Best quick oil change service I have ever received.1. Gave me water while I waited2. Cleaned my windshield3. Didn t haggle with me about air filter - it was relatively clean and I decided to wait and check next time.4. I have a v6 - plan on $10 more for extra quart if u have v6 or higher5. Yes, I was first in line but oil change only took 14 minsHighly recommend

My daughter went in.Service wasn t bad,. They had a line and offered water to those waiting.However, we were told $49+ for oil change and had a $25 off. Was charged $86.99 and talked her into an air filter that was clean and recently replaced for an additional $32.99 and 4.99 for a service fee. After discount, $110.Seemed much higher than needed and I feel like my daughter was taken advantage off, because she didn t know better.If you go here, know the cost is higher and know if you really need additional parts.

I used to be a regular at Take 5. I will not be coming back at all. I showed up and when greeted was given a negative remark why did you pull up to this bay. I was then told to reverse and wait for one to clear . 30 seconds later tells me to pull back into the one I was already at ..Second part gets better. I pulled into the bay to get my oil change. When they were pulling the oil gun to start refilling my oil, it was not in my engine yet and oil splattered ALL OVER MY ENGINE, MY CAR HOOD, and WIPERS . At this point, I am not amused there could be potential hazards to the vehicle and felt this was not handle accordingly. I am furious that Eric the manager or the service writer had to step in. I have a 2022 vehicle I plan on keeping and well let s just say Take 5 lost business. I appreciate what Eric tried to do. Not impressed with how it was all handled.Please do not do business here, It has been about six months since we have been here and this time will be my last here. We got a synthetic oil change and were recommended an oil change in 3000 miles. This business just was really shady at this point and know my vehicle is recommended every 10,000 miles (we do 5,000 miles).Photos show the oil residue not fully cleaned and just very fed up.

Our first experience wasn t the best at this location, but we thought we would give this business another try. Daniel changed our minds and provided wonderful service! He was polite and very informative. He made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back for our future oil changes! Thank you Daniel for awesome experience!

Employees there were unprofessional. One employee was making fun of another employee in a bully way. Didn't really make you feel like they appreciated your business. It was however pretty quick service for a drive up with no appointment

I go here every time I get my oil changed. It s so much faster and easier than any other place ive been. Usually you have to sit around for a while. Let some random person drive your car (potentially steal from you) and the whole process takes way too long. At this place it seems like I m there maybe 15 minutes. I never leave my car. Everyone is nice. They offer you water on hot days. Highly recommended.

1/11/23 Adonis was amazing, they we re having technical issues so it was taking longer than normal, He was more than apologetic about the long wait. I didn t have any place to be so I didn t mind the wait. The oil change maybe took 30 min tops and he did a coolant exchange as well, for the long wait he gave me a discount and I left more than happy knowing he answers all my questions and topped off the air in my tires 10/10 recommend Adonis

I was at the Take 5 on Palm Coast Pkwy in Palm Coast Florida, the manager Eric was very professional and courteous, his attention to every detail of my visit was refreshing and gave me a sence of security knowing that my car was in the hands of a professional. Eric is a valuable asset to your company. His friendliness and professional attitude was a pleasure to deal with.

Steven and Andronik were extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They performed an Oil Change, Engine Air Intake Filter change, Cabin A/C filter change, Wiper Blade replacement, and a Coolant Flush. They even informed me that my right Shock Strut had a crack in it. My car hasn t ran this good since I bought it. These two young men should be running the joint. At the very least they both deserve a pay raise.

I had a very pleasant experience. While I was waiting they offered me a bottle of water and I didn t wait more then 5-10 minutes. Once I was inside, they did everything quickly and checked all my tires for me. They even fixed something on my car that I didn t even know was broken, free of charge.

