Should have just gone to the place across the street called Take 5 , would have been faster and cheaper.Nothing quick about this quick lane . Waited over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change. I made an appointment and got there 10 minutes early. Everyone in the waiting room was there for a while.For context, oil changes appointments are scheduled for 1 hour here.They seem to not have normal fluids on hand in their quick lane , and I keep seeing them walk across the parking lot to fill plastic oil jugs.Also, don t count on them checking your tire pressures like every they do at other oil change place.**Update: They ve started sending me spam mail after I got my oil change there.

Last time came for oil change...since we bought a truck in 2019.said so busy during Christmas. Went and paid for oil changes till now tried today had 12 pm appointment my wife drove off after 1pm said it was going to be awhile.. we have lives good gimmick by a vehicle for a oil change...

Don't let the name fool you like it did me. This is not a Quick Lane where you can drive up for an oil change. You need to make an appointment for service. Probably time to change to name to something more appropriate.

I have purchased 2 cars here and got my folks to get their car there. The service lane and support personnel are fantastic. The online/text sales team is my only concern. They are doing their job however don't contact me every time I bring my car in.

It was just an oil change and a tire rotation but it was done quickly and easily. The process to pick up and drop off is very easy with no lines. They call me to ask about additional services they recommend and email me to let me know it was ready for pickup. They bring the vehicle up front when picking up. I have had no issues with this dealer and I believe they do everything they can to make it easy.

They were very nice didn't need an appointment but i went there because my tire light came on so i took it in with in 5to10 min he bought it back said the right one need air the rest was fine but needed a little air. The people at Ford and Ford are very nice people they treat you like family. Thank You

Jon Hart is very informative, professional and honest. He does not push you into completing all the jobs if you do not have all the time to wait. Mr. Clymer always welcomes his guests like family. The service is quick and the repair work is always on point. I cannot say enough good comments about the entire company. Thank you everyone for your dedicated work and making me feel like family!

They were very knowledgeable and professional, I had at least three employees check on me to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything while I waited. I had a nitrogen Fill on my tires, no one does that in Palm Coast except for Palm Coast Ford and for a fraction of what I was quoted if I drove 2 hours out of my way.

Didn't clean the truck and they are more expensive for oil changes and fuel filter changes than any other ford dealership I've been to

This is not a quick oil change facility, and should just be named Ford Service Department. With an appointment, an oil change and wheel rotation required 1:40 (one hour 40 minutes) from check in to cashier. My biggest reason for the rating is they did not honor the synthetic oil blend portion of the $39.95 service package. My Ford Fusion hybrid calls for 0W-20 synthetic blend oil, but they wanted an extra $13.00 for it. Of coarse this was after it's been drained! I chose the alternate 5W-20 synthetic blend for no extra charge. Their offer lists no limitations on oil weights. If you were to buy 5 quarts of each type retail, there's only about $1.50 difference! Two stars for washing the car.

The help I received was excellent I believe his name is Kevin I guess is the service manager on the service drive. He went out of his way to help me and solve my problem. Is nice to see good workers out there

Lifetime oil changes are great. In and out very quickly today. Just be sure you make an appointment online.

Should be called slow, slower or slowest oil change Lane or better yet Apathy Lane Service... tried getting an oil change, waited 15 minutes in line but service tech ignored me. SERVICE stinks.

30 min 6 calls no answer. Once a lady answered, quoted me less then $100 for dsl or change then called back and said she miss quoted me. Would not honor quote.

Manny went above & beyond when my tire burst driving home on I95 ... he called multiple different tire dealers to find a fit for my car so I could get back on the road ASAP.
