I had an exceptional experience at this store, thanks to Mitchell's outstanding assistance. He went above and beyond to help me add a quart of oil to my car, providing excellent customer service. Mitchell's knowledge and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I'm grateful for his expertise and the positive atmosphere at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Highly recommended!

Every time I go in, the staff is super helpful and friendly. I know nothing about fixing cars and they have never made me feel bad about myself. They graciously explain things, without any condescension.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I needed an odd European XZN bit, and they located it for me. It was actually part of a nice kit, that which had all the sizes I needed, plus some larger ones for the next tricky job.

My original Lexus battery went after years (very impressed) thankfully I work right around the corner from O'Reilly's. Jayson was so knowledgeable, customer service oriented and assisted me with removal and replacement of a new battery and windshield wipers. First time there for me and I was very impressed, customer service is a lost art these days. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle purchase needs.

Rare chain store with staff who actually like cars, motorcycles and boats. These guys are actually shade tree motorheads like us. Good advice and helpful.

I went in for windshield wiper replacements. Steve was the nicest person I ve ever encountered in retail. He was super friendly, knowledgeable of what we needed and even found ways to save me money. I highly recommend this location and Steve. I will be going there for all my automotive needs from now on.

The young kid that works there has a really bad attitude. I have friends who work or worked there and you sit there doing nothing at night. So if you have a few customers looking at stuff. Might wanna have a better attitude.

This place is awesome not only were they friendly and helpful. They also replaced my terminals on my battery without hesitation after cleaning the connection. Then they replaced my wiper blades. Before replacing they also checked my battery cord . But I didn't have to replace it and my wipers. I suggest going here. Thanks again for all your help.

Very nice people, except Barb. Barb is a rude and nasty person. She talks as if the customer is bothering her. I would rate this location stars but one bad apple is spoiling this bunch. Avoid BARB at all cost!

Rep was so helpful. Solved 2 problems I had. Suggested couple things. Checked my engine lightTold me what was causing. Suggested to watch. Said most likely a small glitch. Drove 500 miles after leaving there. No problems. No service light came back on. Third time these people in this store had helped out a great deal.

My mother-in-law lives in the Palm Coast area and her car was dead in her garage. We live out of state and needed to purchase a battery for her. I tried another national company that said that the credit card needed to be present to pick up the battery. Bryan, the manager at O'Reilly's, was so helpful to me. He gave me a deal and we had someone pick up the battery to work on her car. Everything went very smoothly. I appreciated his willingness to work with us. It put our minds at ease that she has a car that runs again! I recommend this place very highly!!

I came there in a little bit of an emergency with the hood of my truck, I had 5 min to get to work and I went in and asked for help. Josh did an awesome job I was so stressed out but he went out of his way and took the time to help me even though I was not purchasing anything from the store. I love to see that there are still really great genuine people out there that care. Thank You so much Josh!!

Words can hardly express how humble JOSH, the assistant manager of the new store, helped Me in my time of need. Long story short...I was stuck with a dead battery issue and he didn t just fix my problem so I could get back to doing Life, but he gave Me auto knowledge aside from answering my several questions. Brian helped Me before him asWell.

We called up ask if they had windshield wipers for our car which is an import unfortunately they did not have them they said they did the manager came out to try to assist us putting on wipers that did not fit handed me parts and told me to keep the part in the car that it wouldn t go back on if it didn t go back on then it doesn t fit take that off my car please I will go to a place that has the correct stuff don t get me wrong the manager tried but unfortunately they did not have the correct product for my vehicle eitherGo to the dealer if you have an importSimple as thatHe did refund our money and he was very polite and courteous

Phenomenal customer service! They welcomed me with a smile (unlike any other auto parts shop in town), and gave us a great price for our battery! Definitely my go to Auto store! Thanks Mr. Ed!

My husband and I own a mortuary transport business and drive a hearse. We had an emergency and were about to be stranded when we pulled into the O Reilly packing lot. It was just before closing. Rob and Bryan and Billy from Advance Auto came to our rescue. We are grateful for all three of these gentlemen! Thank you!

I came here for a battery check mine was dead thankfully the mechanic recognized my battery from another shop and informed me that it may still be under warranty.. In this day and age it's hard to find honest people he saved me over $200 that day, ty again Brian

I was planning to go to a competitor s store but my father in law pointed me in this direction. I walked in and was instantly greeted. An employee rang me up for some brake pads and rotors while another pointed me in the direction to get the necessary materials from on shelf to complete said brake job. We made friendly conversation, joked, and I was out the door in minutes with exactly what I needed and nothing less.I wanted to get a review to corporate using my receipt but I guess the store is so new at this point that it doesn t register on the oreillys website.I hope this will do. Next time I m in town I ll be sure to go to this one for my automotive needs.

I am beginning to prefer O'Reilly's over any other auto parts store. They seem to have more parts readily available where others do not carry or have to order parts for certain vehicles and they of course are more expensive also. Having said that this particular O'Reilly's I called on the way there for a part they not only had it but they had it ready at the counter for me when I arrived and was reasonably priced the people working there at the time of my arrival were friendly knowledgeable and I would return there again and again. O'Reilly's has certainly outperformed all other auto parts stores at least locally here in Palm Coast it seems that every time I go to the other guys they don't have the parts I need, and the product that they do have in their stores is very low quality and high price I'm sorry but customer service and availability has declined recently I imagine because of the availability of online shopping making it more difficult for stores to stock products that will sit on their shelves longer and longer however if you are an auto parts store and your advertise that they have the parts that you need then they should have them. Getting apart the following day is not the same as having it when you need it.

Great prices and if not at the store now, order it and get it a few hours later in most cases. They have really good store to store deliveries amongst each other.

Oreilys is hands down the best auto parts store out of all of the big chains. Malik and Sky were extremely helpful and had everything i needed to finish a project. I went to all 5 of the parts stores in the palm coast area and oreilys was the only one to have what I needed.This company staffs knowledgeable and friendly employees and it makes me a lifelong customer.

DwightAfter driving to every part store in Palm Coast to have a new battery installed in my mini cooper. everyone of them told me they couldn't do it .I finally stopped by that new O'Reilly's part store in Palm Coast, Brian installed it in a few mins. While having a pleasant conversation I found the staff there to be helpful knowledgeable and very professional it is the only parts store I plan to buy from now on.