Went in here for the first time, was impressed with the service. Andronik was very polite and efficient, was in and out of there quickly. The veteran s discount here is second to none. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Take 5 is awesome!! The parking lot is a bit small but that s a problem at many businesses around here.They are efficient, nice and good at what they do. I have had multiple oil changes and my radiator flushed.My issue has nothing to do with Take 5. I use Car Advise as it s offered through my job. So I use the Car Advise app to pay and I get discounts. You select your service and you re not charged till service is done. Take 5 does something on their end and Car Advise sends me a text, with a link, to to approve services. The total I got from Car Advise was about $25 less than my receipt from Take 5. My bank account shows I was charged the car advise price. So it s a bit confusing.But again, this is not Take 5 s issue at all. They are awesome. Too many 3rd party apps these businesses have to deal with but when i earn it through my work, I will use it to save. I 100% recommendTake 5 for vehicle services.Service: Oil change

from the time I pull up and am greeted and given a bottle of water I feel comfortable. the people who work there knows their business and always have a smile. it's such a good experience that I've been going there since I first saw it. at first I was concerned the people were so young but they sure are smart about all carsI got more sure when my granddaughter graduates high school this May and started a diesel mechanic internship. she had already gotten cars under her belt working on her car and truck and in a race car shop for her driver who saw her potential and took her under his wing until she turned 18 and could be in shop crew. kids are born smarter these days and will work happily at whatever they like.

These guys are great! I can go in for just a fluid topping before a trip in between oil changes, and they never blink an eye, and they re always professional and pleasant! Will continue to use their services as long as I drive!

7:30 am on a Saturday morning. Only two guys working. Waiting for an hour and the guys act like they don t know what they are doing once and moving like they got all day and having casual conversation. Still sitting for another 30 minutes in the bay before they even open the hood! Took almost two hours for 4 cars to get oil changed. Service is not fast at all!!

This Take Five Oil Change now uses a vacuum extractor to pull oil out of your engine through the dip stick instead of draining it from the bottom though the oil pan drain plug - bad idea. About a week after my oil change, I noticed oil on my driveway - never before. I checked the oil level and see its at least one, maybe 1.5 quarts overfilled. The technician told me during the oil change they only fill the exact same amount as they take out. Apparently he got it wrong. I fixed it myself. I'd never go back.

Been coming here the last few oild change with my car and daughter's . Eric the manager and crew always very friendly. They told me me wipers on the left seemed loose >. They checked it out seemed like the hinge on the left wiper was broken, Then he stated that they were stil under warratny I had not remembered that I got them changed there last time I went for a oil change. What a pleaseant surprisethey seem to be full always butthey are very efficient in getting the lines moving total wait time 3 cars ahead of me and oil change was about 35 minutes prettty good considering that I have waited an1 hour Plus at the dealership and other quick oil changesKeep up the Good work guys!!!!!

Palm Coast Take 5 are the best- polite, efficient and professional. They helped me after a Jacksonville branch messed up on my oil change - forgetting to clean the oil plate. They went out of their way to check and clean it correctly and assure all was well! THANKS!

Realistically if you are looking for a 5 min oil change, this is not your place. This is a take 45 or more thing. Guys are super nice but the service is just dreadfully slow.

This has always been my go-to oil change place and that hasn't changed. They're always quick and courteous, and they check and double check themselves announcing loudly each and every step that they're doing which is good to see. Communication, especially in a mechanical environment, is paramount to safety and it did this vet's heart proud to see it.

Never went under my truck, said, "they can do everything from up top", not sure how when drain plug is on the bottom, also had to ask did you change the oil filter since everything was done up top. They said yes, but I don't know. Had no clue what a K&N air filter was, they were about to throw it away. Then charged me 104.00 for oil change which seems crazy high b/c at the dealership its 79.00!!! I gave them a coupon for 7 bucks got home and saw on my bank account they never gave me the coupon!!!Will NEVER be back nor will I recommend. Kangaroo establishment

The technician went above and beyond to replace our cabin filter. We had been previously told it was too time consuming for Take 5 to do, I was so glad he was able to do it for us!! Great job!

I have a skid plate on the front of my truck and there's a bolt missing from the oil change the last time I went.update:Took it back, they went out of their way on the next oil.
