Ordered a brake/clutch pedal conversion for my 66 El Camino. The parts look very good, order was complete and price was certainly reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but they took their time in fulfilling the order with no updates informing me of the status of my order. Other than that it was a very good transaction.

The shipping was faster than expected! The seat covers look to be quality made. I took them to the upholstery shop to have them installed. Can't wait to get the seats back!

Cancelled an item, but did not notify me, had to call CS and was told I didn't order the item. After reviewing my order in more detail, item was on clearance and sold out, so it was removed. Parts received quickly, and in good condition.

I am very pleased with my transition. We received our package in a timely manner. There was a small piece that was missing when we received it. I contacted them and they immediately took care of the issue and have a replacement on the way. Excellent customer service!!

Got what I paid for. Overall, things went fairly smooth.However, I do wish they would put more packing material in the boxes. It was literally just metal in a box. Nothing to ensure that the metal would not shift move, or scratch. I didn t want things damaged.

They have items on their website which are not in stock, on backorder, or otherwise not available, which aren't labeled as such.This business has shipped me damaged parts, which has required cleanup from outside bodyshops. Yet when confronted offered less than half the value of the damage.Shipping information on the website is also entirely unreliable and is not updated at all. Do not rely on their shipping information.

Purchase was easy and was shipped quickly. However, the item was just tossed in a box, a box way bigger than it needed to be, and that box was crushed. No protective wrapping of any kind, let alone any bubble wrap. Just rattling around in a crushed, half-open, box. Also no instructions whatsoever.Thankfully nothing was damaged or lost, but could have been and could easily be prevented with better packaging and even some "token" protection.

Parts arrived on time. Packaged well Although the gasket set should have been shipped flat rather than bent to fit into the box. My two items were recievedun-damaged. Hopefully both items will fit the intended application as I won't be installing for about two months from now.I had replaced another order and it was received on time, however the shipping box was poorly taped closed. The tape was placed length wise along the bottom of the box rather than across and the tape did not seal the contents in the box. The small loosely packaged item fell out of the box upon delivery . I contacted Ground Up at first by phone, but no one ever answers thiet phone. I left a message and never received a call back. I was however able to contact via chat along with sending an email. Once my issue was addressed the missing parts from my order were replaced. I just think contacting Ground Up was a bit of a task as I wanted to speak directly with someone.With all said, I would still buy from Ground Up. My overall satisfaction still remains high

Excellent Customer Service!!! My billing and shipping addresses were different because it was a christmas present my son asked me to order for his dad. They emailed me to confirm this difference in the addresses due to fraud etc. I appreciated them reaching out and doing this.

Great parts but shipping is way overpriced I bought the same part from The Parts Place, Inc. and I paid for regular shipping and received the same part on the same day that I did paying for aggressive price gouged 2 day air with ss396. Not cool ss396, shame on you, and I will be making changes about who gets my business next time accordingly.

Talk to technical support before ordering . Ordered recommended parts. Cross member did not fit had to pay for shipping to be returned $100.. I am new at this just starting my project.

Received PKG today at 415 pm date of this review. Ups dropped off in front of my garage. Box tore up in 3 different places. Opened to find, dents, dings, scratches. Not.. happy. I'm very aware this was UPS in course of shipping partly.. a couple dings seem from manufacturer per being painted over. Box was void of any... Protective paper, bubble wrap. Etc. So no safety precautions at all.. therefore my 2 star review. Which I was hesitant giving 2.

They carry many parts for the car enthusiast. Pricing is sometimes better and sometimes not better than competition. Delivery is quick. Need to make sure of the description in the item as it can be confusing at times, primarily colors. Do Not base colors on the picture, carefully read the description. Some items come from other suppliers who will charge a hefty restock fee if a return is needed. Customer service is good at dealing with issues.

Had a fairly large order in which I received an email saying to contact customer service for additional details on savings discounts. I called customer service and was told I would have free shipping as a discount. Well the website already said orders over a certain amount is free shipping and I was way over that amount. Customer Service rep I was talking with was on the rude side as well so basically ended the call. Then when I went to checkout - WELL... there was a shipping charge being applied even when I inputted the Code it showed $0.00 amount applied. Short of it all - do not expect any discounts and even when it says no shipping cost, there is!

I ordered a Hurst Competition Plus shifter, and a shifter installation kit. Both shown in their online store, and in the catalog as in stock. When i received the shifter and not the installation kit I checked my invoice to see that the installation kit was being drop shipped form the manufacturer. This aggravated me because I'd checked with 2 other distributors of this product before purchasing them from Ground Up, and both informed me that the installation kit was out of stock and would not be delivered to them before June, this is March. I gave 3 stars because Ground Up did immediately issue me a refund for the installation kit a couple of days after I called and complained about being deceived by their practice of not informing the buyer until after purchase that this item was not in stock.

Haven t installed the cable yet, but I did receive it late of last week and looks like a good quality cable. Looks to be OER brand. Should work a whole lot better than what our customer currently has on their Chevelle as of now. It was packaged really well too.

Parts shipped separately. I knew when the first part would be here, but I hadn't received any info on the second part. I didn't know if it shipped or not. Contacted the company and they were on it right away. They sent conformation that it had shipped. Thank you for the prompt service.

Part is a great fit but the shipper was something else , box was open and was destroyed but only a couple small bends on the part itself. I have other parts to order but not sure if I will because of the shipper that you use
