A huge THANK YOU to Nikko Chavez our service advisor, who had our back the whole way. He negotiated our service with our warranty company and got our repairs taken care of in a friendly but professional manner.Dave, Josh and all the other service staff were great! Our car goes, stops and drives like a dream, thanks to the awesome mechanics and wonderful service department at Palm Coast Ford. A special thanks to Kevin our shuttle driver. Purchasing my new vehicle from Palm Coast Ford was the best experience I have had. After researching, I came across the Expedition that had all the amenities that I was looking for online. The vehicle was in transit and not even in stock at the time. I notified the dealership that I was interested and wanted to purchase that model. They notified as soon as it arrived on the truck. Less than 24 hours later, my new 2024 Expedition was delivered to me. It was better than I ever imagined. Quick and painless! Thank you Palm Coast Ford!

Exceptional service from Shawn Jeffries, and Chris the sales Manager they were a pleasure to work with, actually every single employee we spoke with was awesome from financing to warranty. I was impressed. A few weeks before I purchased I went into service for a tire problem and they were amazing as well! We found a great deal on a "like new" Ford Escape at Palm Coast Ford, while on vacation. Chris Dunn (Sales), Kyle Hash (Finance) and Paul Summa (Management) all did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. We live in Maryland, the staff handled the out of state paperwork efficiently and accurately. I would highly recommend this dealership.

(1 star)I am writing this review to raise awareness about a concerning experience I recently had with Palm Coast Ford. I received a promotional flyer in the mail claiming a chance to win $25,000 cash if I matched six cash bag symbols. Miraculously, I matched them! Excited, I called the number provided, and a lady confirmed my win and instructed me to visit the dealership to collect my check.Eager and hopeful, I drove to the dealership where I met a gentleman sells rep. My excitement, however, soon turned into profound disappointment. Rather than the promised $25,000, I was guided to participate in another game where I won $500. Then, I was asked to draw a dollar bill from a box, which read $88. Here s the catch it was only valid if it was written in blue marker, which mine was not.So, my grand prize of $25,000 had dwindled down to just a single dollar.Seeking clarification, I called back the lady who originally informed me I had won. Her response was less than helpful. She said she would contact the manager and owner about the issue, and then, without another word, she promptly hung up on me.This review serves as a strong warning to anyone who receives these flyers please don t fall for this deceptive promotion. It s not as advertised, and it s left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I strongly discourage anyone from engaging with such misleading tactics from Palm Coast Ford.If you have had a similar experience, I urge you to share your story and report such deceptive marketing tactics to the proper authorities.With this review, you re not only expressing your personal experience, but also helping to inform and protect others from similar instances.Adding insult, not only was my time wasted on a fruitless endeavor, but the dealership didn t even take the opportunity to engage with me about purchasing a new car or trading in my existing one. This displays not only deceptive promotional tactics, but also a surprising lack of effective salesmanship.

Not only did I get a vehicle that I love, but I met some wonderful people and was welcomed into the Ford family!

I recently had an issue with my '04 Mustang that required me to take it into the ford dealer and have a clutch kit put in. I didn't have an appointment until I called the service department to let them know what I was up against (having no other real transportation). They told me to go ahead and get it here and they'd get me in to see what was needed. I had AAA tow the car to them and they had a tech check it out the same day. The bad news was that it needed some work, but they said they'd get to it asap...`They put in several parts and called me to let me know it was done. When I went to pick it up, I noticed there was a 'service engine" light on in the dash, (this wasn't there prior), they immediately took it back to the rack and ran a check. Upon realizing that I had an O2 sensor issue, they offered to fix it right away. As it turned out, there were 2 sensors out! They replaced both sensors and did a final check to make sure it was right,, this was done at no charge!! A short time later I had some strange noise I couldn't pinpoint and made an appointment to have them make sure nothing was wrong. I brought the car in the day before my appointment to drop it off..and they had 2 technicians test drive it to see if they could figure it out. They said it's probably nothing detrimental, but they wanted to get it back in the rack a check it, just to be sure. They ended up taking it in that day as opposed to the next morning when I had made the appointment. They did a multi-point inspection and found only minor issues that didn't need to be immediately addressed. They also provided this service free of charge!!!I was hesitant to take my car to a dealer due to the horror stories I've heard over the years, but I can say with absolute confidence, that as long as I have this vehicle, they will be my first choice for issues I cannot solve myself.Very well done!

