Staff is on point anytime I've had an issue. They've corrected it but they are minor things like technician forgetting to put sticker in window for when next oil changes due.They will either drive you home pick you up or even better when your vehicle is done they will drop it off to you.

Brought my 23 Bronco Badlands in for an alignment after installing Wildtrak HOSS 3.0 shocks. I paid for this service yet they would not adjust the out of spec camber because the service dept and tech said that it's not adjustable on this vehicle. It actually is by adjusting the concentrics on the lower control arms. I recommend everyone to go somewhere else for your alignment. I paid full price for a tech to do 1/2 the job.

Not a fan!,Sent mobile service out to look at a ford recall. Told me they do repairs upto three hours, and then said this is an easy fix. Just change a couple hoses. But we cant do it! Have to take it somewhere else. Palm Coast Ford is a Joke!! Never sent me any follow up, just thought i would go away!NOT HAPPENING CALLING FORD.

My car's battery had a bad cell and I needed a new battery. I stopped in to buy one, but to get the full warranty they had to do he installation. Mahoney was awesome and got me in at 5pm with no available time slots for that day. She put the battery in right there in the drop off lane and had me on my way in about 15 min. I am truly grateful for getting me in and out like that. Great service all around.Service: Auto battery replacement

Don my tech knows his stuff when it comes to performance vehicles.He s the only one I take my 19 Roush Nitemare F150 and 13 supercharged Boss 302 to for service.

When I purchased my vehicle, certain extras were offered, none of which we ever available when needed. My last purchase of 4 new tires also cam with free tire rotation for the life of the tires. Now every time I go in to get my free lifetime oil change and tire rotation, I get a hard time about the tire rotation. I'm told that is no longer offered regardless of what I bought prior. After a hassle, they do the rotation.Since my purchase of my Edge, the entire service staff has changed and not for the better. Palm Coast Ford used to be interested in customer satisfaction, now they are interested in cash register satisfaction, ohhh the customer pays for the cash register, not for long if the quality of service remains as bad as it is. I can go anywhere and get treated poorly!!Service: Auto maintenance
