I jad a great experience at Tire Outlet. Jesse did a great job of finding pair of pretty unique batteries for my RV and got them replaced at an extremely reasonable price. They ran into some minor problems and had to get new nuts for the batteries and had them delivered and the batteries replaced with a couple hours. Very nice job. I was around there for a couple hours and was impressed with how Jesse dealt with the other customers and his crew. He is a great manager.

I took my SUV to get new tires on it yesterday and they took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. My husband came ahead of time for a tire patch and we ended up ordering 4 new ones and got an alignment as well. Very good price on the tires, and also the service was excellent. I also used this location for an oil change as well in the recent past and also had a great experience.

What a great experience here today. Very friendly and professional employees. A brand new store that is still nice and clean. I went in for an oil change and was out within 30-45 minutes or so. Oh, and the price for full synthetic was on sale for $50!

My first time using Tire Outlet in Palm Coast, and I was impressed with their service . Had my cars rear axle brakes changed. Their price was 10% less than a competitor quote I received. I asked them to diagnose a noise I heard coming from my front axle area. They identified the problem and I opted to return another time to make that repair. The quote seemed fair. Many automotive business establishments use technology today to communicate vehicle status with customers but I found their inspection report presentation very simple yet effective, informative and easy to comprehend. I didn t feel like they were pushy, like some other places, about conducting other maintenance items due, that they identified with my car, which was appreciated! While I was waiting in their shop a previous customer came into the waiting area and explained that since he had some work done at that location, his car developed an unrelated minor issue. I was impressed how the manager (Jesse) was quick to assist him without challenge nor dispute, even though in my mind the unrelated problem probably had nothing to do with their shop. I thought to myself this is a place I can trust. Just a neat thing to observe when everyone wants to play the blame game nowadays. Just thought it was worth writing about because it seems hard to know who you can trust anymore. You want to know you are not spending you hard earned money unnecessarily. I will use them again.In case anyone is wondering, . I made this review voluntarily.

After several bad experiences, AT ANOTHER LOCATION, I had sworn off going back to tire outlet. However, when it came time for new tires, and an alignment, I knew I wouldn t find a better deal anywhere else. With that said, I decided to try a new location, and give tire outlet another shot. I could not be any happier with how this experience went. Jesse, the store manager, and his team made a lasting impression and I will definitely be back. From prompt and friendly service to excellent work, they ve definitely got a new customer for life!

Made an appointment to have the oil changed on my car. Arrived for appointment; a few computer clicks later and they are taking my car to the bay. Waited about 10 minutes and oil change was finished, along with complimentary tire rotation. Quick. Efficient. Will return for future service.

First time here; usually go to Valvoline, Firestone, names that are known to me and established. Tried this place; its closer and the price is right. Guess what - unless I discover something seriously amiss, this is where I go from now on. Staff is personable and knowledgeable, place is spic and span, in and out, materials are top quality, and service was careful but quick. People and place here deserves your trust - this will be my go-to place for auto service from now on.

jesse the manager was absolutely the best! he was super sweet and very accommodating. had me in an out in a hour with 4 brand new tires and an alignment on my vehicle that I asked about after my car was already done and they did it no hesitation! thank you so much for being so amazing! i will definitely be back and tell anyone i know looking for any work or tires for their vehicle!

This is a beautiful and immaculately clean shop. The crew wasted no time at all to address my problems and come with an agreeable solution. Prices are very reasonable and my car is back in working condition much quicker than I expected. They treated me as a person and not just a random customer.

I took my SUV to Tire Outlet for the first time today for an oil change. I called yesterday and scheduled an appointment, receiving courteous and professional service with the female attendant. I was greeted by the store manager today upon entering, experienced a smooth check-in and was texted upon completion letting me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I also received a detailed inspection report, ranking the items of need for service. We have three other vehicles scheduled for oil changes and one tire rotation. The location is new, clean, and as of today attentive to our needs. Keep doing a great job, Tire Outlet!

Wayne, the assistant manager was very professional and knowledgeable. Even with a packed waiting room I was in and out within a hour, for my oil change. Pricing was cheap for synthetic. Guys outside were very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would go back for my oil changes.

Continued having a low pressure sensor on one of my SUV tires so stopped by Tire Outlet without an appointment. They got me in for service within ten minutes and addressed the issue, which was a puncture due to a bolt I drove over. Saw they also do oil changes and was in need of one, again not scheduled and last minute, and they took me right in. I was done and out in under 45-minutes at a great price. All employees were courteous, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Went there to get my tires changed a few weeks ago, but forgot to leave a review. Jesse was very helpful and gave me a good deal on tires. He got to working in under 10 min. The service was fast, and he let me know in detail about problems I should look for in my car while he did an inspection. Will definitely be back just because of how professional he was.

I called up and they gave me a great price on 17 inch tires an alignment all together.A plus in my book. I was literally in and out they were quick . Highly recommend.

Very professional. I've worked in the automotive industry for awhile. I witnessed the service writer Jesse being 100% honest with a female customer. Which I know in many other shops they would have easily got over on her. They had me in and out with my oil change and rotation. I will definitely be going back.

Very professional and honest staff. I have insurance through Zurich for tire repair and it's usually a pain to deal with but Jesse was amazing and honest. He handled all of the leg work and communicated everything to me and was able to work around my work schedule to help get it replaced super fast. Will defiently be recommending this place to others!

They are very professional and couteous with excellent service and pricing. Jesse, the manager, is always nice and I ve never had to wait long, even without an appt! They have fair pricing, aren t pushy and let you know if something can wait a bit to be done.

Made an appointment online but was told I didn't have an appointment upon entering the store. They were able to take my vehicle right in for an alignment check and performed the service within an hour. Employees were pleasant to deal with and they do have a nice waiting area inside.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service!Also informed me of what to look out for. I took my 2009 6cyl Chevy 1500. It's our family's work truck.I would highly recommend this company based on my transaction with them for the first time.Again, I will be going back!

Stopped in for an oil change - they were able to accommodate me in a very reasonable timeframe - they were courteous and efficient - they happened to be running a special which was a big plus as well - very clean and professional - will definitely be back

I went into get a no wait oil change and I was met by Jesse at the counter and he took care of me right away. After about 20 minutes he came over to me and told me there was problem with my battery. Jesse told me that a picture of my battery was sent to me and there was a small hole in the battery it's self. He recommended I get it taken care of right away. He pointed out that I didn't want to get stranded because of the problem. Because of the picture of the problem it made me comfortable that I wasn't being scammed, which can happen in the automotive repair business. Thank you .

The customer service at Tire Outlet was A-1. The staff there went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle ensuring that I was safe. I was provided with extra savings in order to be able to purchase tires at an affordable price, otherwise I would ve driven around for another week or so unsafely. Thanks guys for being so amazingly understanding.

The manager Jesse is a great guy who is very knowledgeable and ready to help. The young man who works for him, Hayden, is a throwback to when young men were not opposed to the word "WORK." Must say I continue to be impressed with his work ethic. Though I think the secret to his energy is hashbrowns. You should stop by McDonalds and treat him with these at your arrival.

Great friendly service, these kind folks gave my car a full inspection & brake/tie rod service. They are respectful, straight to the point people that will help you figure out what's going on with your car, I highly recommend checking them out.

If you haven't stopped in at the new Tire Outlet on Old Kings and Hwy 100, you should. They are a full service garage, not just tires. I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation in no time. Very efficient.