I bought my explorer back in july and have had a great experience with Palm coast ford so far. I have used their pick up service to have service done on my vehicle and it was a huge help to my busy schedule. They followed up with me and even send me reminders about upcoming service/maintenance due as well as oil changes. This is my third explorer and was by far the easiest dealership I have done business with. Def recommend 10/10. :)

I will not be using Palm Coast FORD is not a good place to buy tires. We always have our cars serviced at the dealership. We bought a tire at Ford; for the right front, then the very next day our left back tire some how developed a bump. This tire had less than 3,000 miles; so it's under warranty, right; well yes, but because they say they offered an alignment in the past, and because we declined; now they will not replace the tire. This lady gave about ten different excuses on why they don't have to honor Ford's warranty's.Palm Coast Ford is SHADY SHADY SHADY.

stellasuibI had a great experience here. Brian Tuma was so patient with us as I tried to find my perfect car. He answered all our questions (and there were a lot of them), and helped me narrow down my priorities. He and Paul were great helping me navigating the car buying experience. And, they were so nice welcoming my dog who is always by my side! Dealing with car buying can be a very stressful experience for me, but I never felt pressured or rushed. I got the impression they really cared that I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Brian and Paul, for a great experience. I love my new Bronco Sport.

Spending month in Palm Coast, Florida and had an issue with my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus air conditioning blower. Had no Lincoln dealers in the area so I decided to check with this Ford dealership. The service representative told me to bring it in and let them check it out. The service center was very busy and I was told they would get to it either by the afternoon or no later than the next morning. Did not hear back the day I brought it in. The following mid morning I phoned to check on the progress of the diagnoses. They had not gotten to it and the service rep from the day before was off. The new service rep was very respectful and understood I needed my vehicle. I told him the rep from the day before had promised that by the latest they would have started determining what was the problem.I had to make more than a few calls to keep the service department on track. They finally determined what was going on with the AC system. If I had not made so many calls I would have given them five stars. Everyone I talked with was very pleasant and professional.

Palm Coast Ford Service Advisors up sell their services when it's seldom necessary. Typically, my car's care is maintained at the car dealer's service center. The "at fault" vehicle owner's auto claims adjuster was shared the car service history by Ford's Service Advisor, Melissa. She openly shared personal unrelated service records with "opposing" insurance claims adjuster. Paid out of pocket for alignment & Goodyear tire replacement. She said car was up on rack and only new tire needed. Drove home with low air pressure sensor. Returned to Ford Service Center for air inflated. Technician showed picture of uneven tread and tire bubble. She refused to honor my tires warranty and the Goodyear tires have tread issues that should be covered by the tire warranty with less than 6 months owned and less than 3,000 miles driven and also has manufactures defect. A call for service manager to discuss car issue has no reply. It seems a true corrupt business practice. Palm Coast Ford will never receive my business again.

Outstanding service experience yesterday. Palm Coast Ford called us to let us know there were 2 minor recalls for our new truck. They scheduled a mobile service appt to come out to our house. :-) The tech arrived right on time - provided an estimate for how long it would take and encouraged us to ask any questions. He was very nice and finished right on time. What a great experience- it could not have been easier for us. We also appreciate Palm Coast Ford for proactively reaching out to us about the recalls to get them handled quickly.

This was my third time buying a Bronco Sport from Palm Coast Ford. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and John Da Silva, the Sales Consultant was excellent, he listened and found what I was looking for. He was trustworthy, very efficient, and he is one of the best Sales Consultant I've worked with. I highly recommend John Da Silva and Palm Coast Ford.

