I noticed I had low tire pressure this morning, and when I went to put air in them, I discovered a large screw in my rear tire probably from the construction site a few doors down from me. I drove to Tire Kingdom, and they had my tire fixed up within 30 minutes. Thanks so much. Will definitely recommend!

This is the ONLY place we trust for Tires/Service!Excellent service, affordable and in/out quicklywith no hidden charges. My husband had somethinghanging off the bottom of the car and they put itright up on the lift and fixed it in 5 minutes for FREE!!!BEST OF THE BEST!!! : )

I had the most amazing and wonderful experience at Tire Kingdom today! The rental car I was driving indicated that one of the rear tires needed air. After trying to fill it with air myself at the nearest gas station, I quickly realized that the tire was still losing air. Since I wasn t familiar with the area, I went looking for somewhere I could get help. I just happened to come upon Tire Kingdom. I pulled into their lot and was immediately greeted by Vincent, the Assistant Manager. I explained my situation and pleaded for help. He couldn t have been any nicer and assured me that everything would be okay. After examining the tire, a small nail was found in it and to my huge relief, it was repairable! While I waited, Jean, the Service Manager, came to me to lend a compassionate ear. He was so kind and caring; our exchange was wonderful. I truly believe that God was looking out for me because I couldn t have found a better place to have my tire serviced. I was blessed to have found Tire Kingdom!

I rate this tire kingdom 5 stars Jean & Marina were so helpful . I only had so much to spend due to another issue bill on my car and they made a way for me to get my tires done this month has been rough. Thankyou so much honestly I believe god works in mysterious ways! I appreciate your generosity!

Horrible experience. The new manager was combative and bullying. He was dictating to me what I should do in regard to car repairs. It's unfortunate bc I've been a customer since 1995. I felt so threatened at one point I was unsure if they were going to drop my car down. I was only in for a rotate and balance. Some lugs were loose and a stem was broken. For all I know they broke it. What a nightmare. Women beware. They think we are all clueless.

I have been using Tire Kingdom for over 10 years. The customer service has always been good but most recently my experience with Joe, the new manager was amazing. I could tell he really cares about customer satisfaction and if his team is as good a worker as he is a manager this place will continue to thrive. I ll see you soon for two new tires!!!

Awesome customer service! I had just installed new tires recently and noticed a slow leak on one of them. I arrived without an appointment and the team here took care of me immediately without hesitation. They ended up finding a screw in the tire and had it repaired and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I'm definitely revisiting this location and would highly recommend them!!!

Great customer service! Had a nail in my tire this morning. Been coming to tire kingdom for years, so immediately drove to tire kingdom on palm coast parkway. Pulled in was immediately greeted and they immediately assessed the issue and came up with a solution right away. Vincent ( assistant store manager) was great to work with. He was upbeat, reliable and professional. This is why I love tire kingdom and will continue coming here for many more years!

I came to Tire Kingdom for a flat tire and they provided excellent customer and mechanical services. They were very efficient with my car and very patient in explaining any questions I had (not to mention great prices)! I will definitely be recommending Tire Kingdom to my friends and family.

This place is amazing! I noticed that my pressure light came on at 7:30! I pulled up to Tire Kingdom at 7:40 and by 7:42 Peter and Joe got me in and took care of my tire right away! They us back on the road in no time!

From the moment I called to check for available time for tire leak detection, Jean was so helpful and friendly. Checking in with Vincent went smoothly. They detected my tire leak, fixed it and had me out of there in no time! Excellent customer service!

The staff here at Tire Kingdom on Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast , Florida were able to find the nail in my tire and fix the problem in very quick order. They were very professional and efficient. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of us this morning.

I was broke down with 2 bad tires on a Sunday evening with my family of 7 driving back to North Carolina, with every tire place in the area closed or not picking up the phone. I was able to connect with Jean on the phone and him and his crew personally took care of us and made sure we made it back safe.

First, I would like to thank Assistant Manager, Vincent B for accepting my tire repair, last minute, on a Saturday. He kept me notified of the repair status and Robert was kind enough to wait for our arrival to pick up the tire. Vincent B clearly explained all the options and prices available. They were kind enough to wait for us to pick up the tire, even though we mistakenly thought they closed an hour later. I am very happy with there service and attentive personnel. I would recommend them highly.

I had the best experience today at Tire Kingdom! Anyone else a woman and feel kinda out of place when they go to car places? Today my experience at Tire Kingdom in Palm Coast FL made me look at servicing my vehicle as less of a necessary evil thanks to my wonderful sales manager Jean Alexis. I had to come in for a flat tire and he ensured it was patched and fixed me all up! Thank you Jean for treating me so well and fixing my car issue.

Awesome Service! I ve used Tire Kingdom on 3 separate occasions. Once to get a couple of new tires, once for an oil change, and most recently to get a tire with a slow leak repaired. Each time the service was excellent. Prices are fair and cheaper than buying from a dealership. Work was done correctly and efficiently. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. This Tire Kingdom location is my go to place from now on. Give them a try! You won t regret it! Robert and Gene are the best and will take good care of you!

Very impressed with this store. Been coming here several years. Consistently good experience. When you ask what business are you guys in, he replies, "customer service! And we happen to sell tires, etc, and service your vehicle". These days, that's a breath of fresh air! Happy you guys are there.

Great staff at this location! Everyone was extremely friendly & informative of all services both being done and/or that may need to be done on my vehicle. Came in for a tire rotation & the service was not just extremely quick, was also free of charge! Very grateful for the Tire Kingdom staff here!

Tire kingdom customer service was Amazing! Right as I came in Natalie was so welcoming and efficient, even when I was waiting she made sure to let me know what s going on and made conversation with everyone. Her and Jean even made sure I knew what I was paying for and gave me a good price. Jean was also very friendly gave me a good deal and helped make sure my car was in good working shape. Also the workers there were getting things done making sure the customers were happy, Thomas was zooming around keeping busy and working hard, should promote the guy lol. All around 10/10 experience with tire kingdom and will definitely be back

Started my day with a nail in my tire. Due to the wear on the tires, patching wasn't an option and Tire Kingdom not only took me on short notice without an appointment scheduled ahead of time, but they gave me a competitive price for my tires and were super pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!

This shop was recommended to us, so we decided to give it a try! Definitely didn t disappoint. Better than the experience(s) we had from Dodge themselves. They are very knowledgeable and don t try to screw you over! Definitely recommend this shop to anybody!

They have a customer for life now. We came I for Bike week and had trouble with our brakes. They fixed the rear brakes and we still had problems with a faulty rear brake valve we just had put in back home in Mi. They knew we had to have it fixed to drive back to Mi and got us in a timely matter and fixed it. No more problems on the ride home. They went above and beyond and all the people working there like Joe, Vincent and a few others who helped us whose name we can't recall. Thankn you all for the help!!! You guys are all great and very professional and went above and beyond!!!

I give Tire Kingdom, Palm Coast 5 stars. Vincent, Anthony, Gene, and team went above and beyond for me to get me back on the road and during an extremely busy Saturday. I will be going back to have my shocks replaced on my Toyota Tacoma soon. They are professional, efficient, honest, good people. Highly recommend.

Had my oil change done today! They were great! Very reasonable price for my 2019 Nissan Rogue! Get with Vincent ,very nice and honest! I highly recommend them!
