I just took my car to palm coast auto for the first time. Several people had recommended that I take it there. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. I was thrilled with the job that they did. My car is now safe to drive. I will absolutely be bringing my car to them for all of my future needs! And I will eagerly recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs a car repair.

I have been a customer of Palm Coast Auto repair for ten years. They are always friendly and honest. When I have a problem with my vehicle I always know and trust that they can find and solve it for me. This family run business has helped me to keep my 22 year old Lincoln on the road and make sure that what ever repairs are neede for me to be safe are completed while I wait the friendly cat named CAT is a very calming member of the family..Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

My grand daughter had work done on her Mazda. She questioned why was it more than quoted. What wasn't covered by CarMax? My wife called and the lady who answered the phone started ranting. She just asked what wasn't covered. The young lady was going on and on; my wife said honey: relax, I just want to know what wasn't covered. The lady's response was don't honey me. Bad day? We called back for the manager. The managers response was just pay the damn bill. You charged my grand daughter over 200.00 more and can't respond?Extremely poor customer service Extremely poor. Why was the bill 200.00 more? CarMax was the company who advised us to call and question the extra charge. Price gouging!!!!

I took my car into the repair shop because my A/C was not working. Originally it was going to cost $875, which I agree to. When I picked up the car they were extremely honest and told me that it did not need as many hoses as they originally thought and only charged be $400. If that wasn t enough, I could not believe that they cleaned the in side of my car as well. Best auto repair experience I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

I can not speak highly enough of this repair shop or the people who work there. I have been taking my SUV to them for the past 5-years and be it a service or repair have always been extremely happy with their work and friendly attitude. Last time, just a few short weeks ago I had to leave my SUV overnight. Since it is my only transportation, Mary the accounted offered to drop me off at home since she lived close. And the next morning David, Ken the owners son picked me up. I would have taken a taxi, but wouldn't you know it when you need one none were available. I would also like to recognized another friendly face there Sabrina. Try them, you'll be very happy!

Palm Coast Auto Repair was quick and efficient. They serviced my car right away with Mobil One synthetic oil and checked all the maintenance points in about 45 minutes. The pricing was average and they went over everything they did and didn t do and why. I drove away feeling good about my experience.

Called to get explanation for additional 200.00 charge. I asked to explain what was not covered. I was told to just pay the damn bill by the manager.EXTREMELY RUDE CHARGED MORE THAN QUOTE ... LORD! BAD TEMPERS!!!

This repair shop checks all the boxes.Had a 9:00 appointment and mechanic pulled it into service bay at 9:05.Repair was made as I waited.David is very good at his job and kept me advised.This is my 5 or 6th appointment and I can tell you that they always come through for me.Thanks PCAR!

We don t do outside parts was the response when I asked if I could bring a set of UCA s in for ball joint replacement. Mind you, they re Uni ball joints you don t buy at Napa, they re specific to the UCA. Glad business is that good

My son's car was towed to Palm Coast Auto. After checking it over it did not look like it could be repaired but a top-notch mechanic looked at it performed what we thought could never be done and got my son's car running again. They truly did what I thought was going to be impossible. These are good people and are top notch in their field.Service: Engine repair

There are angels working at this business!! I was on the way to the airport with my two kids this morning, and all of a sudden I had something hanging and scraping underneath of my vehicle on I-95. Very scary. Palm Coast Auto Repair was the closest place and was actually open for business that early in the morning. When I explained I was on my way to catch a flight and was having some sort of vehicle emergencg, the lady at the front desk asked one of the technicians to put my car up on the lift, and within 5 minutes they had removed the piece of metal that was ripped and dragging under my car, and I was on my way very very quickly, and they wouldn't take a penny from me. I am extremely grateful to them for saving our day today. These are good folks and the kind of small business you should support!

I arrived a little early for my 9:00 am appointment, they had my car back before I got comfortable. The mechanic came out to verify a couple of things. Was out in less than an hour. Awesome service!! Thanks to all!