Well I took my Edge for six months maintenance and they checked out everything else and all is fine. I was interested in trading in to do a lease since we don t put many miles on the Edge but I was shocked to see that they didn t care. All they wanted was 10gs to do a lease. I will not go back for any deals I will not take this after being a four time customer!!

I went in for an alignment for my 23 Bronco and asked for the alignment sheet while I was paying the bill. I noticed the left front camber was out of limits and asked why it wasn't adjusted. They went and talked to the tech and came back and said it was not adjustable on my vehicle as it didn't have adjustable upper control arms. I told them that adjustment is made on the lower control arm (which it is) and is, in fact, adjustable. I argued the fact but was getting nowhere, so I paid the bill and left without causing a scene. Palm Coast Ford, feel free to contact me to make this right.

We took the car in today for an oil change. The car was perfectly fine. They called, saying that the oil pan plug thread would not hold, and we had to replace the pan. We did the last oil change there! They broke it and were not willing to even waive the labor.UPDATE: The car won't even turn on after I've towed from the dealership!

I went to this dealership because the service department is excellent. I had X plan pricing that they said they followed proper protocol but I was never shown the dealer invoice. The information I received regarding the X plan explains the process. They all insisted they followed the proper protocol however, that was not the case. The salesperson selected my policy on my phone s insurance app. He asked if I had the app on my phone and I handed it to him thinking he wanted the policy number. He selected my premiums added my new car heading to my phone and told me that he saved me seven dollars. When I spoke with the sales manager he stated they do that sometimes to help people out who are proficient on their phones. I don t know if he was rushing since it was the end of the day or he didn t want me to get GAP through insurance. I was offered full buy back from the sales manager for my KIA purchased at the sister dealer, that was not honored. it was a little over 2 months ago he said this. Finance rushed me through paperwork. His wife called twice and he answered on the second call and said he would be leaving shortly. He made a comment like let s pretend I went over this with you . The next day, I did not feel good about my experience, noticed gap was on my contract, payment was off and the trade-in amount was different than number agreed on. I called and spoke with Larry, two days later, Chris S. called and told me he was going to pull the cameras and review. The next day, I called back and he said the video was pulled but there was no sound. He said they were working on that. A couple days later I called the GM and that conversation was a waste of my time. I was made to feel like I was being a pain and none of my concerns are justified. The worst part is the three of them never offered to walk me through the finance part and explain things to me after I told them the whole process was rushed and there were discrepancies in the contract. I do not feel they were forthcoming and honest. Shawn was helpful with keeping in contact with me regarding the check from my trade-in the dealer owes me. He told me he would check the status everyday and let me know when I can pick it up.Response to your reply.Dear Palm Coast Ford owner,Thank you for your response. Wife broke down on her way to Georgia from West Palm Beach. Engine light came on so she exited interstate Palm Coast area of Florida (approx 300 mil). Found Palm Coast Ford. Service writers were very helpful and caring about her situation. After seeing vehicle still had a Certified Blue (Ford) warranty they attempted to diagnose immediately. They got a replacement vehicle and had her leave her car for further testing. They had vehicle 10 days or so and could not determine for sure why engine light came on. Wife exchanged vehicles and she continued her journey. Once again service personnel were excellent and professional while also being compassionate to her situation. Would have been nice if they were able to fix the problem.Diagnostically i rate them at a 4, CS wise I give them a 6.

I travel back and forth to Wyoming for work so it's nice to know of all the Ford dealerships I deal with for my trucks Palm Coast Ford never let's me down. Especially now with their Quick Lane open I never wait long for my oil change. The entire front desk there are great, the sales department who've I purchased over 7 vehicles in over 15yrs with have all given me the prices and trade in values.Reggie was the best salesman I've worked with , Paul who I have known for years is the main reason I keep coming back. When you see management and team members work in an established for a long time it shows me not just work ethic but their commitment for customer service.PC Ford will always be my choice for my families vehicles even when I live out of state its worth the drive back to PC so I know I'll always have the same great work.
