very nice while I was there, so, I suppose they've learned to say whatever it takes to keep their hapless victims hanging around @@

Came in off I95 with a rapidly deflating punctured tire on a Saturday afternoon; getting close to closing time. Instead of focusing on getting the shop closed, they focused on taking care of the car. These guys got us back on the road with a new tire in little more than a hour, all while handling a busy day. Was impressed with the manager s juggling and people skills.Service: Tires

I have been a loyal customer to Tires Plus and Palm Coast for over 5 years. I moved to Daytona 2 years ago and I continue to make the 30 minute drive back to Palm Coast to deal with Michael and his crew. You guys are awesome they never try to overcharge me or treat me any different for being a female.