David and Ken have had my business for about 3 years now. The reasons are that they are first of all honest, trustworthy, deliver on time, and work with you from start to completion.The final bill has always been within $100 of the original estimate. DO NOT TRUST !! I read all reviews felt safe to bring in my car due to a noise. We knew it was a problem with the belt but after dropping it off we received a call saying my engine was blown!!!! They even offered to take it to the dump!!! I knewww that was not true as my car has been being taken care of in another state and had shown no signs of a blown engine. Got a second opinion from a trusted source and we were right. so glad i went with my gut for that second opinion. They might be good for some things but they tried to play me and my mother

They performed a replacement of a water pump on a 3.5 L Ford. This job requires drop in the entire drive train for the repairs. While they were added, they went ahead and performed other maintenance that should be performed every hundred thousand, which made sense since we were close to that Mark. I expect to get at least another hundred thousand miles out of this car. Was visiting family in the area and my Mini Cooper had Check Engine lit up/Turbo not working... trying to ruin our vacation! Best to see people who know BMW. These guys do! They were honest with me while assessing the issue...not just throwing parts at my car. By the way - it was a darn sensor! Even found cracks in my belt and replaced it while they were doing the other repair. Weren't gonna charge me, but I insisted on at least paying for the belt. Good people doing high quality work at a fair price. Not all that common anymore. Thanks guys!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

They did not fix my car until I complained. started blaming me. Not my faultI was not treated well. I was upset told me to keep quiet. I was charged for a sensor that was not proven that I needed. I thought this place was good. They are backstabbing blaming for no reason.When they fixed my engine originally I had to take it back They moved the windshield wipers so they hit the engine.I even told them that they did a good job on the engine and had them service my car. What a disappointment their behavior is uncalled for and unexceptable. They are to dramatic for me. After I have to pay for something I did not need and take their abuse. They won't be in business long. I won't ever go back there. No one needs that.If they were honest they would return my 396.00 for something I did not need.

Just had a timing belt replaced and wheel bearing replaced on my 2015 Chevy Cruze.Very fast friendly and affordable service. This was not the first time I've used Palm coast auto repair. I have a heavily modified Nissan GTR and they won't install aftermarket parts. Need an aftermarket Harmonic Damper installed. About 80% of the engine is "not Nissan"... So there ya go.

Palm Coast Auto Repair is a local family owned business. The type of business I like to support, but especially if they are knowledgeable and fair with pricing and PC Auto is just that. They repaired a leak sensor in my 2014 Chrysler on this visit, but have done other work to the same car in the past. I've put my trust in them for 4 years and will continue to recommend that team.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I have a 1984 Cadillac Coupe Deville towed in over a year ago now. After 4 months there for an engine swap & the loss of my job for not having transportation I'm still having trouble with my car because of work done by this shop. Over $4000.00 of work! I still have oil leaks staining my driveway that I am trying to care of on my own now after taking it back multiple times for this issue. Bad or defective alternator installed by them that has been draining my batteries & they have not changed it because they wanted to charge me another $600 plus labor to fix my throttle body which has nothing to do with why the alternator is not charging. Nice people to talk to but bad on honoring warranty. Not to mention the missing bolts & unnecessary cut wires that I had to repair. It's bad enough trying to find a good mechanic shop out here. Anyone can hook up a computer and tell you what's wrong and jus change the part but my car has no computer so it requires a mechanic that knows there stuff & this shop is not it. I came from Jersey where I had the same mechanic shop for over 20 years. I cannot recommend this shop. No I will not take it back. We used this auto repair shop because of reviews we read and were likewise very pleased. The staff was courteous and timely, the shop guys took the time to go over what they would do to identify the problem and what the steps that would follow. I am usually the mechanic for all our family vehicles so I would know if I was getting a line of BS but they were spot on and didn't try to add anything that wasn't necessary. We set an appointment, they gave a timeline for completion and they were spot always right on time. They took extra steps to insure they kept the inside of the car clean. We will recommend to others and if will use them again.Service: A/C installation & repair

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! Sent my family home unsafe. Incomplete job. Broke a brake line just to try an Overcharged for the job. Quoted one price $300, He asked me if I had money to buy the parts, cause he had personal issues and no money at that moment, once he got there immediately up the price to $475. Then said it will be another $175 to complete a brake line that had nothing wrong, and was not a problem until he touched it! Jus another CON looking to extort a stranded motorist from out of town. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!! THIS GUY IS DISHONEST!!! Wish I could give 0 star. Your a dishonest guy you could have did the Job with integrity, but I was black, even gave u a towel and 2 water bottles, my kids were great to your daughter. Didn't matter.. "you had your mind set on making $500 to $600." Only issue was a hydraulic brake line. You Told me a brake line collapsed Another mechanic laughed and said he done more brake work yesterday for less than he charged. I ended up paying $400. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY.. RACE DEFINITELY, if not surely he was a con. It was a factor in my opinion.
